Wasnt crowded. Myself and two people. 3 clerks were there, two were with customers third just standing around I had to wait 10 min to ask one question.

Employees are not very helpful. I was in the store over 35 minutes and no one asked me if I needed anything or if they could help.store was clean and organized.

I just left Advance Auto on New Boston Road and the workers forgot that I was even in the store another white customer came in and they were talkin about the George Floydcase and they was saying they dont know what he done before the police got there and stating that those people are crazy down there burning up stuff N SAID they believe he got what he deserved now these are two workers and another white guy in the store communicating about this I just wonder how many more are behind the covers and really racist this is at Advance Auto on New Boston Road in Texarkana Texas.

Workers here caught saying racial things with other white customers. If they do this when they think no one is listening, I can imagine how they treat customers that are not white. I wouldnt feel safe coming in this store and I will spread word of this offensive behavior.

Prices are reasonable. Service is slow they act like you have nothing else to do all day. Will leave you standing at the counter for ever you will have to say Im ready to pay.

Well maintained store. Had a battery tested. Little lady was well trained on how to use equipment and relay information from her cpmputer to me. I was impressed. Pleased with the service. Will go back.

I would reccomend you go to Auto Zone right across the street. The guy helping me was not only really rude, but he didnt seem to know what he was doing, at all. I left feeling angry about how he treated me. Thats no way to do business.

Autozone tried but died to get me a coolant hose for my old Buick. Advance Auto had it in stock, under $5. Should have went here first !Update: bought a water pump for the same Buick, 2004 century. Was $20 and change, with gasket! How do they do that??
