First time here. Got the steak n cheese omelet and man, the flavor alone combined with the big portion was definitely worth the price..Highly recommend this place for breakfast or lunch..

It was great the 🥯 were good and the staff is friendly. BTW pro tip its better bang for your buck if you just buy the 13 bagels and cream cheese, rather then ordering separately. But over all it is a good bagel place.

Nichole, and her amazing team really do an amazing job at Bagel 13 - Garden Street. The food always tastes great, always service with a smile, and you always feel welcome like family! Even taking home the lucky 6 or 13 you can create amazing tasting creations at home, if you dont want to eat it there! Definately COVID and social distancing friendly. They even recently added outdoor covered seating.

Their Bagels are fresh and tasty. They have everything you would like for breakfast as well as lunch. They also serve fresh baked muffins like blueberry, orange cranberry, chocolate and even cappuccino to name a few. April is Amazing and so friendly!

I’m not sure what happened at this location recently. We are somewhat regular customers and have always enjoyed it. We have noticed the service and quality has majorly changed in the last couple months. I don’t know if it’s under new ownership or something. Every order we have gotten recently has been incorrect, the bacon and turkey are different, the ahi tuna sandwich was almost inedible last time, items have been forgotten, etc. Today when I let them know the bagel on my order was incorrect (again), they just stood there and didn’t address it. After a few minutes of waiting for a response I just left…didn’t want to waste the food. Also end up waiting 10-15 minutes longer for pick up orders than what is stated on our receipt. We will be patronizing the location on Hopkins from now on.

Great breakfast go to! Reasonable prices for the amount of food you get. A definite return is in my future.

Seemed to be busy when we came in, with phone orders and patrons. We ordered two bagels with cream cheese, a latte, and smashed browns. Bagels are really fresh and delicious. The cream cheese I ordered was vegetable and it was fantastic. The smashed browns needed a little more salt but was good and fresh. The latte was large and $4. I saw reviews that this place was expensive...really. under two dollars for a bagel with butter a dollar more for cream cheese? Large latte for under five.

Fantastic Bagel Place! We went here twice while staying in Titusville. The food was delicious and great value for money. Quality was astounding. We had the pumpernickel, egg, sausage and cheese breakfast bagels, they were truly delicious. And so was the coffee!! They even cooked a separate sausage pattie for my friends dog. Many people coming in and out of there were getting smoothies, so I regret not trying one. Wish Bagel 13 was near where I live.

Food is always good. The hot roast beef on rye is amazing! So is the strawberry salad. And, I love the game, egg, & cheese on cheddar bagels for breakfast.

To think Ive been living in Titusville for 3 years and this is the first time Ive did a bagel 13. And I loved it.

Came in no one acknowledged me even when I asked for help and if my online order is ready, someone else walked in right up to the pick up counter (where I was standing) was greeted and received their online order. Finally someone acknowledged me standing there for 15 min to find out they gave my order to someone else. The employees then continue to bicker at each other. Waited another 5 minutes for someone to tell me if I was going to get my food or not, finally the cook (Im assuming) came out and apologized and tried to make things right asking what the issue was (I told him I just want to get my food and go).... Im still waiting for my food.UPDATE: Finally got my food and rushed back to work ( being now its been 45 min since i placed my original order) and they gave me the wrong bagel!!! This place is a train wreck

I ordered using Door Dash today and when I received my food it wasn’t correct. I called Bagel 13 and was told it was Door Dashes fault and to call them. Well it wasnt Door Dashes fault as you can see on my receipt clear as day the correct oder was placed with Bagel 13. I will not order from here again. They did not care to rectify the situation, instead places blame on Door Dash.

On two visits now this place has been great. Soft on the inside, gooey skin on the outside, bagels made fresh. With a short order cook grill to make the sandwiches the outcome is truly very rich. The cinnamon rolls are worth the calories!

I LOVE the Cobb 13 salad for healthy eating! For a treat, I have a triple decker turkey club on a toasted tomato basil bagel. Good food! Greatprice!!

I am not from the area so I searched for a coffee shop and drove across Titusville to get here. I arrived at 2:15 pm (they close at 3) and was told, oh, we dont do any coffee after 1:30. Soooo, wasted my time completely. Luckily I made it to Sunshine Cafe before they closed. Go there instead.

Door dash driver, sat there for10 minutes after letting them know why I was there, finally asked again and then told me no order, ridiculous and clueless staff

Great bagels, great coffee, reasonable prices too. We love the Hum-B on a jalapeno bagel. The staff deserves credit too, they are very friendly and efficient, wonderful service. Best bagels in Titusville.

Staff was friendly, bagel okay. The quality of the food was good I think it was the combo of what I got that I disliked. I got a thin cinnamon raisin bagel with egg, spinach, tomato - veggies were fresh and cold, I would have preferred them warm. So good quality, friendly staff, typical trendy atmosphere. Ill try it again.

First time visiting B13 🤨 ordered a strawberry banana smoothie with mango, was told they can’t add mango ...guess it’s to complicated to add more premade juice from bottle to another concentrate with no fresh fruit whatsoever, no ? If I want whipped cream to fill up the 2/3 of a cup fill, totally unimpressed with such a cute looking shop especially calling it 13 my fav #, my bagel muffatta was however very good .😋

I was really excited about this place I got the Jalapeno bagel. The people were very kind there. The atmosphere was very nice. My only qualm was, the jalapeno bagel had no jalapeno taste whatsoever I wanted some heat it was rather plain.

I read a couple of reviews and it made me almost not go inside. This place was exactly what I needed to jump start my morning, and it’s a plus because they have my favorite bottled strawberry lemonade. && the price wasn’t bad at all!

Manager on duty today is putting random items in uber eats orders and doesn’t even let the customer know that they don’t have what they ordered or if they wanted a certain item that it cost more. If they would have just called I wouldn’t have mind paying extra or the correct price for muffins but instead she just decided who cares just give them whatever which matched her attitude. Poor management and I know there’s better people to run the store since the last time we ordered the lady working at that time called to confirm our order. I love bagel 13 always have this is just another employee who doesn’t care about their work even in a times like these.

Stopped in to pickup my online order and had 2 different types of bagels. I simply asked the cashier if they marked the bagels and she replied no. I asked if they could mark them for me and her reply was you want us to go through all of these and mark them? We dont do that for anyone was her comment. I said well you should and she rudely said again well we dont and I told here there was no need to be rude that I was simply suggesting that they mark the bagels that way the customer does not have to open every bagel to find out which is which. I was dropping a couple off for my son on my way home. Also we ordered extra bacon on 3 of our bagels and there was only 2 very skinny pieces of bacon on every bagel. This company has much to be desired. The food is really good but the service I received was far from professional. Bagel 13 located in Titusville, Florida on Garden St. Almost forgot to mention I called to ask them to mark them before I got there and was put on hold for a very long time, as a matter of fact I arrived there before the answered.

Super friendly service Ive been here twice now the first time I just got a bagel with cream cheese and it was awesome!! this second time I got the bacon egg and cheese bagel with a smash brown and yuck! I did not like the hashbrown at all and I could only wat half the sandwich there was no flavor I just felt like I was eating a soggy tough bagel with tiny pieces of bacon on it and I was so looking forward to this sandwich!! all in all theyre okay I would go back just not to get this again

The staff is always very pleasant. They have a nice variety of bagels and they offer bialys. They used to carry a very good chicken salad but they dont make it anymore the same. Thats really the only damn thing about it. It has a nice atmosphere to.

Our visit the other day was not as good as our first visit, both visits were within 10min of opening the store. First visit 5 stars and this visit is rated 3 stars for the following reasons. Lox bagel 2 slices on the bagel whole bagel it felt cheap. There was no creme for the coffee just the syrup which was good but you need the creme to smooth it out. We also ordered a 6 pack of bagels and another sandwich and those came fine and tasted good.

Ordered Lucky 13 from them via door dash, had a confirmation and delivery time of 11:36 am. Refreshed My screen around 11:30 to find out where my order was and find out my ordered had been canceled. When I called them up to find out why it was canceled they said is because they could not fulfill the order and that they had cancelled it right after I placed it. Looking back through my emails they did not cancel it until 11:23 the lady who I spoke with on the phone was very rude and told me Look we tried calling you 2 or 3 times.. which was a lie my phone did not have any calls from them. When I asked if I was going to be charged she stated we cancelled the order.. she could not confirm or deny that I was charged, I was but supposedly it will be returned to my card in 5-7 business days.... Worst customer service Ive dealt with in a long time.....

This is a nice place to have breakfast or lunch. Theyre not open for dinner. They do have vegetarian and vegan options. It is handicap accessible, but the door is hard to open, theres a suction when the wind is blowing, which is frequent. The chairs are a little hard to move, so its not exactly wheelchair friendly.

Its the second time Ive eaten there and the bagels are pretty good. I had the muffeleta bagel sandwich which was tasty. The place is pretty clean and the workers are friendly. I must say though the worker couldve went all the way when she stated that shell bring my food to me instead of me having to get up to get it myself. Its not a big deal to me but out could get in other consumers skin.

The blackened ahi tuna anything is so legit. Perfectly seared. Im about 99% sure they make their dressings in house (based on how they look and taste), which I love. I havent had a bagel yet but I do occasionally get an iced coffee and the house-made syrup flavor station is a lot of fun.

I went here late morning and it was only a little busy. Me and my boyfriend wanted to try it and you walked in and knew everything was fresh. My complaints would have to be that as first timers they didnt explain the menu at all to us. It is a little over priced but can be understood since it is fresh. Just wish the service was a little more friendlier.

Tried this place on a whim. Dont live in Titusville. Great food tho. Wide selection. Wanted to stay for lunch! Enjoyed a delicious smoothie too. Best part, hands down, had to be the Jones Soda dispenser! Super cool.

This is the only place like this Ive seen in my area since moving from a larger city, and it all tastes better than the chain I used to go to there. I know theres a lot of fish and meat on the menu but they have good vegetarian options and the hummus was very good.

We have always gone to Garden Street. Always Excellent. Cheney Highway is closer, but by no means as good. Perhaps it is growing pains, but not getting the right bagels isnt good.I have been told they are franchising. Unless the new store is fully capable, people wont be pleased.We will stay at Garden Street.Thank you

Staff was friendly and helpful. The dining area was clean and comfortable. BLT was great, however, the bacon egg and cheese bagel was a little dry. Overall a pleasant experience.

Good bagels. They do not make them at this location, but still seem fresh. Prices could be lower honestly, I mean it is flour, water, yeast, and some seasoning. Probably make 100 bagels for $5 bucks yet charge you that much for 5 or 6.

This was my first time eating there today, Im new to the area but had heard the bagels were amazing! I am happy to say they are absolutely wonderful!! I would have given the rating 5 stars however the cashier ruined that, she was not welcoming at all, made us feel as though we were interrupting her day and after we gave her our card so we could pay she put the receipt on the counter closer to her and told us we needed to sign it, offered no pen so that we could sign and then turned her back to us to get ice coffees. Im really hoping that this was just an off day for her, I know we all have them, I will give them another try and hopefully she will be in a much more customer service oriented mood.

Ive always raved about Bagel 13 and have had good experiences when they first opened. Today, the wait for a salad and one bagel was over 35 minutes!! There was one person ahead of me and only two behind me. They were out of a popular item on the menu and when I wanted to substitute a soda for a coffee, I was told The system wouldnt allow substitutes and my only option for that would be to purchase a combo?... The staff were sort of wandering around as I, and the customer in front of me, waited for our orders. I am hoping this was a one time occurrence.

A friend mentioned this place to me. I dont live in this area but when I came over for business I decided to give this place a try.All I was looking for was a decent latte. What I got was a far cry from a latte. I asked for a medium (16 oz.) with an extra shot and what I got was a large but with a mediums amount of espresso. Basically it was about 20 oz. of milk and a couple of shots of espresso (which could not be tasted at all) and little to no Carmel flavoring. It was literally one of the worst lattes I have ever had. To make matters worse the cup they put it in was defective. I put it in my cup holder in my car. When I reach to take it out of the holder the cup collapsed and spewed it contents all over the console of my car.I rarely throw away a latte no matter how bad it taste but I could only stand about 1/2 of this one before I tossed it.I dont know about their Bagels but stir clear of their lattes. I dont like giving poor reviews but this one deserves it.

Excellent! When B13 opened I knew it was going to be one of those places I would go on the regular, and I was right. The bagels are fantastic, the smoothies are delicious, and the service is friendly! Having been numerous times for breakfast and lunch as well, I couldnt recommend this place more highly. Sure, at the rushes it can get a little backed up, but its worth the wait for a classic Eggle Bagel and warm, house-roasted coffee.

We have visited the shop a few times the smell fresh coffee and warm baggles is great combination after a long bicycle ride. Friendly folks and clean.

My wife and I stopped by for a quick lunch and were very pleasantly surprised. The staff realized we were newbies and couldnt do enough to help our decisions as well as engaging us in conversation and history of the organization. Horrible customer service. I was not greeted by anyone. Staff member went to the register and simply stated at me. I ordered. She said nothing. Then stated and the next customers. Food was simply thrown in top of the counter and I had no idea if it was mine or not. Note- all staff members had attitudes and did not give a damn about it’s customers.

Showed up curious about the new spot. We found excellent and knowledgeable counter service and were offered samples of a coffee we were interested in. Their menu has at least 4 more items I want to try. I had the Hum-B on a Sundried Tomato Basil bagel. The bagel came with homemade hummus and roasted peppers topped with fresh cucumber and was delicious. My girlfriend got an egg white bagel sandwich that was very good and toasted perfectly. This place is not your typical Titusville joint. It almost seems out of place. Great experience all around!

Going down hill fast. Service is slow. Coffee always taste burnt or old. Just went this morning and both bagels were hard like they were stale. I wouldve given less stars if it was an option. Ive been going here since they were across the street but Ive had my last bagel from this place. If the owner sees this its definitely the staff. You need to hire some people that care.
