I’m really shocked to see the poor reviews, and upon further reading it seems like most of them were bs. I’ve been frequenting this CVS for years, and it’s a pleasure shopping there. The store manager, David, and employees have always gone out of their way to be helpful and are very friendly. They always have good stock in, especially for theHolidays. Sure, their pharmacy might me a little slow, but they are smaller and supply for a ton of people. Thumbs up from me!
Never have I experienced poor service as I have at this pharmacy. I was told yesterday could not fill my script because was to busy and come back the next day. Also they never answer the phone and have been on hold over 30 minutes and just give up. Will be taking my pharmacy needs elsewhere. Dont waste your time here.
I must give a loud shout out to this pharmacy. My wife needed a prescription medication to help her feel better. Walmart pharmacy told me that they did not have it and did not know when they would get it. This was an immediate need that had to be facilitated. I called this CVS Pharmacy and asked them to call the Walmart pharmacy and help me advocate for my wifes health. The staff of this pharmacy did so asap and had the prescription switched to them. I was able to secure the medication my wife needed. I am so thankful for their help and how much they chose to care about my wifes health.
The pharmacy is too busy and it is very hard to get anything filled in this location. I recommend using Cheney Hwy store much better
I am almost 40 couldnt buy champagne even though i had an ID. The reason: she suspects I am part of other group other group that was leaving a store as i walked in. I saw them they are all over 40 as well. I suspect cashier is trying not to sell alcohol due to her religious beliefs
Every time we go here we get confronted about our service dog, tonight the cashier called someone on us and when we tried to check out with a coupon she said it wasn’t on the card and even when I showed it to her on my cvs account she just dismissed it that she didn’t see it. Pretty sure she saw it and just didn’t want us to use it so I left without buying anything.
If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would if there was a number lower than a 0 I would I would never go to this pharmacy one of the pharmacist that was giving me and my husband our covid shot was rude and sarcastic my husband asked her a question about the covid shot and her answer was “ that’s a dumb question “, so I guess doing something clueless is smart whoever gave her her diploma needs to take it back
My doctor office put in 3 prescription for my kids and they not doing they Job to forfill the prescription have me to wake a whole week and I dont think that right and still have 2 prescription in process from 3 days ago please some help all employees are rude and no help and have attitude bout your medications and take there time to answer very slow slow take this store Pharmacy off the market
The staff including the pharmacist are amazing! They are a blessing to have in my community and life! Props to this pharmacy & especially the staff that made everything so amazing! 💜
It took me more than 20 minutes to talk to anyone on the phone and they still would not help me not a place anyone needs to shop
No one answers the phones not pharmacy or photo and main counter Ive been on hold for 45 minutes waiting for someone to answer
This location is the absolute worst CVS I have ever dealt with. I was a new customer in July and service has been a nightmare. The pharmacy staff are down right rude, neglectful and dismissive. They do not know how to communicate with customers and apparently not sure how to do their job. They have completey messed u9 from the get go and lost my reoccurring monthly business. I chose this location for convenience and drive thru but I would rather have to park and go into publix than ever attempt to rely on this CVS location again. An I am handicap so the drive thru was a major thing for me.
The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Never are they on time with refills and that includes times I’ve been told they were ready for pickup and then show up and they still weren’t ready. Would never advise using them unless it’s a must.
This place is out of hand disorganized. They cant get medicine ordered even with multiple days of requests. Their customer service from the pharmacy staff is mediocre and sometimes dismissive and rude. I would never do business here for anyone that cares about their own health. Merritt Island Discount Pharmacy will deliver to Titusville and has much better rates and customer service skills.
Called and asked about a specific product, was told it was in stock. I drive to the store and arrive to be told they are out of stock. The employee then claims he talked to me on the phone and offered no apology for lying.
We were here last year & used this CVS a number of times. It is 8:19 & still not open. No signage to explain why. About 5 cars have already left & we are leaving too. This is our 2nd trip to pick up the same Rx. Wait 1st trip was over 20 min & he was still saying it will be a little while
If I could give this location NEGATIVE stars, they would have earned it!
Shop here a few times a week. Manager, Marty needs to be fired. I’m calling corporate for the way i was treated in front of other customers!I was asked about a survey I filled out because I gave a bad review. I told him I didn’t want to talk about it. Then when I came in the next day he approached me again demanding an answer as to why I gave a bad review and how when someone gives bad reviews “he has to deal with it”! All I wanted to do is cash out and leave. He then told me I was trespassed as if he’s a cop! I did nothing wrong except fill out a survey he didn’t like! I have nothing better to do today then to give this store a bad review on every site due to this nasty man! WOW is all I can say.
I have updated my previous negative review. This store has improved since obtaining a new pharmacist.
Store attendant was extremely helpful and courteous. Definitely my go to for anything I need for a KSC trip.
It takes forever for them to answer the pharmacy phone. My doctor in MO has sent a prescription twice and they say they havent gotten it. Last time after checking again it was in the building
Same town, different CVS, same incompetence! This concerns a controlled medication, I first tired 20 mg QD (once a day), I picked up 30 pills..... Didn’t work, doctor tells me to take 20 mg BID (twice a day) The 20 mg BID is good. That was over 2 weeks ago....Requested CVS to fill new prescription with NEW directions 3 days ago, insurance denied stating too soon. I had to point out to the pharmacist NEW directions, he sees it apologized and told me he will take care of it. A day later I call and it is not done! Different pharmacist, Abdul.... he is “not comfortable” filling it!! Nothing shady with my history..... nothing at all and he’s uncomfortable? I leave town tomorrow for the holidays, requested this to be filled 3 days ago..... now what. I’m sorry this is stupidity across the board! Need to add I NEVER received a phone regarding the above
Horrible! 25 minutes in drive through line and when you call the store, you are on hold forever! Horrible!!
Absolutely the best pharmacy staff in all of Florida. They always go out of their way to help you out with any issues, explaining medications and any possible reactions. Not to mention that every person there is kind an extremely personable. It really helps when a pharmacy treats you like a friend rather than just another prescription to be filled.
Visited this store while sitting at the Max Brewer bridge to watch a rocket launch. Location is a short walk from the beach, and nearby park, which are both good for viewing rocket launches.Selection inside the store was pretty good with a little more of an assortment geared to the coastal area. Visited the store in July, so it was stocked with a lot of summer items. However the reason for my visit to store was to purchase bug spray / repellent. They were completely sold out. It would seem this location is pretty busy due to its location.
Lots of choices. Prices a bit higher, but convenient. Coupons helpful, so is having their store card. The clerk was nice.
I am a tourist in town for a few days and walked over to this CVS. The staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help me find what I needed. Nice experience overall.
The worst by far a real garbage dump, taking my perscriptions and running
They fill my suboxone havent had any problems
The worst pharmacy in the USA!
Have called 4 times today. been on hold each time for over 45 mins. GET IT TOGETHER!
Need to stop allowing dogs, especially pit bulls, into the store. Not everyone is a dog lover. Someone gets bit, theyll own CVS.
Everyones a great help in answering questions about medications in the pharmacy. Employees are helpful, courteous, professional throughout the store.
This CVS pharmacy is rundown with no window service now for over 3 weeks. They have a habit of calling and saying your script is ready and then when you get there they have not filled it yet. This has been my and others experience. Stay away from there if you can.
The store on graden st. Short my meds where i did have enough for two weeks the want pay for thoes they short me. I cant afford it. They have nice people but i gave it 1 star bevause ppl like me cant go without my meds. So i dont recomned them but still go count meds at the couner in front them because once leave the couner it final and they wont fix unless pay for pill and most insurance pay for once. Im on disable so i dont get long money that why i have insurance with no copay or nothing. Thank lot cvs for letting go without.meds for two weeks. Please do job right or may short someone meds that need so bad if dont they may died. You staff nice but if dont make do the job right you going lose ppl.
Worse pharmacy ever on hold for over 20 minNever can find prescription
1-1-2015 9:35pmYes, the pharmacy manager should be fired for all the terrible things they have either done themselves or allowed or instructed their employees to do. Cutting off patients with no notice whom had been loyaly buying their medicines there for years with no problems. So should the manager that was stocking last night. Stocking snacks and scores of other items while he was wiping snot, coughing, and sneezing all over his hands. No GermX, no Lysol, no tissue anywhere near him. Never went to wash his hands or atempt in aNY way not to infect every person he cam in cintact with. Then comes up to the register to deal with me specifically instead of just letting the cashier that was dealing with the 1 other customer there, do her job. Never uses germx, never washed his hands, never did anything to even slightly protect any of us customers or his own employees for that matter, or perhaps maybe should have been intelligent enough to wear a mask while having such an obvious virus, and a bad one at that.Managemet members of a CVS Pharmacy should be intelligent enough to, and required to stay home while he was so obviously and infectiously sick? Why would he be stocking? Of all things? Literally touching everything in the store and passing that virus on to everyone else that goes into that store and touches any one of the hundreds of items he handled. Arent the managers supposed to be the more intelligent part of the crew? And shouldnt CVS the company that stopped selling cigarettes because they were unhealthy for people, (did this big media ad campaign about it) be at least a little bit more worried about their employees and customers health then to let any of their employees come in to work at all, let alone touch all the products in the store, then interact with customers touching their cards and handing them back like nothings wrong. What is wrong with this company who was soooo worried about all our healths that they wouldnt sell cigarettes anymore, but they have no problem infecting us all with whatever it was that particular man has.Hundreds of people could have easily gotten directly infected from him. Thousands from those people, and so on. In just a couple of days. This company is a pharmacy, its where we buy medicine. They are supposed to know things like this and protect us from it. They sell MEDICINE. Employ thousands of pharmacists, but have virally infected people interacting with the public, working, stocking, and infecting people with whatever mutant strain of whatever he had for days just from that one manager touching all the stock, machines, shelves, carts, etc, coughing, sneezing, literally into his hands and touching my bank card and trying to hand it directly back to me.People in third world countries that cant even afford to eat, know not to do that. They protect themselves and each other with a surgical mask and not touching things.Come On People!!! Think!!!
No one knows how to answer a phone.
This CVS is ridiculous!!How can a Pharmacy sell insulin bottles and deny the pt syringes?Consequences will be seen on ACTION news ABC!That is how licenses are lost!See you on TV!
Clean store, large parking area and entrances from both sides of unidirectional roadway.
Convenient to the beaches!
Fantastic store all dots especially pharmacy if they see meds Dr gives u they are concerned about they call u asap awesome knowing they have our best interest at heart not just about money theyre plus 20!!! All great employees in there 👍
