I used this company for the installation of a new unit at my home in Ochlocknee. They did a good jobTried to use them again for a metal ag building I’m using and the lack of courtesy and professionalism was astounding. I called four times and spoke to the owner two of those and another lead guy the other two times.I provided the information of what we needed and was promised all four times an estimate and a call back. Finally I asked for a service as well to my current unit to even make it worth their while even more and never a call back.Amazed that a return client or anyone would receive this kind of service.All they had to do was provide a quote and they would have sold another job. Disappointed and will be looking elsewhere

The temperature dropped and my unit had frozen up due to bad timer that needed replacing. The service to the unit was incredibly prompt and helpful. I really appreciated their customer service call to me. In every way they are superb and kept my home a comfortable temperature.

Its not often that you come across a professional as well as one that appreciates your business. They are very timely, when they said they would be here. That is really important in the busy world we live in today.

They responded very fast when an issue came up. The new system and thermostat was explained to me very well. I understood how to use it after the technician showed me how.

I bought a brand new unit for some property that I have in Thomasville, which is where I grew up. I bought it because I was told, well just have to keep coming out here if you dont. I spent over $3,000 on that unit. Since then, theyve been out 4 times and charged me $85 an hour, plus parts to fix this brand new unit. Granted, once was just for them to ride out and tell me to call an electrician, but they charged me $112 for that. My tenant said that they were there for 10 minutes at most. This unit has a warranty on it, and my tenant asked them why we keep getting charged for working on a brand new unit! The reply from the manager was, Oh, well, we shouldnt have charged you for some of the past work, so well give you some credit for this next job. HA! You know what that credit was? Instead of $85 an hour, they charged me $65 as a courtesy for yet ANOTHER major part failure. This last bill for them to replace the evaporator coil on their brand new unit was $571.28. I read these other comments talking about how good they are and how much they care, but if you live out of town, prepare for a real screwing. Clearly my warranty means jack squat, and my brand new unit mysteriously needs major work at LEAST twice a year, and its only 2 years old now. Ive spent over $1000 more dollars since I bought it from them. I wont be using them anymore.

They sold me a start capacitor at a price less than one third the price one of their competitors wanted. Much appreciated.
