Don’t waste your time getting propane here!There sign reads we fill propane 24/7 hahahha.What a joke! I arrived 2:00 pm on a Saturday. Yes a Saturday and rang the button on the pump after I unloaded my talks. Nobody came out after waiting a few minutes so I decided to go inside where there was only 1 single person working and they were going through a contract to rent a truck. I waited once again and finally my turn came up. I told them I was there for propane and he said SORRY, I CANT HELP YOU, NOBODY IS HERE THAT IS CERTIFIED. I said, WHAT??? I said what is the point of having a sign that reads propane 24/7. What a waste of my time. They told me to go somewhere else to get my propane. I suggest you go rent a truck somewhere else to since they are so lazy they can’t put up a friggen sign that reads TEMPORARY OUT OF ORDER, Or nobody works here that has a brain.
I went there on Saturday to get my three propane tanks filled after ringing the bell and waiting for 10 minutes with the tanks in the area by the propane filling station a lady walked up which I’m assuming is the manager and said are you here for propane? I said yes she said we do not have anybody trained or authorized to fill tanks today I said OK I will come back tomorrow She then said nobody will be here until Monday that can fill the tanks I couldn’t make it Monday but I went on Tuesday and Wednesday and there is still nobody that is working there that knows how to do the propane tanks I would assume that the manager of the U-Haul that was working would know how to work the propane or would be licensed and trained I guess that’s why you’re not supposed to assume anything I wonder if they would know what to do if there was a gas leak hopefully they trained them on that.
I’ve rented U Haul trailers here 4 years, ‘without a hitch’ so to speak (no punt intended)...Until my LAST RENTAL!Rented a (24 hr) pick up truck. Did complete walk around 4 damages, scratches etc.Due to unforeseen circumstances (the helpers cancelled - last minute) truck was never used. Matter of fact? It literally sat in driveway all night (I live alone), & truck returned the next morning! After taking truck keys in, picked up my car and drove home.Sounds simple enough, huh?Several days later I got a call from U Haul saying the passengers side had been wrecked and a EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLAR BILL WAS OWED!!Unbeknownst to me? They had ALREADY taken ALMOST FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS FROM MY ACCOUNT... and asking for the other THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS TOO!!Adding insult to injury...U Haul TRIED FOUR MORE TIMES...IN ONE DAY to get the rest... causing bank account to be overdrawn and bank charged another HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLARS?!?!Over the next couple days they CONTINUED TRYING TO WITHDRAW various AMOUNTS (from $50.00 and up), causing me to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT in order to stop them from withdrawing AND OVERDRAWING my bank account!It gets even BETTER:After MANY ATTEMPS to call their main office and given NINE DIFFERENT SUPERVISORS names... only to be told “We have nobody here by that name” OR “They’re on vacation... but you can try back in 2 weeks when they return” AND ‘DISCONNECTED PHONE NUMBERS’

Worst uhaul rental center ever! The employees are not properly trained and extremely rude. Also the manager Alex Hazel does not care about properly training his employees or fixing their mistakes, especially when they charge you twice. He will not listen to you or own up to their mistakes and rudely hangs up and will not take your call to have the problem fixed. When issues arise in store, instead of handling the problem he will run to the back. The customer service he provides is the worst I have ever experienced. This used to be a great place but with Alex as the manager I will never go back or refer anyone.

3/5/2021 Just picked up 26 truck tonight for moving day tomorrow at 7a..m. ...pulled away fr Garden St location and truck sounds like BEARING PROBLEMS.....OMG....officeJUST CLOSED AT 8 AND PROBLEMS STARTED AT808 PM.....NO ONE ANSWERING PHONE...PANICKING!! SO WHO CHECKED THIS TRUCK OUT???!!!!!WOW...charging arm and leg and we hv PROBLEMS LEAVING THE LOT!!!
I highly recommend this location on Garden Street. Chase made my 1st time renting a trick and moving easy, simple and stress free. I passed 3 u-haul dealers to get to Garden Street and Im glad I did. Great job Chase. If I am ever needing a truck again I will definitely come to you on Garden Street.

I had reserved a van online 3 days before for a weekend move. Went to pick it up Saturday morning and the van was nowhere to be found! I cant say it was this locations fault, but it sure made my moving schedule go way off schedule! I had to go elsewhere to get another van!
Excellent customer service, price matched for me without my asking, which was in my book, above and beyond looking out for the needs of the customer, as well as very honest(not taking advantage of a younger customer who may not know to ask for price matching). I knew I was not being taken advantage of, very accommodating with the one way move, gave me plenty of time and miles on the truck to accomplish the move, and be able to drive it around town for a day or two after arriving since I was moving during a holiday weekend. I strongly recommend this place, and if I ever need them again, will be using them as opposed to someone else.
I rented a trailer in GA to drive back to Florida after hurricane Irma. The U-Haul dealer in Georgia was fantastic. They went way beyond the norm for customer service.When I got back to Titusville Fl I went to the Garden street location to add another day to my rental. The girl told me the computers were down due to the storm so all transactions had to be handled by card only no cash. After I added the extra day to my rental I saw that the price would be cheaper if I returned the trailer and then rerented it. $14.95 per day a pose to $28 per day. So I told the girl I wanted to change my mine. She told me she couldnt do it because the computers were down but when I bought the trailer back they could adjust it then. Two days later when I took the trailer back it was a different girl, I explained to her the conversation I had 2 days prior and she said she couldnt adjust the price, when I asked her who I needed to talk to she said I had to call the corporate office. The corporate office spoke to one of the girls, she then went to talk to speak to her co-worker all the time leaving the corporate office waiting on my phone. The person from the corporate office was trying to tell them how to handle it but the two girls repeatedly said they know how to handle it and refused to speak to the corporate office rep again. After waiting over an hour one of the girls said to me because the computers are down we will check the trailer in as on time and not charge you for the extra day.I ask if they has capped my wires when they removed the trailer and she assured my she did, and when I looked at my car she hadnt. When I asked her to come look at it she mumbled something under her breath, capped the wire and walked off.I will not be going back to that U-Haul again. They have bad attitudes and poor customer service!
Great customer service even though there was only 1 person at the time. Andrew kept everything flowing with multiple customers and kept a positive & professional attitude. Would gladly use this location again.
I usually have good service, but today they overfilled my propane tank by 1.3 gallons and caused my tanks relief valve to lift. I did not know at the time that a grill 20lb tank capacity is 4.5 gallons and mine was filled to 5.8 gallons. Lesson learned the hard way. Had to buy a new tank and propane on Sunday from uhaul, no manager today. Went in Monday morning and the general manager took the tank and reimbursed me the tank and propane. I was very satisfied with the service. Thank you very much.
When I checked in to pick up the truck everything was fine. The people were nice and friendly. I gave the day and times that I would be renting the truck. I later learned that I was charged for additional money. Not only was I charged additional money but when I asked for an explanation for the charges. It was as if she was fishing for answers to justify them taking additional money from my account. I was not able to get an answer as to what some of the charges were. If you must rent from this location, make sure they book your day and time correctly. At the end of this mess, I was charged because they failed to book my reservation correctly. I most definitely will not recommend visiting this location. Make sure you do the math on the charges, they will find a way to make you over pay.
Howard was great! I brought a truck in that a tie down tail broke on during my move. My card was accidentally charged for it and when I brought my paperwork down showing I had taken out coverage he easily reversed it for me! Thank you and I will be back soon!
This is the second time I have rented a van to use for a move to Merritt Island. The associates are knowledgeable and efficient in processing my truck for a daily rental. The equipment was clean and in good condition.I would highly recommend this location.
Stopped in late on a FRI to rent a motorcycle trailer to pick up my bike with a flat tire that I left on the shoulder of the highway. Since I had already filled out the info online he took a copy of my ID and we were walking outside to hook up the trailer in under 3 mins. That alone was impressive compared to my other experiences renting equipment. After hooking up the trailer, my SUV wasnt activating the trailer lights properly. The U-Haul rep went and grabbed his tester and spent 10 mins diagnosing the issue. Then our stupid SUV battery was too drained to restart so he gladly helped us jump start it. We were shocked how helpful he was. The trailer itself was rock solid even loading a 1200 lbs bike. I was hoping to tip the first guy that helped us on returning the trailer $20, but he wasnt there. The guy that checked in the return was equally amazing. I asked him if U-Haul ever sells these trailers, because I fell in love with it, and he was willing to have a nice chat about it and some other cute stories for almost 10 mins. It was all a great experience. I will never go to any other U-Haul if I can avoid it.
We all know moving is hectic, this move was not the exception. The team at uhaul on garden st. In titusville were awesome. I had a few hiccups along the way and they assisted @ every chance. I wouldnt hesitated to return and do business again.
I went there today to get propane filled- left after 20 minutes of no service because there was only 1 guy working.Millions of people are out of work- they could hire some help.
I have used this U Haul about 3 times in the last 4 years or so. I must be honest that my last use of a 15 truck turned into a confrontation because of a misunderstanding on a worker not filling up the truck and correcting the problem and I was going to be charged for it.As a man who has run my own small businesses I know that an estimated 10 percent of the public customers can be dishonest to very dishonest. People like those will lie to their own Mother to save a dollar and cheat the business.However, in our attempt to correct the problem, the employees there found that I was right and the truck had not been updated and apologized. Simple business human failure, but greatly appreciated & finalized with a handshake.My recommendation is use them as they try to be honest and helpful, but for both customer and company credibility walk around the vehicle pointing out any viewed damages then take a couple photos of the truck, any damages or equipment and include the gas gauge. If a mistake is made it can be used as evidence in customers favor. The company like most today is computer run, but as any business susceptible to unintentional human mistakes.Overall though I would recommend using this U Haul company on Garden Street with a thumbs up as they have a large supply of rental equipment.
They didnt have the truck I reserved. They gave me a larger truck, I requested the original truck till 10 am the following day but since they had to give me a different truck they told me I had to have it back before 7 am. I also reserved a hand truck and didnt get inside the truck. Called once they opened and was assured my money would be refunded to the card on file and was not. The guys working there did not advise where the overnight drop was. It is not lit at all. My husband and I walked the whole building looking for it with our infant at midnight. Truck was great, the customer service and the facility could use some improvements.
Absolutely useless clerks for trailer harness or any parts they don’t have a clue, if you want to buy a box they can sell them ok
I want to say that i had a great experience with this store and that the reason i will go back and recommend this store is due to Mr. Howard Durst Jr. He made my hole experience fun and easy
Very Difficult to deal with, any changes to orders are impossible for them. Go to another U Haul Location for better treatment. Trust me!

I will not recommend this place I had a one Miningday rental and returned it on time the next day they charged my account again and.they said it was due to mileage and fuel.which I returned it where I left it with same fuel it had when I picked it upThey also doubled my miealage and said I put more mileage on it than statedI do not think a trip from titusville to orland and straight.back is 170 miles

While the sales people push the Insurance and say you should get it... They do not know anything about what to do if you actually need the insurance... I told them I had some damage I wanted to report and they said I need to call 1-800-Uhaul and could not tell me anything else... or even the name of the Insurance company would have been more helpfull then calling the generic UHaul number. The Isurnce company UHaul Uses is called RepWest and it is a Scam... if you ever trie to report a claim it will most likely be denied.Rep West Insurance is a complete scam... I had a Tow Dolly and the fender guard rail of the tow dolly made contact with my vehicle... Causing Damage... I reported the claim... had terrible customer service... I had to do all the work jumping threw hoops getting estimates, taking photos, etc. The damage wasnt event that much to repair... I had one estimate as low as $219... I was first told that the damage was too extensive to have happened while my vehicle was being towed and my claim was denied (Basically calling me a lyer) ... and that I should expect a letter in the mail... So when the letter came the reason was different than what was told to me in the email they sent... The letter said that they did not have to pay the claim b/c they are not responsible for improper packing or shifting of items... as if my vehicle was a card board box in the back of a moving truck or something... The uhaul website says safetow.... Covers damage to your towed motor vehicle and cargo while being towed with any U-Haul equipment. That apparently is a lie. This company (RepWest) tried to think of every reason possible to not pay a claim... regardless of how much the claim is they will try to weasel out of it anyway possible... SUCH A SCAM!
