Make sure you get the contract in your hand and dont let them email it to you. They said they would email mine and I said ok. You need the copy in your hand so you can check the gas mileage as they say there is more gas in the truck, so when you return it they charge you $4.85 a gallon. Very poor and unprofessional service...RENTER BEWARE

Rude Ghetto Manager. Do not use this location for propane tank refills!. I came there and opened the front door. I took 2 steps inside to ask the clerk about the refill. I was immediately greeted with extreme hostility and threats by the Hispanic manager. He threatened me that he was going to call the police because i was carrying an empty propane tank. He was like into street fighting from a ghetto. The only thing missing was brass knuckles and knives. Whoops! Not a friendly suburban location.

While the vehicle was in good condition and did its job, the customer service woman who handled my rental when I arrived was absolutely horrible and clearly does not enjoy working there. While going through the process of entering info into the system, she literally raised her voice and yelled at me for not pressing the correct button. I was in absolute shock and raised my voice as well informing her that it was my first time going through the process. Her attitude has tainted this uhaul location and in part, the Uhaul brand for allowing her to deal directly with customers. On the other hand, the person I returned the truck to that evening was absolutely friendly and helpfuI. I will not be returning to this location for any reason whatsoever.

Rented several times from this Uhaul. I wont go anywhere else. The guys have never let me down and the vehicles are above standard. The newer vans now have back up cameras in the rear view mirrors. Again hands down best Uhaul around.

Booked a truck online for a 7am pickup. Drive there and try to use the online pickup system because the store isnt open until 9am and it isnt working. It didnt allow us to pick it up. We had to put the move on hold and drive back at 9am when the stores opened and wait 30 mins in line at the counter to get the truck. Since we were running 2 hours behind I asked for an additional 2 hours so we can finish our move and they said NO. What a complete joke. This company has a total lack of customer care skills and empathy.

The general manager is great. He is professional, courteous, and straightforward. The lady working the front counter at 11:30 on Saturday, April 14th however, displayed some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. While I am checking out to rent a truck (and conversing directly with her) she ANSWERS A FACETIME FROM HER SON, ASKING ABOUT A SWEATSHIRT. Then, when I have the audacity to ask a question about the one way drop off, she talks down to me LIKE I’M HER 8 YEAR OLD SON. If you are the GM of this location, do yourself a favor and fire that woman.All the best.

I rented a truck for a few hours, and they billed my card like 25 times. Then it took a week to get that fixed. Then after that they billed me a extra $110 dollars. Then told me there is nothing they can do I have to call me bank. I spent more time driving there then moving. Then rental lady was very helpful though she tried everything she could do to help. Im still fighting with my bank to get it off my card and this was 3wks ago

Extremely slow, staff took forever to get our truck. Waited over an hour and was kicked out of the parking lot while waiting for the truck to be ready cuz they dont have enough parking. No matter there I went I was told I cant park there. Had to park accross the street.

Friendly, and willing to work off the clock at a discount however you get what you pay for. On one occasion they wired my trailer lights wrong and installed the wrong end fitting. I was out of state before I noticed, and it took me hours to figure it out myself. A professional should have known better. On another occasion they broke free a welded nut on my bumper frame when they attempted to install a trailer hitch. Perhaps an impact wrench was the wrong way to go. They told me to see a garage to fix the problem as they could no longer install the hitch with the bolt stuck in the frame. I will never go there again.

Great friendly staff. Helped us out, and found the trailer that we needed. Will definitely use use this location and Other U-Haul locations in the future.

WARNING!!! IF YOU ARE THE RENTER, DO INSPECTION WITH THE EMPLOYEE AND GET ANY REPORTS ON SHORTAGES OR OVERAGES!!! THEY DID NOT GO OVER WITH ME AND CHARGED MY CARD EXTRA $$ (WITHOUT MY KNOWLEGDE OR PERMISSION!) WHICH IN RETURN CREATED OTHER TRANSACTIONS TO BOUNCE & NOW HAVE NSF FEES TO BATTLE!! I TOOK THIS UP WITH MANAGEMENT AND GOT A RUNAROUND WITH YOUNG EMPLOYEES & WAS TOLD THATS HOW THEY OPERATE! THEY HAVE NO REGRETS ON HOW THINGS WERE HANDLED OR THAT I AM FIGHTING BANK FEES NOW...I SUGGESTED THEY RETRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES TO WALK THROUGH WITH RENTER, AND NO ONE ELSE AND ASK THE RENTER HOW THEY WANT TO HANDLE ANY DESCREPENCIS AND NOT JUST CHARGE A CARD WITHOUT ANY FURTHER AUTHORIZATION! NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN AND DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO!

The Counter Sales Rep was friendly. The other worker loaded boxes into the bed of my truck for me, too. Over all a nice staff.

I can’t stand uhaul. It’s sucks that I need to use it, all the locations I’ve been through have giving me attitude and book rentals that they don’t even have available. I’m supposed to be moving now, but no I’m driving to multiple uhaul locations Because they say that they have and then they don’t. I’m so over uhaul

The customer service girl was miserable, who ever thought this girl should be the face of this u haul is sadly mistaken . What a way to start your Monday, dealing with an idiot service girl, if she’s working next time I go in, I will turn around and go to another branch . Who needs her nonsense
