Good Cadillac dealership. Lots of vehicles to chose from that fit your specific desires and likes. Sales associates are helpful, and informative for the most part, and I never got the feeling of being pressured by them. Overall a good Cadillac dealership, but for a luxury car dealership, customer service could definitely be improved.

Where to begin. I got to give it to the sales guys. During these times and then short supply on new cars. Its got to be a tough gig and then dealing with someone like me. These sales guys dont let it show though. Lets see all pros and cons about this place. Upside was I came on a Saturday at 745. 15 mins to closing and I was out of there in 45 mins. All documents signed and keys in my hand to my caddy. 2 weeks prior. Me and my wide spent a good 3.5 hours here to get her new car. It was painless they gave me an apr to what I wanted. No pressure at purchase. The down side. Well. No full tank of gas and a week later the oil change light came on. Would of thought they changed oil before selling a car. Took. A minute to find someone willing to show me around. Over all good folks just need to be a Lil more incentives to buying here

Im very disappointed with the Service department recently! Its been more than 6 years Im taking my car there for the service! They used to be very kind, caring and fast but now completely opposite.
Was promised a reimbursement on a key that was missing when we made our purchase. Once all of the paperwork was submitted, not response to emails or text messages. Not a very professional way to do business.

My husband had purchased a XT6 from Cris mid-July and he was able to help with all we needed and we left with a car that day. I had decided on another brand of vehicle, however my husband encouraged me to test drive once more. After driving the XT6 for 2 weeks, during my second test drive of another brand vehicle, it did not compare and I decided, I also wanted a XT6. My husband called Cris and right away he began to look for what I was looking for in a vehicle. Next day, we went to run numbers, checked the car Cris had picked and it matched of our requests. To our surprise, we left that day with our second XT6 is a month. While we love the car, Cris made the experience very easy and we were happy to be able to work with Cris again. He is very friendly and accommodating to each situation. We highly recommend Cris to friends and family, and we also look forward to working with Cris in the future.

Really disappointed in service. Salesman was nice and helpful with us. Unfortunately dont understand how parents that are 70 years old had to walk around the block to chevy dealership to sign paperwork, also had to wait for car to get detailed which took extra hour after we had sign paperwork and pick car out 15 minutes from when we got here. Total hours at dealership 4 hours. With no haggling and paid in full no finance.
Zero integrity. Took my Tahoe in for service on 4/3/21 for an airbag recall. Work was performed well, but upon closer inspection there were tool marks on my dashboard and my DIC switches had been broken off and super glued back in a lousy and dishonest effort to conceal the damage from me. Im now stuck looking at a scratched dash, my buttons are glued together and there are drips of super glue all over my dash, trim bezel and floor mats.I called both the dealership and GM 3 days ago and both have done nothing but put me on hold and send me to voicemail.I cannot recommend this dealership as they lack both the qualified service you would expect and the integrity to address issues with the customer as a result of their poor and negligent workmanship.

No haggling told him what i was looking for and what I was looking tonpay monthly and he made it happen quickly. They are awesome. I was referred to this dealership through the Costco auto program. Wasnt sure about driving all the way out to Thousand Oaks as I live in the San Fernando Valley but decided to do so anyway. My sales representative at the dealership by the name of Krystal Cannon, was a real pleasure to work with. True advantage of using the Costco auto program is the fact the the amount has been free negotiated so to speak. Bottom line, I got the vehicle but I wanted with even more features than I had expected. I dont work there and it is my first experience with this dealership however I would recommend them if you were in that area.
Any dealership who charges 10 to 15k over msrp for a car should show you that you’ll never get a fair or reasonable deal when purchasing a vehicle. Save some money and buyer remorse, stay away from price gouging dealers like silver star.
Service center cannot be more difficult to navigate. All Chevy service is sent over here now with COVID, however there is very little signage explaining how to actually get into the service center. (Its one street over from the Chevy dealer, by the way.) Nobody greets you when you pull up. I made an appointment and it still took 10 minutes to be acknowledged. They moved my car before setting down any plastic or anything. Plastic should be put down before anyone from the service center sits inside of it. The service center entrance area is small, so customers are not paying any attention to social distancing measures and it is not being enforced.I will not be returning to this service center, and I will definitely be thinking twice about purchasing another Chevy. I dont feel like a valued customer at all, and have had a completely opposite experience at other brands service centers in the same auto center! If youre too busy, maybe you need to offer less appointments in certain timeslots to allow your staff provide proper service to all customers. I absolutely would have rescheduled for another day if asked.

Dont waste you time going there salesmans very rude, i never heard sales person tells customer i dont have time to order a car with you, they tell you that you cant test drive the car. Omg i am a car broker and sell at list 5 cars a day.I would never recommend them or do any deals with thembuyer beware !!!
Had my oil changed here due to chevy being down (covid-19). Customer lounge was nice and big. Allowed for multiple people to be in there and to stay socially distanced.
I purchased a Cadillac 2015 SRX. Kyle helped me get the deal done; the whole process was very pleasant. I did have a couple of issues with the vehicle the day after I bought it, I contacted Kyle, and he assured me that they would take care of it for me. I then was referred to Jarod in the service department. He was friendly and helpful. Jarod offered me a loaner car, and 4 days later I had my SRX ready with all the issues taken care of these guys were amazing. Their facilities are amazing; I highly recommend this place as a 5 stars all around dealership.

I have to first start off with the fact I was very apprehensive going to a Cadillac dealership to service my new Cadillac. I say this because the one I used to go to in Missouri where I am from, really did me wrong when it came to over charging me for a repair. The repair was actually a recall and should have been fixed free of charge. But they took advantage of me and I ended up paying $1,700.00 for that recall repair after only owning the car for 3 days!!!!! When I bought it to their attention they said oh yeah we can try to get you some of that money back. I only got $700 back. So I have a bad history with Cadillac Service centers. However I just moved to California and said let me give a dealership out here a chance. I decided to just go in for an oil change to feel the place and staff out. I stayed up the night before reading reviews. What I noticed first is that the dealership and ownership responded to every review may it be negative or positive! I found that to be a sure sign of integrity. Well I was not disappointed. I was greeted as soon as I walked in for my appointment. Now they were super busy but at least each employee acknowledged my presence. I then met my service advisor Jorge Canul. I am so happy I came in and gave another Cadillac dealership a chance. Jorge was amazing! Upfront, Honest, and professional. This is how I expect to be treated in a Cadillac luxury dealership. If you have a Caddy and need service and have been taken advantage of in the past, I implore you to give Silver Star a try. I am so pleased. I am feeling so much better about my move and settling in quicker now that I have found a place to take care of my car. I will forever be a Cadillac guy and look forward to purchasing more vehicles from my new home store! Thank you guys for restoring my faith in Cadillac!

Bought a 2017 CT6 loaner from here 6 months ago. And my mother bought a xt5 from here as well. They had the best prices for used and loaners from the Cadillac dealers around. Horrible service. After asking how much we are willing to pay monthly Andrew didn’t like my low monthly payment response ($500 after paying half the car price upfront) and raised his voice speaking to us disrespectful making people inside the dealership turn and stare at us. I felt embarrassed that my family had to feel that way. Andrew wouldn’t let me speak or explain anything just kept speaking very loudly over me making hand gestures as if words alone can’t deliver his message. Didn’t want to show us the vehicle we came in to see and kept pushing for used cars. I made him know that the way he spoke to us made us feel uncomfortable and to not judge us by the way we look. I felt discriminated against just because I wasn’t weren’t wearing anything fancy, such statement just made him angrier. I decided to leave and told him I would go to a different dealership were I will be treated with respect and who has better customer service. On my way out I asked for his name, he says(angrily) Andrew and i own this store.! Like I should be intimidated because he is the owner? As we walk outside to leave he slams close the vehicle behind us murmuring. Very unprofessional, its not my fault him being the owner can’t afford him to enjoy himself on this great weekend thus making him miserable at the job. I will not be coming back to this store and will definitely not recommend this store to family/friends.

I got scam from this dealership service department on one of the A/C hose in my Escalade, I made a three home videos of my entire A/C system on my Escalade, I used a sharpie to marked down all the hoses and parts, to see which parts they were going to replace, I was charged $560 or more to change one small hose, I want to put them on blast on social media but I held back.
I Scheduled. my car to get a Odm module to fix there and. one of the employees. joanell sells canceled everything I had already set up with gm on December 24, 2019 she and her daughter work there at cadillac and have many friends. that can do dirt to people and this was personal so the same day she canceled my appointment after i had everything set up with gm by the way joanell sells and jazmine sells are the names of mother and daughter who work there. And joanell has a sister shanika that works for state farm and has a masters degree on business administration so they know how to go through the. system and scam people.

I contacted a salesman that I would be going to the dealership the next day to see a specific car I was interested in buying. I drove 150 miles to see a car that looks like it hadnt been washed in weeks. The car was missing the owners manual and SD card for navigation. I paid nearly $40k for this?
As far as dealing with the service department and parts department they are all extremely profesional and have a very friendly welcoming staff. Very clean showroom/lot and great sales people. Vehicle prices (both new and used) are clearly displayed and everything is above board. The only reason I havent given 5 stars is they still have cars on their website that were sold more than 6 MONTHS AGO. This seems SO WRONG! Maybe they show all these cars that they DONT HAVE in hopes youll show up and buy something else? If this is not the case then they need to fire their website guy and hire someone who actually does his job.

Frank (Frankie) is the person to go to at Silver Star Cadillac! I was looking for an Escalade and he helped me find the exact car I wanted and in my price range. He went up and above to answer ALL my questions. He delivered our car yesterday and spent over two hours explaining everything about the car (keep in mind i had two kids under the age of 3 with me who kept screaming and running around). Very shady dealer! Found a good price on a 2016 Honda Civic here. Sent in over $15,000 in cash by wire transfer to the dealer to purchase the car. After sending them the money, they sent a purchase agreement written up on the financing form suggesting we were financing the car. Wrong! They even tried to force me to let them run my credit when I was paying cash for the car. But most troubling, the agreement included a mandatory arbitration provision. For those of you not familiar with them, these provisions effectively mean that you are waiving any right to sue the dealer if they screw up. They require binding arbitration with an arbitrator that the dealer gets to select. In other words, they get to pick their own judge. That is why many consumer protection groups have been trying to get them outlawed. When my daughter went to pick up the car, they told her she had to sign the arbitration provision. I talked to the sales person who told me that California requires all dealers to have mandatory binding arbitration. A complete lie! I am an attorney, so not really a smart thing to say to me. I told him that was 100% incorrect, as these are tools of the dealerships, not state law. So he took it up to his sales manager. The guy was a complete jerk, refused to sell the car without an agreement to binding arbitration, and claimed he had no supervisor who could be consulted with to check his decision. I told my daughter to walk away. Cash in the bank, and they wont sell you a car unless you give up all of your consumer rights. Very disturbing! Do not use this dealer or any other dealer who follows this shady and deceptive practice!
Great no pressure service! Alex Merricks helped us today and was a pleasure to work with. We had been to another dealership and was so put off by the salesman, we left. Funny because everything was fine until they gave false information to me. MY husband and i leased a car here in October 2018, we were told that we would receive a costco gift card as part of our purchase. Joel i belive his name was ( nice guy but false info to a customer) did our paperwork. The manager actually did the deal with us but i cant recall his name. I asked joel how do we get our card fo we need to do anything and his response was nope it will just come in the mail. Well it never came. When i called them 2 months later to find out about our Costco card I was told by a manager (again I forgot the name) that he will look into it and call me back. NEVER CALLED back obviously 🙄. I called a second time the following week and was told I will get a callback. Guess what i NEVER got a call back. Anyways long story short i spoke to joel and he remembers telling us that we would receive a Costco card and when I told him I never received it he went to speak to a manager and called me back. The manager told him to tell us that because they gave us a discount we dont get the costco card. Hahahhahahahha I have never heard of such BS in my life. This is hilarious. Anyways obviously the same as always car dealerships are con artists.Good luck

I encountered some unexpected problems with a brand new 2019 Cadillac XT5. After speaking with Sven the sales manager, he offered to take the car back, which was something I would never have expected in my wildest dreams! Other dealers would likely have told me to get the issue repaired under warranty. Silver Star Cadillac stands behind their cars and behind the brand. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

The Cue system in my ATS failed, and was told the part was back ordered.It took nearly 2 months to get the part.The Cue is the brain of this car and controls nearly everything.Each time I come in the service guys cant find me in the system because somehow the Cadillac ended up under my wifes name.She has never had anything to do with the car.I have asked theme 3 times to change it as they also have my wifes number.They never did.I also own a Lexus and a Jaguar.I am sorry to say the entire service experience is infinitly better at those other dealers.Its a shame because I really like the Cadillac brand even though technically the car is for my College aged Son.
I purchased my first Cadillac from this dealership on Saturday and am pretty happy with it so far. I love my new car and the customer service I experienced at this dealership was great! What amazed me when the sales manager Shawn Moretti remembered me from a year ago when I was browsing. He remembered I planned on getting a birthday gift for myself and really guided me through the whole process. He truly helped me in every way possible to get me in the car. I couldnt have asked to work with anyone better. The sales man Johnny A did a great job helping me find the car, and the finance manager Joe N. helped make the transition of trading in my previous vehicle and getting a new one smooth. Everything was great but it wasnt until I met Richard Palmer where my Cadillac buying experience came alive. Richard is an expert in Cadillacs and went over all of the specs of the vehicle with me. Horrible service.Did not know their inventory.Drove 2.5 hrs to see a car advertised on their website & online sales guy said was in stock.To find out it was not available.Called again (trick) and they were still saying it was still available.Warning - Shop elsewhere.If there was less than a full star I would give them that.
Bought a 2016 Escalade over the internet and after it was delivered I discovered even though it had a clean car fax the rear bumper had been painted. Huge run and tape residue that has been cleared coated over. Car does have other wear and tear items which I expected but this is a obvious bad repair that was either missed on trade in or poorly repaired in their shop. Its been a week and I still have not received a return call with any direction on paper work or even a acknowledgment of the poor paint repair. I have a car that I can not register in my state and I cant get any direction on what to do next. Have left lots of messages, emails, text messages and still all I have is a expired 1 day trip tag from California and a sales contract.

Sooooo today We went to look at a new Cadillac we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Johnny A . Such a jewel of a person and so knowledgeable. Before we knew it we were driving the car of our dreams then Shawn Moretti stepped in to help and between the two of them we ate pizza for lunch and were treated like family it was such an amazing experience I would recommend coming here at any time and see these two gentlemen as they were professional outstanding and now family ! We really felt that they worked within our budget and listened to our needs! Thank You!

I have purchased 40 new GM vehicles over the last 15 years and I have dealt with a lot of other GM dealers. With that being said, I have rarely, if ever had an experience like dealing with the team at Silver Star Cadillac.The entire team did everything to help me get out of my 2018 Cadillac CTS-V and into the new 2019 Cadillac CTS-V, that I really wanted! Leigh was instrumental in assisting me and I have dealt with Leigh several times over the last 10 years. Leigh is a true master at his craft! I have never seen anyone roll out the red carpet for the customer like he did for me and other customers in the showroom when I spent a couple hours there one day looking at the CTS-V I wanted. I cant thank Leigh enough for going above and beyond to help me. Darin was very responsive and helped me tremendously and I cant thank him enough. Darin is simply awesome! He spoke with me when I first arrived and I knew there was just something about him that made me feel comfortable being in the showroom. He showed me pictures and info on his tablet that made me super excited to get the new car. Sven was so accommodating and made the financing simple and made it all work! I replaced four tires a number of months ago. Within a few days of purchasing the tires, one of them started to leak. After six, yes SIX trips to the Service Department, I was told I needed a new wheel. Despite no dents, damage, etc., I was told on my sixth visit that, “the inside of the wheel was severely corroded and that the tire and the bead could not sit flush, a new wheel was needed”. Important note - all four wheels had 65,000 miles on them as they were replaced when we moved back to California.Upon leaving the dealership, I contacted GM Customer Service. While speaking to their call center representative, they asked if I had been to the dealership to address this issue. I informed them I just left and told them what I was told moments earlier. After a brief hold, the call center representive told me they spoke with the Service Manager. To my utter dismay, I learned that the Service Manager denied telling me the wheel was “severely corroded” and that the only way to fix this repair was to purchase a new wheel.After weeks of back and forth with GM Customer Service, in sheer frustration, I decided to take the vehicle to Martin Cadillac (Marlene is awesome). I was told the wheel had “sever corrosion”, but they took care of it. It has been a week and NO air has leaked.Do not take your vehicle to Silverstar.
I just had the best car shopping experience at Silver Star in Thousand Oaks. You must go see Krystal Cannon, she spent 3 days making sure I got the perfect car and an amazing deal. This dealership is like walking into a home and your the guest. They are warm, accommodating and honest. Leigh Brannan the General Sales Manager is forthright and perisonalble. The finance Manager Joe Norkewicz makes this process fast and doesn’t try to trick you into buying extras you don’t need. I highly recommend this dealership. I drove here 35 miles from Brentwood and it was worth it!!!
