The other day I walked in and politely informed two different employees that the fridge was bare of a very popular energy drink. I returned later and still empty. Theyve now seen me TWICE walk out of the store without making a sale. No one cares less.Anyone deserving of $15 an hour would have stocked that fridge during their shift. If staff is short handed, management should HIRE, TRAIN AND PROMOTE HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES. Get rid of the dead weight.

This DG has the absolute BEST Employees ever. They greet you, thank you, help you. Nancy (assistant manager) is the most awesome. She knows our names, she is always smoky, she remembers our cigarettes. She should be SM. EVERYONE should follow her lead. There is one employee here who should not be in retail. He is the younger guy with short hair on the chubby side. Never makes eye contact and is always slow. Seems like he always has a nasty attitude. I don’t know his name because he never wears his name badge. He is slow and rude. I hope the management knows he is driving business away because he is the reason I will no longer shop there. I hope to catch his name so corporate can know as well.

Has all the basics and a few things you dont need but will buy anyway. People seems to be nice.

Our Dollar general is so much better than most Dollar Generals. its clean, well stocked and maintained, the employees are professional, friendly and treat you with respect and decency. I will pass ten Dollar Generals just to go to this one. Good leadership and upper management shows

Old! Dirty! Rundown! The store was in total disarray when I walked in. It was way beyond the normal messiness of these kind of places. One of the employees was resetting the beauty aisle which is fine, but what wasnt fine was that she thought it was a good idea to throw everything on the floor. I needed something that was behind her in the corner of the store and I could barely access it. She had an attitude when I attempted to fight my way back.

The management does a great job.

The place has boxes of merchandise everywhere, in the isles and always has opened product packages where people steel things. Most of the time it take forever to get checked out, because there is only one person working. 1/1/2020 They must have new management because this place is 100% better employees are friendly and very helpful. Good job keep it up.

Even if youre not a couponer I highly recommend getting the app and couponing at any Dollar general. There is often really great deals and even Facebook groups just for couponing here. In this store specifically its a little crowded. The shelves are very close together which makes it a little awkward to navigate, but The employees are always kind and helpful as long as you are kind and respectful to them.

We were able to find everything we needed for a spontaneous last minute trip to the beach. And the lady that checked us out was very sweet fast and efficient.

This is the one Dollar General in the area that really shines. They always seem to manage their inventory well and seem to always have what I need, and have multiple options available unlike most other Dollar Generals. The staff is great and always nice.

The cashier that was working was really kind as I have a hard time walking so I wanted a Gatorade cuz it was so hot... She ran over real quick and got it for me so I wouldnt have to walk over there. Its the little things that mean a lot. Thank you

Not that I hate it, but place is always a mess & only has 1cashier working register . Always have to wait at least 15 mins in line. Thats just wrong!!! To many people need employment so Dollar General,, step up & hire employees!!

They have everything you could need at the expected low price and generic quality. Friendly staff. Store could use a revamping with organization inside and cleanliness outside.

Stopped in there briefly because I was looking for Dollar Tree. I no longer shop much in their stores because they are always not very clean. In addition, the stores always look as if they have more merchandise than space to put them. Now, I mostly shop at Dollar Tree. The Dollar Tree stores are usually clean and organized and have a better feel. I do not know why Dollar General cannot do the same.

The workers and assistant manager are a joke. Took them 10 minutes to try and return something, and come to find out they only would exchange it for the same thing even though they werent opened. Never going to this location or any other in the area again.

I love going here for snacks for my grandkids! I also buy milk here when I run out and I dont feel like running all the way to Wal-Mart, its close to the house. And they also have the doggie treats my dog loves.

This is an ok space to pick up discounted items. Its not overly clean but you can find a deal if you look closely. Beware of discounted items that may look like a great bargain only to find out that there are fewer in the box than you would normally find in the grocery store.

One of the best dollar stores Ive shopped at. Very helpful and friendly staff. The store is always stocked with a great selection. I love the make-up, household supplies, and grocery section.

This store is okay. It used to be very clean and well organized, but I know recently management has changed and a lot of employees have left. The new people running this place dont seem to have the same standards as before. When I visit now, there are bare shelves, carts with product left in the already small aisles, and boxes left all over the floors. Its often quite a mess and I do not enjoy shopping here as much as I used to.

Only one of the 2 employees was authorized for returns. She (the authorized one) was kind enough to spend over 15 minutes downloading and setting up their app for a guest. While I waited and waited and waited to return one item. Slow download speed, I guess. Certainly the other employee was qualified to do this app setup? My actually transaction, once I got service was about 60 seconds. She asked that customer to review her service. Lol, she doesnt want this review. I used to shop there regularly. First time Ive ever given a negative review. Wtg, DG

It is Handy. Best price on cases of water. Personally, I prefer their Clover brand to Aquafina or Zephyrhills or Publix brand!

The manager Heather is awesome. Shes very helpful, as is most of the staff. They have a fantastic app I use for coupons so I get great deals. I get a lot of my household needs here.

Great clearance sale! Turtle bug and tar remover $1.50 on clearance! Down side a lady already having her purchases done decides to argue with the sales person and they disnt bother to tend to another lady and I until I spoke up.

The Savings are incredible.There are select items which are more expensive compaired to othercompetitors.Making the most of your shopping trip, stick to items you need. Ones with potential for stacking multiples coupons.I gave this location a 5 because of my amazing savings & staff.The store itself was low on sale stock, it was in a bit of disarray because of a non-employee inventory company.Even with this its still was far above other locations as far a appearance, staff helpfulness & more. This clerks ability to multitask, helping multiple customers at once, in a friendly &patient manner... made this stores staff, outshine the average Dollar general employees that Ive come across in Cocoa & Rockledge stores. I do my best to avoid interacting. Since the typical behavior is one ofannoyance, carelessness, personal distractions & even vulgar obscenities.This location stands out.Much appreciation for Dollar Generals in titusville off hwy 50!
