I have been working with SI for almost two years now. I already had 6+ years in Install so I’m seasoned already lol. But it’s been great working for them. Can’t complain at all.

I’ve only been working with Steady for a few weeks but I can tell they have done a lot to earn respect from everyone I’ve worked alongside as well as myself. The shift scheduling system is easy to use and flexible. I have gained experience on the job like learning how to install office equipment and learning how to operate a forklift. I went from being new in town expecting to work in a fast food to having “steady” work five days a week with SI. One hundred percent recommend to anyone thinking of giving them a shot, both companies looking to hire and folks looking for work. Look forward to continuing my climb up the install ladder (they pay more the more experience/tools you have)

Brings your drill gun, allen bits, couple wrenches and you can build top of line tables and furniture. You need a hard hat, safety goggles, mask..they work under construction and is required. Tell them Mad Max sent ya and see you soon. They pay daily!

I am a 1099 contract worker for Steady Install, and have been doing so off and on for the past 6 months as of this posting. Ben is an awesome guy to work with, and the system he‘s utilized to send us to jobs is extremely easy to use and very flexible to my schedule. If you have any background using tools or a passion for building things, and want to have your own schedule, Steady Install is the place you want to be!

I struggled with Stripe after I found out I already had a Stripe account from 4 years ago...I tried to explain to Stripe that I was not adding a new account but rather linking my account to Steady Install...Stripe dropped the ball and Steady Install picked it up and made sure I got paid the same day...TOUCHDOWN!
