This store was VERY helpful!!! They were able to resolve an issue that I was having the last couple weeks. I highly recommend using this location.

The service isnt too bad but you literally can never get anyone to answer the freakin phone! Like why even have a number to call if you arent going to answer???????

Its bad business to not go over the charges with somebody and tell them one thing and charge them something different ... Which is what he did two times.. I didnt want the insurance which was ten dollars extra after tax. I am not rich...and he told me he would give me a discount on the phone case, which was the wrong amount at subtotal as well ... I never had any of these problems with the non chalant Indians at other locations in other parts in and around the town where I actually live.. this just screams thomasville btw

Service from Laura at this location was the worse I have ever had. She did not care about the customer or anything else. She was yelling at us and not answering any questions. I asked to speak with the manger and she gave me a card and told me to leave. She should be fired.

They run a scam on a free phone. But never have on. There excuse is their always out of stock. So youre forced to buy one. Dont go there.
