Good service and lots of boots

This is the worst customer service. Do not go there if hearing impaired or likely any other disability. The management and staff are poorly trained with dealing with these types of issues and were rude and disrespectful. This mask issue has been a problem with many establishments Due to hearing impaired, but never have I seen such rude behavior by the staff and manager, Deborah Rogers Shaunnesy. It’s unfortunate that we have to report this to multiple agencies in order to train employees the protocol necessary for these situations!

As I love this store so much, as I absolutely love western wear, Im sad at the same time! I had applied to work here during seasonal, so I filled out application, sent in resume. Got a call from the lady at the store, spoke with her then setup an interview did that, went to second interview. Well I got there early and walked in talked with an employee to let them know I was there for my interview. She radioed to the back to let them know. So I walked around for like an hour!!!! The lady doing the interviews that say came put like 4 times and didnt say a word to me..she looked at me and kept going. Not once did anyone let me know the status of anything!!! Just cant believe they let me walk around for an hour and said nothing to me! As I may go in for shopping but I doubt it!! So just dont apply to work here.

Went exchange Christmas present very helpful and help find perfect size of jeans as others were much to big. I go back shopping there beautiful store.

I love this place

Boot barn. Better prices and a fair selection. But, every time I go there I am pushed to buy Cody James boots which are by far the most uncomfortable thing ive ever put on my feet. One of the employees there stated hes been wearing boots all his life and they are the best. What? I called him out on his first statement then found it to be untrue. I asked if he had any other recommendations to encourage the fun i was having. Sure enough, Cody James jeans. lol.

I could not find the boot I wanted at the Conroe store and ordered online. Even though it was the same model and size as the one I was wearing it did not fit. Took it back to Boot Barn Tomball and got a full refund AND they had my size and same style. Great experience AND first responder discount!!!!!

Love everything in this store except there poor customer service :( No one was there to help.. then once i went to check out i had to ask the guy checking out if i could have a bag several times because he just handed to me what i had just bought not sure if couldnt hear or he was just lazy. I also asked if if he could check if they could order a small size Ariat jacket and it seemed like was bothered. Not sure what he is doing there if he doesnt want to work. I went to tell the Manager my concerns and it seemed like she didnt care.

My 9 year old son has a physical disability that makes him have a very toddler-like gait. I took him here to try on boots. The staff was very helpful, but unfortunately my son couldnt walk right in any of their boots and they did not carry very many good boot alternatives for kids. The store was very clean and organized. I will be coming back the next time I need western wear.

I love boot barn but there are things that they can improve on. I paid over $200 for a pair of Cody James work boots just 5 months ago. The boots are comfortable and are wearing well with one exception. The insole inserts are failing. They do not offer replacements that are anywhere as comfortable as the originals. I wish they stood by their premium store brand a little better. Maybe next time I will look into the Ariats at Tractor supply.

It was 8:50 P.M., with only 10 minutes until the store closed. Once I tried to open the door, I realized the door was locked. The manager saw us and shook her head instead of opening the door for us. I demanded her to open the door but she refused. I explained how it was too early for the doors to be locked and she claimed to call security on me. If she would’ve wanted the success of her franchise she would’ve allowed customers in. Never going there again!

Employee didnt have a clue what month it was.... Told me a voucher I had was expired and it expired in February 2018... This is January still.... Called a manager and after a few minutes we left, if they need my business I feel they would have acted like my business mattered.

Worst customer service ever. When I walked in the person at the counter was playing in their phone and didn’t even look up at me. Another time, the employee at the register looked at me but did not greet me. Don’t get me wrong, they have a huge selection to try on there and go home and order it online because they are overpriced.

Went here to buy jeans and work boots for my husband. They didnt have his size in jeans (Cinch 34X36) and didnt have any boots in his size. Not one sales person offered to help us. We left and drove to Cavenders in Conroe.

Ive been there several times and have always had a great experience staff are great from the time you walk through the door untill you leave especially Joyce she is a wonderful person always greeting you with a smile and is very knowledgeable on everything in the store I live in the Aldine area of town but go to the Tomball store because of the service and the employees I have other Boot Barn locations closer to me but I prefer to go to the Tomball store

I was told by the Manger that someone would be down to help me. 30 min later I went up front and found two employees goofing off. I was told that a meeting was going on in back. I heard them in back laughing and caring on. Worst customer service ever.

This location has terrible customer service. Went in today 10/4/16 to get my hat shaped for a wedding. I was refused service because the guy with the handlebar mustache and cowboy hat was clocking out and didnt have time. Then said the hat is already shaped and thats how it is. Very disappointed in this location. I have been shopping with boot barn for years and never experienced this. I am far from a cowboy but I guess anyone that puts on a cowboy hat and be one, just without the gentleman mentality.

Amazing selection of boots!!

When I got to a boot barn or Cavenders I expected a little help finding clothes. In this case me and my wife had to go to the front counter where 3 employees were talking about their New Years activities just to get the dressing room open to try on shirts. Then went through 5-7 shirts to find a few my wife got Olivia to help find one pair of jeans the she went on fixing clothes throughout the store. As we were checking out Olivia hollers across the store Kenzi Im on this one. Kenzi informed her to come bag the items then. I dont care who received the commission I spent $360 and received 0 customer service. Next time I will go to Cavenders.

All staff members repeatedly passed my family and I off to a different employee every time we asked for help.

They had a wide selection of boots to fit all of our needs, and my boyfriend bought a few different Carthart jackets in different colors.
