I’ve got nothing but great things to say about this place! Extremely friendly, professional, and punctual! I took in a pair of crocodile horntail lucchese that were worn through the souls and all beat up (had them for 8 years to date). I went in to get them resoled and he went above and beyond my expectations! I wish I had a before picture, but it was nothing worth taking a picture of. Now they’re just like new!

Ryan is top notch. Best bootman ever! He is knowledgeable, resourceful and a master craftsman. Have been going to him for 9 yrs. Always the best advise when determining what is the best course of action on your boots. He uses quality materials and takes no shortcuts. If you are looking for quick turn around and cheap repairs, dont go to him. He takes pride in every stitch and nail. Every piece is superbly finished. Highly, highly recommend him.

Ricca boots, went in to ask a question as I was use to the friendly service of Walts in tomball. The high reviews made me think it would be a good place to try as Walts was out of business now. Note to anyone who walks into this place. You better have boots to fix and nothing else. I was told to f off because I asked if he could fix a zip. Apparently, asking a question is a no no too. Will never go in here again and will work hard to stop anyone else going to this business too. Its one thing to not be able to help or do what Im asking and say that, its another thing to be short, condescending and nasty. But telling someone to f off is beyond it. Grow up!! -000 stars.

Ryan made a pair of boots for me. He did a whole lot of measuring, asked a lot of questions about what I wanted and provided good advice. The result is a beautiful pair of custom boots. One of a kind. Very pleased with the result.

Working with Ryan on my boots has been amazing. He is able to accommodate my clubbed foot and he has worked with me on my wanted designs. This is the first pair of many i will have made here. His attention to detail is phenomenal and his craftsmanship is unparalleled. Truly a master boot maker.

Just got my boots resoled and new heels. The new soles look great and are thicker than what my boots came with.The boots were really scuffed up, but they were able to make them look almost new (which is quite a feat). Definitely recommended.

Ricca Boot Shop did an amazing job with my favorite pair of Tony Lama’s!! Had a huge hole and almost no heels left... so happy with the result! Liam, the shop cat, was pretty friendly too!

Ha, walked in to have my Dads boots reaoled... Rude young man!! Said $160!! Seriously!! He told my dad to go by new ones! Horrible horrible experience!! Could not believe he told that to an 84yr old man barely walking! No respect!

I have used Rica for my boots for more tha 20 years. My boots look like new every Tim I have them repaired. Best in the business!

Had my boots resoled and reheeled. In addition to the soles and heels, the toes were scuffed and scratched. The boots were completed within the time frame quoted and look great. The replacement leather soles feel much thicker than the originals. Every scuff is gone and the boots look nearly as good as the day I bought them. I cant wait to come back for a pair of custom boots!
