Make sure to do the online reservation(which does not guarantee or hold the unit) before coming in to finish the rental process so you can take advantage of the deals offered because they do not honor the online prices without that having been done. The website isnt the most user friendly but its manageable. Aggravations of trying to find and secure a unit aside, I was pleased with the customer service in the office. I dealt with Jessie who was wonderful and helped get me sorted out with a unit fairly quickly. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of the questions I had.

Best customer service there is! I was amazed how nice and friendly the employee Jess was when I walked in. I had such an enjoyable time talking with her. Glad I stopped by to see what storage was all about! I left in a better mood I came in with, and with more knowledge! Learning something new every day and today it was storage units.

Such a great facility! Absolutely love the service the ladies at the office provide, so friendly and helpful. Whenever I come to the property to pay the property manager Jessica is so nice to talk to. So happy with my items being stored here and the staff always keeping the property and office clean.

I came in just to get some information on the rental process and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with such enthusiasm. I had Jessica explain how things work and she even went far enough to give me some helpful information that I didn’t even ask about. She seemed very knowledgeable and was more than happy to go above and beyond with her customer service skills.

The property was very clean and well maintained. I was shown all the options available to find a unit that suits my needs without any hesitation. Jessica in the office was a big help. Bravo public storage, you do not disappoint!

I was very pleased for the year I had a unit at Public Storage, until I ran into some difficulties during move out. I set my move out day online for the 1st of the month. They were nice enough to call me and let me know I would still be charged for the full month, and should move the 30th if possible. They told me as long as I was out by when they did their daily inspection on the 1st, I would be fine. Then 2 days before my move, while I was out of town, they told me I needed to be out by the close of business on the 30th, which wasn’t a lot of notice, inconveniencing, and went against what they told me prior. Then, when due to the short notice I attempted to move out later at night, I was unable to access my unit as I was unaware the gate locked at 9. I would’ve appreciated a reminder or notice on this, but I suppose that time had been in effect for the entirety of my time there. Overall I was pleased, despite a couple issues with move out.

This place is very clean, the people there aren’t even mean, I recommend you go like the light turned green! Thinkin’ about somewhere else, what you mean! You better head down to this place or I’ll cause a scene!!! BARSSSS 🤣🤣🤣 but in all actuality i definitely recommend this place for you, trust me you won’t have any worries or doubts, you know what I’m talking about, just type in the address and follow the route, and don’t be mad and don’t you pout, public storage a make you wanna shout!!!! No lights in the hallway. Have complained about doors not closing properly. Therefore anyone can walk in the building. They also make you buy super expensive insurance. 8 times more than my renters insurance policy.

My experience at Public Storage was great. I was greeted by Joe when I got there, he helped me figure out the size unit I needed to store my stuff well I transition between moves. And he answered all the questions I had. Overall I would say the experience is worth it if you need even just a temporary place to store your stuff!

The location is a little far for me but what clinched the rental of my storage was how helpful the staff were and the good price I was given. I had checked around at other facilities and this was the best price for the size I rented. I definitely have recommended it to others.

I had a great experience renting my storage here. Joe have an excellent overview of the renting T&C.

This storage facility fit the bill for me. It was easy to get to, clean and easy to pay for online. The only negative is that they need to replace their keypads because the numbers have worn off, but if you know the layout of a standard keypad you know where to push.

This facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure. The staff walks the aisles regularly. Very convenient being near Rt 290 as well. Even in snowy Buffalo, the aisles are clear of ice and snow. I highly recommend it.

I find the facility to be clean and its in a good location right off the thruway. The staff are friendly and helpful. The isles are always clear for easy access in and out.

Their rates are better than Uncle Bobs, BUT if you ever decide to empty the unit mid-month, they do NOT give refunds. I was mistakenly told that they do, so when I was almost done loading my vehicle, the manager/owner comes out & tells me there are no refunds (full or partial).

The manager joe was very welcoming to me and my friend. We were looking for a storage space to put our college belongings inside and joe convinced us it was the right price for the space. Don’t hesitate, come by!

I just rented an outside space the 3420 Nia, Falls Blvd. North Tonawanda N.Y. site. The property manager, Tim was very helpful in finding out what my needs were and go me into a space that will be the best fit for my needs.
