Very helpful staff! They didnt have the used part i was searching for but they were able to order a new one for me at about the same price as I would have had to pay from the internet. Better customer service than the big box auto parts stores.

Horrible... Came here to get a wheel. Was told the wheel would fit what i was placing it on. Was even pointed to a particular vehicle for the wheel. The wheel was Completely wrong. Then when i brought the wheel back. I was told that all sells are final. But the reciept says otherwise as well. Horrible.

Super nice service! Walked in with my part and they marked it. I had to agree to terms of use of the salvage yard with a picture and a simple touchscreen. Went out to the well organized yard and found several cars to choose from and had no problem finding my part. Went back to the front office and my part was super cheap, $23! I will be back for sure!

Lots of vehicles to search for the part you need. Friendly helpful staff. The vehicles arent deliberately destroyed like it appears at the other place on hwy 82 in Arkansas.

They have plenty a vehicles to pull from. They had about five of the models I was looking for. Vehicles are numbered and they give you a print out showing where your model is located. Pretty easy to locate. If they have what you are looking for prices are cheap.

Went very well. They were helpful and straightforward.

Great place on prices but if you forget to show your membership, YOU WILL PAY MORE. They really should ask you for your membership card. I forget then end up paying more. I am speaking for the Texarkana (Nash) location only.

Gave them a call and they said there was a truck like mine in the lot. I walked inside and was asked immediately what I needed. They remembered the call and I was directed to a specific, numbered row of vehicles. About halfway down was the one I wanted and, Glory Be!, it had the tail light I needed. 3 bolts and $15 later, and I was on my way home!

The nicest uapi Ive been too and Ive been to every store I bought a bumper and fender and bumper support the prices are great I spent like 70 dollars and was in and out in about an hour

For the most a part pretty good facility. Do not always have what I need but accommodating and affordable on most things.

The staff is friendly and they had parts I had been looking for at a cheaper price than what I was expecting to pay on Ebay.

When you call and get a price for your car not only is that not the price they are going to go by but they act like you never called at all....and then dont offer any help to anyone dropping off a vehicle that you sell them at an extremely low price.....sure if youre trying to find a cheap part its a good place I guess but they cant even guarantee if the parts work and their customer service is awful! I have two other cars to get rid of and wouldve sold them to them for people to be able to get the parts but after these experiences I will not use them for parts or sell them any other vehicles!

They have quality salvage parts at excellent prices. It is worth the drive to get the used parts I need that are reliable and cheap.

Drove 1 1/2 hours from Shreveport (called first) to do business with them and was pulled 15 minutes before closing when I only had about 15 minutes of work left. Offered to pay $200 for 30 more minutes and they refused. All were jerks and smart asses about it and made it very clear they didnt care about their customer.

Had gotten a slightly damaged hose, upon paying, employee made it clear that I could exchange or return product if to badly damaged, sure enuff had no problems the next day exchange. Always helpful and polite enough.
