I was recently in the market for finding a very specific Porsche which had to be special ordered. Everything from booking the appointment to getting the car back was a seem less effort. I was able to make an appointment on Sunday through their call center for an appointment the next day on Monday. They accommodated me by getting me a loaner since my car would be there a while. They sent me text and video updates of my car them entire time they had it. When the car was ready, they let me know and I picked it up. The car was washed and cleaned for me.

My car was everything Rusnac said it was in the ad. The paperwork went very quickly and the sales person explained most of the cars operation. When I inspected the car I found the left rear mud flap was damaged. I took the car and Rusnak sent me a new flap in a couple of days. No problem. My drive home to the central coast was amazing. I called to see if the car was still available, lucky for me it was and the sales person that answer the phone was very professional, he shows the love for the Porsche and he knows a lot about them, I felt very comfortable and trusted him since the begining. Marty did a great job helping me, letting me know when the car was ready to come see, scheduling a test drive, and then getting all of the paperwork done and handing over the keys. The financing was approved in 15 minutes. Everyone at the dealership was very accommodating as I just had shoulder surgery and my arm was in a sling. I was impressed by the thoroughness they went over the car with, even measuring the paint thickness on each panel. I highly recommend them! 10/10.

My Porsche required service, including reprogramming the PCM. An unexpected problem with the ODBC port complicated matters. I have been a customer of Rusnak Porsche since 2017 and fully trust their expertise. The service is quick, staff is professional and responsive. Steve Ellis goes extra mile to make sure I get the best treatment and gives honest advice. It is a bit more expensive to service it at Rusnak, but I believe that quality work deserves a premium, it will save me time and money, down the road when reselling the car. One of the new features I found very helpful, is before I agree to charges they send me a video of the inspection to prove and show where the issues are and what needs to be fixed.

Stopped in for a quick answer regarding my memory seat settings and next thing I know Kristin is setting me up with a loaner car, having my car in to be reprogrammed and washed with no questions asked. What a great experience! Completely different from other dealerships who you have to beg and plead with just to have your car looked at. Im a customer for life. Any issues go see Kristin.

Brought my 2011 cayenne in for service when another dealer couldnt figure out why the check engine light was still on. steve in service was terrific with communication and keeping me posted as the mechanic went through the steps looking for the cause. needless to say the service dept figured out there was a bad part, they swapped it out, and while we were waiting they fixed my liftgate and even were able to help arrange a little touchup on my bumper. while not the cheapest experience, overall im satisfied since all the work was excellent and fully communicated as to the price and the time required to complete.
