Brenda was so accommodating! We moved cross country and were able to get everything squared away over the phone. She was so easy to work with! Plus the facility is immaculate. After storing our stuff for almost 2 years we had zero bugs or pest in the unit!! We would highly recommend this facility.

The rates are cheaper than anyone in town, and the lady who runs the place, Brenda, is on property at all times, so it’s super safe. I never got my rate raised for any reason, and for that, I am thankful. If I need a storage unit in Texarkana again, I will definitely rent only from U Store It

Great place to store, with excellent service.

Ive had a space here for 3 years and my payments have increased each year, for a total of $25 more than the original payment. Otherwise, I love the security there, and have no other complaints other than the increases.

Brenda was extremely helpful and kind, walked me through the entire process and did all the paperwork with ease and without any complications. Brenda was very upfront about the pricing and security of the place, and overall very friendly. Extrmely good customer service, and it made me feel extremely safe knowing that there is only one entrance in and out, and that they have video surveillance. Definitely recommend this place!

Brenda, the manager, was so sweet & helpful. Helped me figure out what size unit I needed. Even gave me a few storage tips. I really like the electronic gate at the entrance.

Brenda was very welcoming from the phone call to the office! She was very friendly! I ran into the problem of not having enough space 2 days later and she was more than welcome to transfer me to a bigger storage. Not to mention, the price was great! We rented a storage unit from U-Store-It on St. Michael DR in Texarkana while we were in the process of moving into a new home and appreciated the courteous service we received from Brenda in the office and the cleanliness of the unit we rented. It was nice to have a paved parking area leading to, and outside of, the unit, unlike some other facilities that have gravel outside the units. I would recommend U-Store-It to anyone who needs a storage unit.
