I wish I could give a negative star, but not an option. If you are a hard core, experienced car buyer, then you MIGHT get a good deal at this dealership. But if you are new at buying a car or not real experienced, run as fast as you can AWAY from this dealership. There is no one at this dealership that cares even a little bit if you get a good deal or if the deal if right for you. Go on CARPROUSA.com and find a dealership that has a good rating with them, it is certainly NOT this dealership. Forget getting anyone in management to call you back if you have an issues you wish to discuss.....that WILL NOT happen. Find another dealership out there to buy your next vehicle from - there are lots to chose from and any of them will be better than this place.

I was referred to this dealership by a friend of mine and I was not disappointed. From the very beginning my salesperson Jeremy Sport was a great help ordering the exact car that I wanted. He assisted me through the entire process and made everything quick and easy. While we were there me and my wife felt very comfortable and welcome. We were offered food and drinks during our stay to make it more pleasant for us. From the moment I came in through the entire process it was just about or less than 2 hours which is pretty quick for buying a car. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a dodge. Especially if you can get Jeremy Sport he will get exactly what you need in a timely manner. Excellent service to have oil change & check out a problem with the alarm going off unexpectedly & unable to turn it off (my daughter finally just disconnected it). The shuttle driver was very nice & accommodating too! We had some things in common so we could discuss those while in transit. I would highly recommend using Tomball Dodge from sales (Andy Lopez is great & follows up on his customers even after the sale) to the service Dept (James Glass).

I found a Jeep Grand Cherokee on their website that I was interested in purchasing. I was happy to pay the listed price on their website (either cash or financed), however when I attempted to purchase the actual price was $8,000 higher than listed online. This is bait and switch pricing and is completely unethical. I tried talking to several different managers and no one would budge on pricing.Side note - it will be funny if their social media person replies to this comment telling me to contact their customer relations manager to resolve the issue. I tried talking to several different managers about my experience already and no one was at all interested in helping me then.

I came looking for a specific color Gladiator but it wasnt on the lot. My salesperson Chris Hatton happened to notice a Gecko Green Jeep Gladiator on the back of a delivery truck that had just pulled up and ran to catch me before I drove off. Im glad he did because its now sitting in my driveway. The whole buying experience was one on the best Ive ever had and Chris is the definition of great customer service. Dont bring your vehicle here for service. They charge fees for items covered under warranty. I called in, and told them my battery is bad, I tested it at 9.5V with my own tools. Guy on the phone talks with another associate for a minute and comes to the conclusion that yes we will replace it just bring it in so we can swap it out.. So I jump start my truck and drive up there.. only to be told a simple battery swap that should have taken 10 minutes they wanted to charge me $170+tax for and it will be hours before its done. My battery, which they installed, is 23 months old, and has a 36 month replacement plan on it. Stay away. Buy somewhere else. Service department is sketchy.

I hate writing bad reviews, but I feel like this one is needed. I came here yesterday to look at possibly trading my car in for a 2021 Cherokee. After getting to test drive I wanted to talk numbers. Well after they looked at my trade they wanted to offer me a price well under trade in value according to KBB.... Almost 10k lower! Was not a fan of that! As this is all going on a family emergency happened, so I needed to get out of there quick! Instead of giving my keys back that I asked the salesperson to do 5 times, he kept pressuring me and pressuring me on what it was going to take to buy a new car. As I had lost interest due to the fact that I had to leave this was getting irritating and highly unprofessional! Salesperson kept asking me whats wrong? Whats the emergency? Which is none of his business to begin with. It finally took for the Sales manager to come talk to me for me to get my keys back so that I could leave the dealership! I would stay far away from this dealership and try another one!

I went in and got a Chrysler 300 for my son. Everyone was nice and they worked with me. It didnt take us long with the process. We drove off with the car less then 2 hrs. This is the best place to get your next vehicle. Go to Jeremy White. He also gave my son some good advice on how to build his credit score since this was his 1st car. I also had to bring the car back to get the back-up camera fixed. They worked on it the same day I brought it in and it didnt take long. Plus I was able to go home with the car the same day. 2 Stars because my experience with this dealership is limited to their service department only and by no means am I impressed.The first part of this experience started at Northwest Dodge so I feel free to see part one of this review on their reviews page which covers visit 1 - 3 for repairs on a brand new 2021 Custom ordered Jeep JLUR Eco Diesel.After reporting Northwest Dodge service manger to FCA, my case manager offered to move my service to another dealer so we selected Tomball Dodge. Tomball Dodge is our 4th visit to the service thus far. Prior to this visit we had 29 days in the shop.Service Advisor Thomas - Service Manager GregForth Visit - FCA Intervention & New Dealership Service Department Tomball Dodge: Reason for service - DTC Code resolution, Sway Bar Error resolution & Front & Rear Locker failure to engage resolution8-16-2021 - Drop offCurrently still at dealer82 days and countingTomball Dodge contacted me on 8-18-2021 to advise due to tire size the programming would need to be updated before further diagnosis could continue. SA advised this would cost $250.00 to update and I agreed so that further diagnosis would continue. Was contacted a few days later indicating this was not the issue and that the FCA star engineer advised to change the TCM Valve body.After 2 1/2 weeks this was finally done to learn it was not the fix. At this point FCA star engineer stated a new transmission was needed and this was to be ordered and sent asap.I was then ghosted by not only the Tomball Dodge service department but also my FCA account manager as neither would take a call, return a call or respond to email.After 3 1/2 weeks I reached out to the CEO of Jeep Brand directly and he requested all the details I had sent to his email so that he could ensure this would be resolved in a more timely manner. He referred the Executive Referrals Manger to me for assistance in making sure the transmission would be ordered as all this time it still had not even been ordered by Tomball Dodge or even followed up with. So neither Tomball Dodge nor FCA themselves felt it was necessary to follow-up with a vehicle that should have some level of priority due to the length of time in the shop.As of 11/3/2021 we were informed the transmission has arrived but each day we are told since they Jeep has not made it to the bay as other vehicles are being serviced. Today marks 82 days in the shop with what feels like very little priority.Total shop time on this brand new 2021 Jeep JLUR 4 Door Eco Diesel since taking ownership on 2/24/2021 is 111 days. If you like to pay a premium note for a vehicle to sit idle in the shop buy a Jeep product.It is safe to say after experiencing the workings of 2 dealerships and FCA case managers with the expectation of Executive Referrals Manager who is getting things done finally, the rest is in need of serious review and modifications. You would think being in the technology age FCA and their Resellers would have better internal workings and support to allow better customer experiences.Fingers crossed I get the Jeep back in 2021

I brought in my Jeep for a service recall. They were very nice and informative. Since I was there I decided to have the oil changed. The service person told me the price would be around $65. That seemed reasonable and asked if they change the oil while it was there. He said they could and the vehicle was off to the service bay. When I received the bill the actual amount was $121! Double the original cost. I asked to see the service manager. He asked if I had already paid the bill. I said that I had and he shrugged and said There is nothing I can do about since you already paid. Needless to say, I am not happy with what happened and will not ever return to this dealership. When I asked about the amount of the final bill, I was told they had to gauge the oiled that was the added cost... What does that even mean?

I have had a airbag recall on my Jeep for a while and was not able to bring it in due to the pandemic. I called up Tomball dealership to verify airbag recall and if the parts were available for the recall. After getting verification that the parts were available, I brought the Jeep in for service. I was helped by Vernon who told me that the Jeep would be available the next day. I replied by saying that the person I talk to on the phone said there would be at least a two to three hour wait so I went ahead and came down. Informed me that it is a first come first serve basis and that he would see what he could do. He called the service manager and discussed it with him to squeeze the Jeep in for the recall. He said that it would be ready within a couple of hours and it was within three. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the effort that was put in to get my Jeep serviced and the airbag replaced. Thank you again!

We drove a good ways to purchase a Limited Jeep from the Pink internet price. Our salesman Jimmy George was not at all good. He wouldn’t sell it to us at the pink price and never had a good reason why and kept changing the story. You have to finance with us. So we did and he changed it to we didn’t finance with the right company. He was pretty much trying to get one over on us and had no remorse for it, knowing that there was not another Jeep like this with inventory issues. Complained and inconvenienced that we went during lunch and his wife apparently being upset he was working late when we went back to pick up and sign papers. The finance lady was amazing and so kind. Make sure you do not get this guy when buying. We will never be going back.

Completely terrible service. Sold me a lemon. 24 hours after purchasing lights starting popping like crazy! Called dealership and they have been nothing but terrible. Very unsatisfied with my purchase. Was told they would help me with anything that might come up. After waiting on hold today for over an hour they hung up on me after telling them the issues. Service Department: I called about needing the clock spring changed on my Jeep (extended Jeep warranty due to failing part), and I was told that based on the information I gave and what Jeep has put out, it was most likely the clock spring and covered by the warranty. After having to pay almost $200 for a diagnostic fee, I was told it was the steering wheel harness and the buttons on the steering wheel were the actual problem (that they’d fix for another $700). It was NOT those parts because my horn and steering wheel buttons DO NOT work STILL, and now a manager refuses to answer my call.

One of the most pathetic dealerships on planet!Too many unprofessional under one roof.My story is little to long. So I had to call their head office and I was advised that if things don’t work out then please take your vehicle to another Dodge dealership. How sad.Left my vehicle on July 20th with the diagnosis from another dealership- but of course they wanted to do it again. A week after leaving my vehicle they needed authorization to open up the vehicle- never sent me an email for authorization as promised- I was told over the phone that if the find something else is wrong then they have to charge me $500 plus for opening it up and needed authorization.To start with it was under an extended warranty.And then why would they open and charge without the diagnosis- what a ripoff.Today on the August 3rd my vehicle is returned and they wanted me to sign for the release and their invoice states that customer will not authorize the request for diagnosis. Staff is rude and a complete environment of lies and unprofessional. They did not even return the copy of my previous diagnosis which is my property and I’m told to come back again because the guy that I was dealing with is gone for the day. Go figure.My apologies to all the readers because I wanted to keep it short but i couldn’t.God bless you all.

I put my wifes car in here for diagnostics of bas ( brake assist safety prgram), and esp (emergency safety program). They did absolutely nothing. Said because rodents had chewed at my injectors wires and alternator wire. Never had a problem with this car for a year. They were still going to charge me $159.00 for doing nothing. I decided to let them fix the leaking sunroof. Got car out at the tune of $386. They didnt fix the sunroof. It had broken tubes that connect to the hoses. They even left the car out in the rain all night during tropical storm in September. Picked car up. Water in console and cup holders and carpet in front. They are automotive stealers not dealers.

I had never been to Tomball DCJ, so I didn’t know what to expect. I purchased my car somewhere else. I called to get an appointment, but was told no appointment needed. So I went. Very easy to get service. Staff was friendly and professional. Dealership was clean. My Jeep needed 60k mile service, so I kind of knew what to expect. The technician inspected it and came back with concerns and recommendations. Nothing really out of the ordinary, but since it was used there were a couple things that required more care. I was told the car may have to stay overnight, which I wasn’t too excited about. It was probably around 2:30pm. They told me they would do everything they could to get me out before closing at 6:30. At 6:00pm, they had finished. It was a great experience. I mean, it wasn’t like a vacation, but it’s a dealership, so…Oh, and the car sounds and feels great. Well worth the wait.

When I arrived David was already waiting for me. He helped alot! He was detailed with everything and he didnt beat around the bush. He helped me get the car that I wanted. Didnt have a good experience the first time I came but David really made me feel comfortable.

My husband purchased a bumper to bumper protection plan on our jeepA lifetime warranty that was supposed to protect me when he diedHe diedI never changed my last name to Davis so the warranty company is setting the stage to dishonor their agreement with RobertToday i go to the tax office to fulfill their requirements.for registration proof and ill try to get every thing they asked for.If they choose not to honor this i may need to hire an attorney#update July 5 2021They have had my jeep for a month.Still no word on whether or not they will honor the warranty.I was looking to purchase another commuter car and like dodge journey a lot.This experience has made me bitter.Dodge makes a badass product and I have owned 5.I am at present Considering a different car brand.Maybe a focus or some mini van style.###July 25 2021It would appear that I sent the correct documentation.For jeep to honor Robs warranty this trip.Cost plus a towThank you guys for supporting the spirit of the law.It is good to not cry myself to sleep over this.Now back to missing my robert while driving the car.he hoped would keep me.

This review is for the parts department. I went in with a pictures of THE ACTUAL PART & Vin# and I was told I needed 2 parts. When we picked up the parts and examined them we realized that we were sold an extra part we did not need honest mistake but own up to it. Mr. Jeff Mades refused to refund $175.73 for the oversold part that even looked used when it was given to us! Bad business in my book when your made to pay for something you never need it! The way the picture looks is how this part was given to our driver!

Where to begin? We bought a 2021 Jeep Wrangler unlimited from a different dealer not Tomball Dodge. It had 4k miles on it. We put on maybe 2k. The jeep does, every warning light is on, every system has failed. Vernon takes us in and I show him what the car was doing in a video we took. He tells me its probably the module. 1 week goes by and its ready. It was the battery he says. We takeit and put only 160 miles on it this time and it does the same thing it did before. It has been 8 weeks! No communication, will not even return my phone calls when I leave a voicemail! Talked to the service directot, he is a joke. Tells you want you want to here but that is it. Talked to the customer relations manager, she was super nice, and told me that they think they know what it is. 2 weeks later not a word from anyone, no calls being returned, I called there 16 times before Vernon finally answered and told me that they are trying to fix the broken wiring harness them selves instead of getting a new one. This service department is a fricken joke. I still do not have my Jeep and I can not get ahold of anyone to give me an update. I have been in every office it is the same as talking I. The phone. Cluelessness from them. Do not recommend unless it is the last place on earth.

Absolutely would not recommend taking your vehicle here for service. Took my vehicle here for service back in March. I told them every problem I had identified with the vehicle since it was under an extended warranty. This included a coolant issue, bad wheel bearing, and Evap light that was on. After a little over a week and dealing with terrible customer service, they told me the vehicle was ready to go. As soon as I drove it back off the lot, I could still hear the terrible wheel bearing sound and checked to find that the coolant levels were extremely low, even though they said they had flushed and refilled. I brought the vehicle back and they finally replaced the wheel bearing after a few more days but did nothing about the coolant issue. Now just 4 months later, I brought the vehicle in for service out of state and they are telling me that some of the things this dealer said they did, seem like they were never done. Avoid this service center.

Fast financing, poor sales service. Ive had better experiences. It was clear all Armando cared about was selling that 2021 Hemi Durango to me. He didnt take the time to explain features it came with. First time buying at Tomball Dodge and it is definitely not a dealership where I will purchase from again.

Do not waste your time! Terrible experience here. Had an appointment with a salesman for 10 am he didn’t show until after 11. I came in to see what my trade in value was and possibly a new truck. I was torn between two trucks and asked the sales guy what the difference was with the two and he told me to just read the sticker. Not a good start, after I decided on one I was low balled on my trade in value. After I told them I wasn’t interested in their numbers and bout to walk out the door they quickly offered me almost double the first offer for my trade in. They were unwilling to honor the internet price and would only offer me the MSRP on the sticker.

BEWARE!!!!!! So I haven’t visited the dealership but texting with a salesman (Brandon Heeter) and either I was lied to, or the salesman doesn’t have the knowledge, or their website lies but after inquiring about a Ram 2500 the ram I inquired about was magically being sold as I was texting with the guy. Then I proceeded to tell him about my truck for trade and he said I would have to bring it in. Yet their website states differently. I hate high pressure sales, have cash in hand with a free and clear vehicle ready for purchase…. I guess they don’t want my business or money. Amazing you don’t even have to visit the dealership to get bad annoying service.

I bought a Dodge Ram from this dealership and it was like dealing with shady crocked salesman. They kept playing games kept me keys. . . .so I could not leave easily. . . keep saying let me go check with the sales manager. . . . .then would disappear for 20 minutes and come back with a slightly lower price. . . etc. When we bought our next vehicle (a Jeep Grand Cherokee) we instead went to Wischnewsky in Huntsville. It was a much better experience. . . I did it all on email with straight forward, honest communication. I still used Tomball Dodge for my service needs because their location is much closer. My last trip there I dealt with Howard Hunt in the service department. Horrible experience, I paid $700 and 2 days later had the same issue I paid just paid to get fixed. When I followed up the response was we fixed it, there is no telling if the same issue is causing the new problem. Tired of playing games with this dealership, I will drive further and deal with someone else.

They do NOT honor the advertised price! Advertised $37,895 got $38,895. 5 stars for our sales person! However, we did not get copies of our sales contract when we bought our vehicle. Trade in value below average as well!! Go in careful and ask lots of question when purchasing your vehicle there. Had I read the reviews before, I would have not purchased my vehicle there.
