I dont go cosmetics shopping very often, but I enjoy going to this Ulta. They have an array of different products that are decently priced. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They make me feel comfortable during my shopping and not pressured to buy anything.

Its never been a fan favorite for me, but it does have more selection than sephora in most categories. Ive only ever seen one nice consultant there and I almost never receive any help except that one time from the most amazing girl during christmas.

I went to pick up some cologne. When I first walked in there was a girl that was towards the front middle part of the store. She was very helpful. She led me exactly where my cologne was. Great customer service. However, the girl checking me out ruined the experience. She was very snobby and unfriendly. Will not be returning. I should have gone online.

I was getting help from an associate and told her I was going to spend an unlimited amount of money but I needed her help picking everything. She helped me find a few products then left me to help someone who just walked through the door needing one product. She never returned to help. Very disappointed. Will definitely go back to Dallas to finish shopping.

They are super clean and taking precautions against covid-19. They greet you at the door with hand sanitizer and tell you how they are staying safe.

I have been on hold to speak to a customer service representative for over 30 minutes... I placed a order four days ago and still no shipment information. I would love to talk to someone about curbside pick up if I could get someone to answer the phone or the email I sent yesterday...it’s been 24 hours with no response. This is ridiculousStill waiting on the phone it has now been 40 minutes!!! 45 min a lady answers says hello.. I said hello no response said hello again no response and she hangs up! OMG

I love the products they offer, but the staff is absolutely horrendous. Their attitudes are snobby, and they seem to try and follow certain people around as though they are going to steal something, simply based on their attire. The store is pretty clean, but the atmosphere is absolutely Holier than thou. I feel that they should hire new staff, and maybe I would shop here more. Definitely not like any of the other Ultas I have went into where the staff is friendly and adamant to help anyone who may need it.

Went to a hairdresser named Alisha. She was very professional, and sweet. She did an excellent job on cutting my hair. She actually LISTENED to me regarding my crazy, frizzy, curly hair. Which, is hard to find these days. Will DEFINITELY go back to her.

Okay at the risk of losing my man card... My wife goes there to shop frequently, so I go, as well. They have some cool colognes for men and other assorted products. Its really clean, staff is really friendly, and i see why my wife loves it.

Was Impressed with this Ulta, I did a buy online pick up in store, on the App, the lasy that helped me asked for my ID, checked my bag to make sure that everything was their, asked if I wanted to try the make-up before I left just incase I wanted to exchange it or not pick it up at all, which will reflect on my credit card. I loved that. You can never be to careful when ypu buy online and pick up in store ! Ive been to the Longview one and they just dont care. So I will definitely continue to purchase from the Texarkana store!

This was my first visit to an Ulta and they were amazing with help and ideas for what I wanted.

Busy due to holiday, but amazingly east to get in and out

10/10 would recommend. My wife got her hair done here by Kiffany and it was taking a while for her hair dye to set in. I asked if she cut mens hair. She said yes and said she would cut it while we waited. So she cut my hair and even gave me a hair washing afterward . All for a great price. Afterwards she finished up my wifes hair. We both love our new hair cuts and the service was extremely friendly! We both definitely plan to go back for our next haircuts.

OMG My second home. This place is literally heaven. I highly prefer Ulta for a beauty needs and I am there whenever Im in town. They have an amazing selection. The staff is always super helpful and attentive. From what Ive seen the salon does some amazing work. The entire store always has amazing sales and offers, makeup classes on some weekends and an amazing points reward system with the opportunity to gets TONS of free products! And if you have a guy with you who isnt to enthused about looking for makeup they even have a small mens section with mens cologne and skincare!

I can never find what Im looking for in here. It seems geared to women under 30. They didnt have my favorite foundation, lipstick, or hair treatment, so I walked out without anyone ever speaking to me.

Typical ULTA products. This is the 1st ULTA I have been to that the staff didnt offer to help you. They only seemed interested in their conversation. One kept watching me but never offered any help.
