An employee named Rob (maybe Ron; I have poor hearing) was very friendly and made sure I found a pair of shoes I liked. A very memorable shopping experience because I felt like I made a friend while also finding a cool pair of shoes

This company is way too pushy when it comes to trying to get customers to purchase multiple pairs of shoes, socks, and other accessories in one sale. I understand a business needs to make money, but telling your employees to bring out four pairs of shoes, two pairs of socks, and an accessory is excessive and is both stressful and annoying for both the employees and the customers. I would recommend buying your shoes straight from the Vans, Adidas, Converse, etc. websites instead.

Okay so we go to jouneys to get a pair of shoes replaced well the manger or whatever she is Rachel was very snootie and just awful she could have been nice and respectful about the whole situation but no she was disrespectful and rude.. so never go to jouneys u will be sold garbage we bought a pair of shoes wore them a few times and the soles came right off of them took them back to get them exchange and they wouldnt exchange them.. they never stand behind of what they sell..
