I contacted this Ford dealer to test drive the Mustang Mach one and a mustang GT convertible. Christian was the person that contacted me. He got two cars set up for me to test drive the next day. He never harassed me with lots of phone calls or text messages. He just did what I asked for.When I arrived again he had everything organized and again there was no pushy sales pressure on me.I ended up ordering a mustang Mach one with a $500 refundable deposit. Something no other Ford dealer would do for me.As it was going to be several months I kept an eye out for the car at other dealers around the USA. I sore the car advertised several times for between $10,000 and $20,000 above ticket price at other Ford dealers.Christian and Tomball actually sell there cars at the Ford listed price which I found respectful.I did end up finding the car I wanted from another dealer and again Christian was very happy to say congratulations and organize my $500 refund.I would highly recommend Christian and Tomball Ford. I will certainly being going there next time I’m looking for a new Ford.

Sincerely I came to find out the process and see if I qualify because is my first car. I never believed it is a few hours process and never knew or planned coming home with a car. And am still speechless. Thank you so much Mr. Joshua  Whitworth and thank you the Tomball Ford for outstanding service. I can now comfortable save more than $200 monthly on Uber. We worked with Christian on the purchase of a new truck several months ago. He is an excellent salesman to work with. We have been back to him 2x now. Both times, the experience was top notch. I would have given them 5 stars for that reason alone.Unfortunately, the service dept has issues (timing and comm.). Mine was a very up and down experience. They did some things well. They definitely dropped the ball on others. It is a long story.....Also, the oil service perk they may use to incentivize during the sale under-delivers big time. It is not quick service unless you beat everyone else to the ramshackle shop over in the other parking lot before they open. It needs to be improved....

Drove over a screw and needed a new tire. Nick was very helpful and find a matching replacement and very patient with my questions. The two shuttle drivers were very nice and loved talking with them on the rides. Loved that there was a shuttle option available. All around great second time experience!

Since the second I meet Mike Zarro he went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. From getting me a great deal to even giving me his lunch while I waited on paperwork. When we purchased our truck 2 years ago we thought very highly of this dealership. Sales was great, the new customer dinner and Q&A was refreshing and even the service department was good. But their Quick Land is anything but QUICK. First time we used it we made an appointment, but they took drop ins before us and we had to wait over 2 hrs. This time their appointment section of the website has not worked in days, took forever to get someone to answer the phone, then I was told they dont take appointments, it was first come only. I was told to come after lunch because they are less busy. Expecting to still have to wait some time, I arrived at 1:30, only to be told that it would be at least 2 1/2 hour wait or more. While waiting sucks, having to wait in their wait room is a nightmare. Its like sitting in a garbage dumpster. The place is filthy, run down and desperately needs remodeling. Employees spend more time playing on their phones and goofing off than they do working. Maybe if they would have more staff working on the autos and less in the office playing the customers wouldnt have to wait so long. Not only would I NOT recommend anyone take their autos there for an oil change, but I think the next time I buy it will not be here either.

My F250 is less than a year old, and my battery was dead (bad/defective battery).I was able to get a jump, and I took it to Tomball Ford for service.Christine was a huge help, and she was able to get me in and out within an hour.It would have been easy to send me to a rental car company, and keep my truck overnight and have it looked at for diagnosis, but she ran it through the service department and got the battery swapped out.She saved me time & rental car charges, and it made my life a lot easier.Great service…really appreciated.

Ive been going to Tomball for over 12 years and they are without question the best, most trustworthy dealership in the area. We are still driving our 2008 Ford 10 years later with zero issues.Nobody likes car problems but I know that I can always trust their service department for timely, reliable, and no-hassle solutions worth every penny of the cost. Went back today to meet with service manager with concerns about uneven tire wear noticed from two previous visits after asking for tire rotation once was told dont need rotating the issue I have with these guys if a technician cant notice unusual tire wear and recommend alignment make me wonder what else they or missing or ignoring most of us senior citizens depends on dealerships to care for our vehicle to keep them safe tomball ford failed I will only us them in the future as last resort Im a senior and Disabled Veteran.

Went in for a routine lol change at tomball Ford quick service and not only was I able to just use Ford one pass points for the entire service so it didn’t cost me any actual money, but I was having an issue with some noise from the driver front shock…. I asked them if they could look at it, and they informed me it was just some loose bolts from the leveling kit I’d had installed, they tightened it all up for me free of charge and were super friendly and informative on explaining it all.

Taking your vehicle in for repair is never fun, but having JIM BAKER in Customer Service Repair Department take care of you makes it so much better. He takes the time to.explain whats going on so that you understand the “why is this happening “ question youre asking.

This place has one of the best salesmen a customer could ask for. Me and my mom went to this dealership to meet the guy who comes there and make keys for your vehicle. So we wasnt there to purchase a vehicle but its not like any of the other salesmen would know that because they just walked right by us without asking if we needed anything or even spoke to us. But out walks Joshua Whitworth and he had this amazing smile and proceeded to ask us if we needed help with anything. After explaining to him what we were there for he also offered to help with that. This guy is amazing and definitely gives this dealership a good look. I had the BEST service experience at Tomball Ford! Christine was MARVELOUS and was great from start to finish. She kept me informed while my car was undergoing diagnostics and repair and I cannot thank her and the technician enough! Excellent Customer Service!!

Every one was pieasant and efficient in the handling of my situation when my car broke down near Tomball Ford, especially Christine. Within minutes they had written up a repair order. Over the next several days they kept me informed as to what repairs were necessary and what it would cost. As soon as they got the parts in they completed the repairs and everything was fine with the car. What impressed me the most was the way they handled the car being quite low on gas when I brought it in. They didnt feel safe driving the car that low on gas so they put about half a tank in. I said Oh no. Even though the car was designed to run on regular gas I added a supercharger and it absolutely neede 93 octane gas. They said they were aware of that and input 93 octane ethanol fee gasoline. I was very impressred.

Great dealership! Needed help finding a truck. Austin was excellent finding it, explaining all the features and making the purchase process very smooth.

Worst dealer to get your vehicle serviced. Made an appointment for a Safety recall due to rear camera blue screen. When I arrived told the service person the purpose of my visit and she proceeded to log me in. After checking everything told me that I can leave. I told her that I was going to wait for it and she told me that they need 24-48 hrs. to service my vehicle. No way!! Nowhere in the appointment said that they need up to 48 hrs. to do the service. Really? Just a software update and you need 48 hrs.? Just drive a little bit longer and take your vehicle to another Ford dealer for service. This place is going downhill. This is the rate for the service department

So sorry guys, you would expect a lot more from a Dealership that definitely has the financial backing and material means to assist a customer whos vehicle is a total loss (while being driven by a mechanic employed by your dealership).Its amazing how a customer can be promised the moon and stars prior to a vehicle purchase BUT - same customer months later brings a vehicle into your dealer to conduct a paying transaction for service provided and you guys cant stand behind with the same customer service provided during initial purchasing of vehicle.

I went into Tomball Ford in search of an F-150. I soon as I parked and began to walk the lot a salesman approached and kindly asked if I needed some assistance. Usually I like to walk around first before I deal with anyone (due to pushy salesman from previous experiences) but Joshua Whitworth was the exact opposite. First time I have ever been to Tomball Ford and was treated like family through the service department. From the second I pulled on the service drive until I took delivery of my vehicle everyone was very friendly. Service advisor Baker keep me informed and let me know items that will need to be addressed in the future. There wasnt anyone trying to sell me something, just the condition of my vehicle. The prices were much more reasonable they I expected and have made appointments to drop off for future maintenance. Me and my husband had great experience with Tomball Ford. We have been here multiple times and they go above and beyond for us. Our sales person,Christian, handles business very well and exceeded our expectations. If you want a trust worthy salesperson- ask for Christian.Also, I ran into another gentlemen this afternoon, Warren or Worren, he was very helpful when it came to my trucks warranty. He was thorough and I knew my truck was in good hands with him. He also taught me how to check my oil just incase my truck doesnt run on bone dry. They care-just gotta find the right people and they will take care of you.
