For two times. She told us the wrong time. We told her we would need to do it in the afternoon. And she said that’s fine. And told us the time in the after noon. We come by and get there she said we missed it. It was 11:30 in the morning. We were confused but alright we must have misheard. We wait another week. Day comes supposed to be in the after noon. 4 or 5. I call her to make sure it’s right. She says that it’s at 11. And we missed it again. By now I’m frustrated because this is the second time she told us. And she’s saying she’s not wrong. I was with another person and they heard her. Two people heard her. She said she didn’t have time to waste because “she’s two weeks behind on cars and that we need to be here on time” and doesn’t have time to argue with me. I was not arguing i was letting her know she’s telling us different times then what’s it scheduled. She was completely hostile. We should have known since the first time she was not easy to work with. We still decided to give her another chance after wasting our time. So if you want rude and unprofessional behavior. Go here. The lady that sets up the appointment has no reason to work her if she cannot keep cool with customers knowing she is in the wrong ! She hung up on me. And I tried calling back and she won’t answer.

They got me in and out and had amazing customer service. I got my windshield for a great price. Lower than most auto glass shops in the area. I believe its a family own business with all the pictures of family in there. Thats definitely a plus for me. I would recommend this business to anyone who is in need of a replacement windshield for their car.

I had my back windshield completely shattered during yard work. I called Discount Auto Glass and asked what they could do. The woman suggested I come by the shop and have the temporary plastic put on to cover my cargo area. I went over there and they proceeded to put on the plastic and even repaired a rock chip in my front windshield. My back glass needed to be ordered in and was due on Monday. I scheduled an appointment at my workplace on Monday and they took care of replacing the back glass very quickly. They even attached my rear defroster connections and made sure everything worked correctly. I recommend their service to anyone who needs their auto glass repaired or replaced. Very professional, courteous, dependable, through, and prompt.

Ive been three times (once for a couple of chips repaired, twice for a new windshield) and every time they were fast, friendly and priced well. Highly recommend. I will definitely go back when I need anything else done!
