Great service! I don’t know his name but that male staff who works on Jul-31 morning is very friendly and helpful to handle my mail. This is my first time using FedEx service to send documents and with his help, I save much of the time. He processed the shipping doc fast and patiently answered my questions.

I never post bad reviews but I made an exception today. Megan was rude to me about using “Alex” - shortened from Alejandro - on my shipping address, because it didn’t match my ID. I’ve never had that problem before. The manager Frank understood right away and was very polite, but the interaction was enough to not want to go back to that store. I wish I didn’t have to go in at all during COVID times, but the delivery person never knocked on my door or rang the doorbell, and I’ve been working from home, so it could have been very easy. Also, the packaging was damaged. I felt totally disregarded through this entire experience.

Candace was very rude when I called regarding a package and when I went to pick up my package I was very happy to not see her but I was upset that my package was open a little on the outside and the item inside my package was opened up as well, there is no way it opened up on its own. Im writing this review again cause I dont see my first one. I will never go to this location again. I hate Fedex now LOL.
I don’t normally post reviews. But Heather was simply amazing. I had some urgent documents that I needed to send and she helped me ship them. After those documents were completed she helped with the return too. Extremely helpful and friendly.
Office hours on website differ from actual office hours resulting in wasted time.

Most of the staff at this FedEx Office are effective and helpful. Some are not. I planned on shipping stollen and coffee beans to family members in December, but the person at the register told me that the packages wouldnt get to WI by Christmas because the shipment would be marked as Damaged and be sent back to us.The UPS Store obliged us.
I went in to print bulletins for a memorial and Candice was so helpful! She made sure everything looked ok and had great customer service. Will for sure be coming back!
This has been the most pleasurable and worry free experience I have ever had at a FedEx or any other printing center. Jeremy, the lead consultant, was an amazing help every step of the way. From ordering out of state, having plans change and needing for the order to be shipped, and working through our company accounts, I have never had a print shop employee take such good care of us. Additionally, it was not a large order, so while some wouldnt give us the same treatment as a large order, Jeremy most certainly did. I hope his managers know what a stellar asset they have on their team.
Rudest customer service! So unhelpful do not go there. When you say you need help no one is willing to help they say we werent trained to. I am sure i am not the only one that has had this question of how to get something off my google drive. In fact other print shops have helped. 3 people in the store i was the only customer and yet not one was willing to help!
The woman was very unfriendly. I spoke to her on the phone and she seemed irritated by my questions, when I showed up for a simple copy job my card wouldnt work and even though the people in front of me offered to let me go ahead of them since I had a 30 second job amd theirs was nearly 15 minutes the worker refused and I was 10 minites late for work. She should be in a job where she doesnt deal w people.
Employees seem helpful, but actially are not. I needed to print something behind the counter because it was larger. I was told I could use the island copier it would print my size. It did not, which I already knew. When I went to ask about it they said they told me differently. I wasted 10 min of my time going back and forth with this. It seems like employees have a hard time dealing with customer service and the workload behind the counter, which leads to brushing off costumers in unhelpful ways.

I showed up to ship a package in my own box. Quoted $15 for ground shipping to NY. Sounds good to me.Then the cashier told me itd be safer and better if she repackaged my shipment to ensure it would hold up to the package handlers. She spent 15 minutes repacking into a huge box with a ton of bubble wrap and stuffing. She comes back and the price is now $31 for shipping +$10 for the packaging.Bahahaha. You want to charge me $41 to ship something now? Nope. I took it back out of the packaging she did and shipped it for the $15. The item arrived safe and sound to the East Coast.
When it comes to FedEx, this is a pretty nice store. They have plenty of copiers and all types of office supplies. If youre looking to send documents, makes scans or laminate things, or really anything that would require any type of document processing, these guys have you down. They also have a small section with computers so that you can log into your email, print things, and do a variety of other tasks. In addition to this they have a small area with supplies like tape, bags, wrapping paper and things like that. All I know is that this will be my go-to store while I attend ASU. An important note would be sometimes they can be a little short-staffed though, so dont be surprised if youre standing in line for about 10 minutes.
This place is always busy so even when there are various employees there is a wait time but thats understandable considering what the customers are here to do. Apparently other folks come here, just like me, instead of the local Tempe UPS stores since they have very rude service and try to up prices wherever they can. Worth the wait, though there is not always a wait, instead of UPS!
Quick and easy, helpful answered my questions about shipping. Staff seemed to be burdened by the job took a while to break the ice for a less serious conversation. But overall the outcome was good and fulfilling.
When I went tonight, I only had one paper to print out, but both of the self-serve machines were busy so staff member William quickly got the job done for me and didnt make me feel like a fool for paying using 12 pennies. And he didnt even steal my flash drive! Its nice that its open until 11pm. Just thought Id throw this lame review out there to let you know that the place isnt *completely* full of incompetency and thievery. Its just an easily accessible place for students and Tempe residents to print and ship stuff..

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We had a wedding poster made, and it wasnt quite what we expected, so I spoke with Frank, the store manager. He was very friendly and went above and beyond to make it right.
Im giving 5 stars due to customer experience and ease of use, however the pricing is far from budget friendly. High prices are more a reflection on the cost of printing and shipping across the market. This location has always been good to me and imo it is not fair to punish the location rating based on a macro problem
Have had patchy experience here in the past. Basically use it just in the rare cases that I need to print and dont feel like driving to work. The manager, Cate I believe, was awesome on my last visit. She went out of her way to save me money and make my life easier. Plus she actually gave me a little feedback about my paper choice for the CV she printed me (and tie choice for the interview). Will definitely be back.PS- Cate, if you see this.. I got the job:)

Lucas helped me today w/my order printing for a final design project and was superbly careful in making sure everything was beautiful for me. i’ve been coming to this fedex since since 2011 and the staff are always so helpful! and disturbingly patient with demanding students. treat these guys well! we don’t deserve them!! if it’s slow it’s probably just backed up bc of students, don’t get frustrated with the staff.

Avoid this place at all costs! This FedEx location is the worst. They are seriously slow and the employees openly try to avoid helping customers. Apparently, they believe that if they are 10 feet away from the counter, walking around in the back, and joking with other coworkers, then they arent responsible for the line of customers. I have waited in line multiple time for about 20 minutes with one excessively slow employee helping the customers while I can hear and see the other employees in the back (about 15 feet) away laughing and literally doing nothing. This is the worst and I really wish it wasnt the closest FedEx to my office.

Horrible experonce getting a package shipped back. Payed $200 for next day shipping, the order fell through and they want more money for a return shipment. They said if I dont pay then they will continue to hold my package.Warning!! Dont use fedex, they are scammers and liers!

Extremely rude lade answered my questions on the phone. All I asked was how to send something so they could print it for me... took 30 seconds maybe. She tells me shes too busy with customers to bother dealing with me and hangs up. I get there 10 minutes later... theres like no one there. The guy who helped me then was extremely nice while the extremely rude lady sulked not helping anyone in the background. I could tell it was her and I believe she is the manager sadly.
I do all my printing here and Nancy always says hello and she always offers to help, I never have to ask.

Yikes..So I’ve had 2 bad experiences with them already, first bad experience was when I had to ship something from my depop and the shipping costed way more than I shipped last time I was there, and I had asked about it and was told “Well you can just go somewhere else.”Second bad expierence was today, I was printing 215 pages for my class with the paper I brought and they all got messed up, so I had to reprint them all with the remaining papers I had left, and I still had to pay for it.
Always helpful and quick, anything I print there comes out well, and everything I ship shows up as promised.
The staff here Take forever to get anything done. Employees ignore you to pick up and help people who call over the phone even if theyre currently helping you. VeryRude. avoid if possible.

Sent a print out to this location, when I arrived I asked to just pick them up but worker said I had to wait. Stood there for 20 mins before he could walk to the printer and grab my print out. Poor customer service I’ve had, never had such an experience at UPS.
Worst experience I had today, was told Cant use company discount they need an Id to send paperwork, didnt make any sense, lost my business. Way to go.

I was expecting a very valuable package on Nov 9th and I got a message from Fedex saying they delivered it on my doorstep, but there was no package at my doorstep at that time. Later at night I found the box at my door and it looked repacked and it was empty from inside with all the contents stolen. Fedex support has not been very responsive and I shouldnt be made to wait this long for a decent response!! I cant believe that Fedex could be so irresponsible.
