I had a pair of glasses that needed the frames tweaked a bit and my brother suggested I go by DM because he had a good experience there. So I did, and I must say that Tad is a very knowledgeable and generous spirit. We joked a bit and he made my frames fit perfectly. Turns out my grandmother as well as my mother have both been Dietz Mclean customers for decades! Great guy and great service!

Fantastic service he is excellent and nice and smart! A good affordable selection of glasses too! If you have broken glasses he can fix them at a good price! Tad is very knowledgeable about the different glasses they offer and about glasses in general! Ive been to two other places and this place is the most affordable place with good options if you need new glasses or if your glasses are broken and they need repair! I would like to say thank you to Tad. His level of customer service exceeded my expectations. He came out to my car to look at my 95 year old mother’s glasses and took them into the store put a nose piece on her glasses; came out and fitted them to her face. She is so happy that they finally fit her face. We will definitely visit him for her next glasses!

I highly recommend Dietz-McLean at the Temple location for excellent service and affordable glasses repair. My son bent and broke off the arm of my glasses frame, which was not repairable. Rather than trying to sell me a new frame, he offered to take the broken glasses to see if any replacement arms would fit. I was expecting to have one side look different after that, but he had replaced both arms from an old-style new frame that was unlikely to sell, all for a very reasonable price.

I’ve purchased several glasses from Dietz-McLean Optical. I have been using this company for many many years. I especially like the superior service that Tad Elliott provides This company is fantastic! They are experts at what they do. I recently changed my lens type from single vision to progressive lenses. I tried them for a month or so and realized the prescription wasn’t exactly right. I went back to the doctor and was given a new prescription. I took this new prescription back to Dietz and they gave me new lenses no questions asked and no extra charge. They are also able to use most existing frames you may already have to make new glasses where other companies said they could not. I love this company and highly recommend them.
