Great food! Have been shopping here for years now! Ever since I can remember at least. Great service as well. Never have had an issue here finding what I need as the people who work here are very helpful! Also, make sure to put your carts back in the cart corral instead of leaving it in front of your car. Have courtesy. And don’t be lazy.

I have a charge on my receipt that is questionable. It’s not anything I bought. Called customer service to ask what it is. Basically they want me to pack up my groceries, head back to the store so they can look at it. I’m pretty sure packing up my raw chicken and making a round trip back will be very sanitary! Plus why waste my time and gas money for your cashier’s mistake. She can’t answer anything over the phone because she’s busy with six registers at the moment. The item says, “Grocery Tax” and no, it’s not at the bottom of my receipt where the normal tax is.. it’s the 7th item out of over 20. It also has a “B” after the price. I understand “T” for taxable, etc, but what’s “B?” She won’t even answer that. How do you work customer service, not know your job and are too busy to answer the phone which IS your customer service job?Not to mention the mask mandate sign is no longer up, you no longer need to wear your mask in the store, and yet I was made to wear one anyways.

I like this Ralphs location because this store seems to have everything I need ..location wise.. I have been shopping at Ralphs supermarkets in the state of California for nearly 15 years .. this location is usually busy seeing that it near a residential section. The parking is simple and the spaces are comfy for your vehicles.. This store is very clean and the employees are nice.. There are some Ralphs that I have shopped in that arent stocked ..but this manager has done a very good job at keeping the shelves stocked. If you read the local sales paper ..this location always has the merchandise that is advertised. Now since Covid -19 I have shopped here since 2020 ..The carts are always cleaned,sprayed by employees ..I love the bakery,, and they even have Vegan foods.. Between this Ralphs and the one in Studio City,California on Ventura blvd ...I always like to shop here..

Customer service answers the phone just to hang up. You can hear people conversing on the other side while I’m saying “hello” to make sure they can hear after being put on hold for 30 minutes twice just for them to simply hang up. Terrible job.

I just wanted to say thank you Ralphs for being a leader in making sure everyone gets food. This particular store had such a sense of normalcy and it was very comforting. Other than waiting to get in (25 at a time), the shelves were pretty much stocked. There is no food shortage people if we just be smart about it. Please keep up the great work in these trying times.

WARNING: Mask-wearing is not at all being enforced in the store. If you shop here you are putting yourself at great risk because less than half the customers were wearing masks.Also, a sign has incorrectly priced an item by over $10 and the store agreed that the sign was incorrect but refused to honor the price.Ill *consider* coming back IF the store starts actually caring about the safety of their customers and employees and actually starts enforcing mask wearing.

Clean, busy grocery store, friendly and courteous staff, shelves are well stocked, easy parking.

Had most of the items I was looking for except the brand of fresh orange juice I like. There were other brands available however. I try to avoid the noon hour and between 5pm and 7pm because it gets too crowded for my preference.

I love going to this Ralphs. Ursala is always extremely helpful and is always cheerful. She never has a bad day. I just got back from there and she was her usual self. She always brings a smile to my face and I never smile. Thank you Ursala.

The deli service is beyond horrible. Always a wait. Most of the time I have to yell for an employee to help, even then its extremely slow and the employees act like im doing them a favor by helping me. This location in particular Ive noticed the employees, managers, and customer service(even when calling) is extremely poor. I hate to be hard on people but ive been coming here for YEARS and its always pretty bad.

They offer a nice selection of groceries with a lot to choose from and they also had some good deals on most of the stuff we were looking for.

Bad customer service my wife and my self goes to your Supermarket every week the Deli was closed at 8:30 it used yo be open until 9 pm there was people there but they said they had cleaned the machine so they will not help us so we left to do our grocery shopping somewhere else

The employees here are super nice and helpful. The store is clean and stocked.

Convenient location and clean, organized store. We have been there for night shopping runs and the store has been well stocked. However, the wait at the registers can take a while at night if they only have 1 checker which has been the case. Parking lot usually has enough parking for convenient access.

This location is great. Love the brokkoli salad and the Italian pasta salad. Very tasty salads, they taste homemade!!!! The spring rolls at the sushi bar are amazing, too!!!! Always a pleasure shopping here!

This is my favorite Ralphs for the past 14 years. the products are always on point, the produce is nice, fresh, and varied from local farms. the staff is nice and super helpful when u need it. Even the hair products are good for everybody!

This is a big store with great selection; however, I still find many of the items over priced. Then again the club membership is very helpful. All in all great if you are a fastidious shopper.I didnt have to wait at all when checking out; thats important to me.

For me this is the best store in the Conejo.Good variety and so much to choose from.The workers are the best, always friendly and helpful. Love my Ralphs.My only complaint is when complex is busy parking is the bad.

Stop having your employees lift the heavy items back into the cart if they arent strong enough to handle it. So as a rule of thumb Whole Foods is amazing! Just moved here from Indiana.The cooler was out of Calif Farms Espresso. I asked an employee when it would be restocked. He said he had no clue, and wasnt sure when it came in. I thought about inquiring further but was a little put off by his lack of knowledge on the subject. WIC Consumers Don’t shop here.!Apparently some cashiers don’t like WIC and don’t treat you as well as the Regular customers. For example, Lisa the cashier threw my receipt on the counter, far away like if she wanted to stick it on the wall. She has helped me 2 times before and she always does that, I asked her last time why she threw my receipt on the counter and not give it on my hand like the other cashiers, she said because that’s the way she does it. However, I noticed that she gave the next customer her receipt on her hand. So today, I spoke with the Store manager Caren and explained how I feel and her response was that she will talk to her cashiers but mention that not giving the receipt on the customer’s hand is normal for them.

It,was very good. The lady that bagged my groceries took them out to my car as loaded them my car. I know they help customers but she was special. Pretty great grocery store! They are a bit small but have a large selection of products, plus a nice deli, sushi counter, meat counter, and a fantastic bakery. Also, they always have good sales.

We shops here and like it OK, until just now when my husband walked in the door with a cake we didnt order. We went last Thursday to order a cake for my two year old birthday party a cute little yellow and red cake for Daniels tiger and we had the little figures for it. They never even made the cake. Gave us some crappy cake instead. Cant do anything about it now.

Over priced. Poor selection. Produce is never full when I get there after work. So much housewares bs being sold there that they dont have enough room for groceries. Went to get a loaf of bread- very small selection. Frozen vegetables, they want $3 a bag for the same stuff Walmart has for 40¢. I hadnt been there in years, as I prefer Sprouts and Vons, but time was a concern for me tonight. I happily wont be returning for another six years.

We wanted to give 0 star for our experience. The guy named JEFF was very rude. He looked like the boss of all customers. Who is paying you? Are you paying customers to come shop at your supermarket? You are not the only supermarket in the area. We wont come to spend money at your store again!

Ralphs is an echo of what it used to be. Theyve taken half the items I buy off the shelves. Many, many months ago they reorganized the store layout, turning it from a store where everything was a snap to find into a store where even after all these months I still cant find a thing without asking for help. I know the marketing dept bean counters think that by having to run all over the store to find what were looking for well have to pass a lot of merchandise we would have otherwise never looked at, and might buy it if we only saw it, but theyve also wound up making shopping there a truly unpleasant and needlessly time consuming chore. I used to love Ralphs. Now I dread going in there. At least the Thousand Oaks branch has self checkout. Its the only positive thing I can name other than the hard working staff who are not the ones responsible for managements terrible changes.

Some of the managers here are very VERY rude. I work for a company that gives food away at multiple Ralphs. This is the worst one because of the terrible managers. They try to tell me how to do my job when I have a manual saying what i should do on each particular day. Ive also seen them be extremely rude to customers who ask simple questions. If I plan on shopping here make sure u dont ask any questions.

This is my rating for this store because if I could give zero star I would give it to it I had to pack all the products in the bags and there was no one to help pack them product that any store does, apart from that they charge you the very expensive beans apart from that there was almost nothing that I went to look for and the person who was at the checkout to pass them produced an elderly person who hardly even sees and well in the end I had to do all the work that the store should be terrible service And another person who works there meeting there talking and was only able to come and say hey here there is no Apple Pay, I do not care if there is Apple Pay or there is no Apple Pay, I am interested in someone being in the box to pack the products inside each bag and that was not there bad service has this store should be to close it I will never go there again

A little more expensive, but good quality and good selection of organic products which are also affordable. Definitely my favorite shop.
