Everytime I go to the hair store they are 100% helpful

I think that the ladies that work there are way too nice. There were two young girls who came in there like they run the store... reaching behind the counter being impatient and then talking CRAZY to the lady behind the counter. I would have told them to get out out of my store. They continued to serve them. Temple should be GRATEFUL to have a good beauty supply store.... just saying. Y’all gone be rude to the wrong one and have to drive all the way to Killeen. Keep playing 🤣

Great place to buy hair but I’m not understanding the seven dollar credit card thing they have at the front whenever you’re purchasing something if it’s five dollars for three dollars they tell you that you can’t use the car you’ll be charged a fee or that you can’t use the card unless you have seven dollars or more with the purchase it I don’t think that’s even right nor legal

Did not have different sizes. Its cheaper and easier to shop online now. You can not really touch them. And no way try it on.

They can be a bit over priced and a lil prejudice so beware

Love this little store. The employees are super nice and helpful. Their selection isnt big but its very good. Youll definitely want to stop here. Oh, they also have the plastic face mask shields so that you can actually breathe lol

Very helpful when you need help but at the same time I get HURRY UP AND BUY vibes😬😬😬 also dont forget your mask and dont dare take a breather(from your mask) while inside this business😂😂 they are very strict on masks

I looked over 4 places to find a wig for my wife that had long hair and this place had a large selection of wigs to choose from.

This store is really small and prices are higher than I see at other stores. I went in to look at wigs, Ive been hunting for a good lace front. One lady brought me behind the counter to look at wigs and told me to let her know if I needed anything. Another lady comes in to start her shift and before she even puts her bag down she stops to ask me if I need anything, I said No ma’am I’m looking(I thought she was trying to provide good customer service). The same lady comes back and proceeds to just stare at me while I check out the lace front wigs. I turn to her and politely tell her AGAIN oh I don’t need help I’m looking. She continued to stand there for a little longer before walking away. I decided to stop looking and leave because obviously she thought I was going to run out with one of their wigs, not sure why though 🤔. I refuse to spend money where people treat me like I’m some damn criminal and follow me around or stare at me to ensure I don’t take their merchandise. I work hard to have money in my bank account, I don’t need to steal ANYTHING! If you have been treated like this in this store PLEASE DO NOT GO BACK. Stop 🛑 spending your money where the business owners treat you like a criminal! BOYCOTT THIS STORE!

The service was very poor. Never go there again. The ladys where very rude. The only good thing was. You have a variety of things to choose from.

High prices...minimum selection...folks follow you around...hard to tell what the prices are for things...overpriced shampoo, condtioner, grease etc...go to killeen to get your hair more to choose from!

The owner is a nice woman, but everyone else that works there provides the worst service. After being followed and watched I left my products on the counter and did not purchase anything. I will not give this business my money ever again. The location on Adams has much better service.

Ive been going to Beauty Plus for years. The ladies got to know me and my style preferences so well, that I can send my daughter to get me a wig while Im at work and they will send her home with a winner every time. Also they have a rewards program, once youve purchased 10 wigs or half wigs, your next one is 30% off.

I love this place. The ladies are very friendly and if you are a repeat customer, they remember you. I went to the one on Adams in a pinch, and wont go again. The prices are the same as bigger cities or better. They do watch the customers closely, but if u come with your wallet only and arent up to no good, its not a problem.

I hate the way the store is so full and looks, it total set up, tight one way in one way out. Staff is almost friendly at least they greet you. Lol it’s cultural, better then most, the lesser of 2 evils you all know what I am working with. I fill like they don’t like me don’t care and just want my money..

The Korean lady was so rude and kept following me around as if I was going to steal something. She had kept saying You buy this, You need this for your hair. She was so pushy so I had left and went to the one On East Adams. They were so kind.
