I came into the store looking for some bath bombs to cheer me up after a recent break up. Kali and the rest of the staff (I am so sorry I cant remember your names. I only remember Kalis from the receipt. The other two had purple and brown hair) were so kind, patient and wonderful. They didnt bombard me too much with customer service, but were so willing and helpful in answering any of my questions and made sure I was taken care of. I mentioned my recent situation to them and they were so kind and compassionate. You guys are seriously great and I left with a huge smile on my face and feeling happy for the rest of the evening. Your kindness is contagious. So glad I stopped in!

Well I came here during the pandemic they make you wait outside while they are good but everyone waiting is exposed and often just left with no room. People would just walk RIGHT by you. I’d wait to shop until this is over.

It is not possible to take a trip to the mall without stopping in lush. Their products are absolutely incredible. I love the all natural ingredients, no preservatives, and all of the packaging is environmentally friendly or reusable. This time I got the guardian of the forest bath bomb and cannot wait to try it. The smell reminds me of green tea which is going to be incredible diffused in a bath. 10/10

Got my girl a few bath bombs here for valentines day. The customer service at this store was amazing. I was not sure what to get but the staff was able to guide me well without any condescending attitude or anything. One of the employees did personal gift wrapping with a message on it. Overall great experience at a great store.!

Very kind, some of best service in the Mall honestly. Products good enough to convince a broke college kid to buy. I suggest talking with them, they dont try to pressure you into buying more then you can afford and make sure youre getting the bang for your buck. I highly recommend asking for samples both in store and to take home! Itll help you be sure of your purchases. Dont forget to bring back your empty containers!

Good smelling stuff

I love LUSH!!!This store has the nicest and most helpful staff that is also very knowledgeable about all of the product that they sell.The products are all organic and very high quality (and not tested on animals.I have very sensitive skin and can not use most products with scents or chemicals without getting eczema patches or insanely irritated skin, But I have never had an issue with any of the LUSH Bath Bombs, Lotions, Scrubs, Masks, Butters, or Soaps.Ask about there giant Bath bomb, It is the size of at least 4 regular bath bombs and is perfect to do with that special someone.

Went there for the first time and chatted with Chris today. He is an amazing guy and very helpful. I am new to the area and was nice to talk with him and make a purchase from him. Chris was very knowledgeable about the products and what would work for me.Look forward to visiting here again.

Be prepared when you walk into the store to be overwhelmed by all of the aromas (odors or smells, depending on your sensitivity) and at the same time their selection of unique combinations of colors and mixtures utilizing mostly natural ingredients. The cost is definitely not for the budget-conscious but for one who is looking for a unique gift or product. I cannot say enough at how friendly the staff were the day we visited. The store was slammed with customers and yet the staff where unfettered and not lacking in enthusiasm to engage with their customers. We will definitely visit again soon.

Lots of good customer service here. It does have a strong smell so you should definitely be warned if sensitive (though, youll know before entering).Really good products though. I like their body wash and shampoos and the massage bars are also nice.

Love everyone here, great people. But I impulse bought things, and then decided to return them. That was over a week ago now and the money hasn’t processed into my account. Kind of frustrating since it was almost $30 of money wasted. Otherwise, this is the best lush location to go to.

I like to go in to smell all the good smells. Its one of my favorite me-time things to do. The employees are nice and actually approach people to offer help. Im a little disappointed that I couldnt find some pine tar soap though. ☹️

Its like a candy store for your nose. Our daughter loves to smell everything and watch them fizz-away a sample every once in a while. Im a little on the frugal side and cant always justify the price. With lower costs, it could be more of a habit like my coffee rather than just being a rare treat.

Lush offers some great hygiene products without any wasteful packaging. Most of their stuff is self preserving so it lasts a long time. I use their shampoo and soaps every day, I avoid the bath bombs and bubble bars and such and still find a lot of valuable products within the store.

Lush has a great selection of products that never disappoints but this location in particular is amazing. I think every single employee there struck up a conversation with me while I was in there. I was here yesterday and I was incredibly impressed with the customer service during this busy holiday season. Their store was packed with customers, but almost half seemed to be employees. I had three different employees reach out to help me, which was awesome. I just wanted one thing and it needed to be vegan, and they were super helpful with helping me decide which one I wanted. Then, as I’m standing in the long line to check out, one of the employees comes up to me with a scanner and checks me out while I’m in line. I didn’t even have to wait and then was on my way! I was very impressed with the service. I definitely intend to visit them again.

The Ladies that helped me today were very kind & welcoming. Bought a bath bomb (THE BEST) & one of the women suggested a shower gel similar in scent. I wasnt ready to get it but she made a little sample so I could try it. best customer service Ive had in a while. Stay sweet, ladies!

I went in to buy some products for a friend that has cancer and I shared this with the associate when she asked me what I was shopping for. She was really sweet and helped me pick out some bath bombs. When I was leaving after check out, she pulled me aside and gave me a bath bomb for myself and wrote me the most thoughtful note. It almost brought me to tears her kindness towards me. Thank you for making my whole week ❤️. Best lush Ive ever been to.

I love this store. The products are amazing and stand against animal testing - an important aspect for me. Additionally, the employee, Greer, who helped me was fantastic! She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable of the products and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I never felt like she was trying to up-sell me. I LOVE Lush. The bath bombs, the bubbles, the masks and fragrances - all delightful! Staff here is very friendly and helpful, and can usually make good recommendations.Do be cautious if you have a sensitivity to strong fragrance and/or overwhelming amounts of bath-powders... I can usually only handle 20 minutes in the store (which in turn helps me spend less, so thats nice)

I absolutely love lush. I love the help and guidance to new products. I love Trisha. Shes 100 percent by far the most bubbly and outgoing. She always has a smile on her face and always can answer my questions with sturdy answers.

TL;DR: GREAT product..to buy online.5 star product, 2 star service.Ive always had a love/hate relationship with Lush. I love their products but the store is just chaotic. Its overwhelming to me but the product makes it worth it. My visit this time however made me not want to return. The sales associates are aggressively friendly. My sister requested a sample of one of their face masks, one shes used before and loves. The sales associate then questioned her type of skin, told her she shouldnt use that face mask, told her she was wrong for using it and then turned his attention to me. She never got her sample. He then aggressively questioned my type of skin, what I was shopping for and then all of a sudden I was holding 5 pots of product. Dont get me wrong, he was very nice but just wouldnt accept we already knew what we wanted and basically ignored our requests. Once I finally escaped him, I walked literally two steps before ANOTHER sales associate came up to me, asked what I needed and then without letting me answer started putting things into my hands. Again, VERY friendly but completely ignored what I was saying and wouldnt let me just wander. I understand they are trying to help but Im already overwhelmed by the design of the place and all the smells. Adding aggressive sales associates just makes me want to leave. I appreciate an offer to help but ignoring what I have to say, forcing product into my hands and ignoring my request to just wander is just too much.

This is my new favorite Lush to go to. It looks a little bit bigger than it is. All of the staff here are sooooo helpful and they are not pushy at all. They are friendly but very professional. I will definitely go out of my way to return to this store. I wish I could remember the names of the associates who helped me so I could recommend them.

Great gifts for ones wife, gf, mother or loved one. A bit over price. But when u smell the Rose Jam body wash, ull pay the cost gladly. Getting something from here should definitely help u score brownie points with ur loved one...trust me😉

AMAZING products! I have such a rough time finding stuff that actually works and this does! Its pretty pricey but for something that can actually work with natural products, worth every penny.

I got recommended an awful solid shampoo that harms my hair. Holy wonderful sensory overload! This place is incredible. So much variety. They have your standards body products like lotions and soaps, but also have a lovely selection of shampoo and condition bars, dry shampoo, amazing bath balls and toothpaste tablets. Customer service was excellent! We worked with Emma, who spent a good amount of time reviewing products we didnt even know existed. She was friendly, thorough and hands on...literally, she helped my friend sample a variety of face and body washes on her arms and explained how each individual ingredient worked. My friend wound up purchasing a ton of goodies and I will certainly be back soon!

We have bought a lot of product from Lush in Oregon, Hawaii, and Washington. Tootsie tabs, lotions, bath products and tons of face stuff. Recently we bought a shower jelly and I hated it. It was just not my jam. As a result I took it back and they exchanged it even though I didn’t have a receipt and the expiration date has rubbed off. Thank you!

Every experience Ive had at Lush has been so amazing and pleasant, but yesterday was really exceptional. Ever since I got my mom some bath bombs last Christmas, she has been ordering them off the Lush website but had never been into a store before. We were greeted by Greer who matched my moms excitement and demod bath bombs and answered all of her questions. I ended up working with Kieran who was so kind and fun and did an amazing job of educating me about the products and recommending and demoing things based on my needs. We ended up spending WAY more than we would have if it werent for their personalized recommendations and warm welcoming attitudes, and well absolutely be back to do it again!(I could go on and on about what a great company Lush is and how fantastic their products are as well, but the customer service was what really wowed us.)

This is easily the best LUSH store I’ve ever shopped at. The staff are unbelievably friendly, and I had a particularly amazing experience today. I met a very nice LUSH associate, asked about the difference between the Buffy and Scrubee body butters, and ended up with the Eau Roma Water toner, Scrubee, and a free Vanillary perfume! I will be forever grateful and will exclusively support this location in the future.
