If I could Id give them a zero. Ordered the fridge, got the wrong one. No big deal i caught it before they got it in the house BUT I didnt get a receipt cause I did everything in store and my husband called in to pay it due to him being over the road. When I did get the right one the next day, we were the first delivery, it was dented on the side. Delivery guys said they will give us some money back so I went in to get that taken care of. They told me no problem theyd get it taken care of should get a check for 10% in the mail in about 20 days. I then asked for a receipt because I never got one, also the warranty papers cause they didnt give me anything on that either, asked for the process. They gave me papers and a receipt and said just call the 1800 #. I looked all over the receipt n papers no 1800#. The guy said oh yeah its not on their its on this pamphlet. It was sketchy

I was really impressed with the Manager Chris. I was looking for a medium sized food cooler for my garage. He helped me out and showed me which one he thought best for what I was looking for and needing it for. He broke it down and gave me all of the details! Chris was super professional and nice. Working with Michelle has been amazing! She has her A game on. She looked in the system each time to check and make sure we got exactly what we wanted and did not have to wait. We got our washer and dryer, refrigerator and range and if we need any other appliances this is the only place I would go. Highly recommend working with the staff here very friendly.

We purchased a washer dryer a few months ago, and Michelle worked HARD to get us what we were looking for quickly when the pickings were slim elsewhere. Not only that, but the price was fantastic.Shortly after, we placed an order for kitchen appliances, and after the delivery date was pushed back twice from GE, Michelle managed to find us a nearly identical fridge, in stock and ready for delivery ASAP for the same price as the fridge we ordered. After living without a fridge for a few months, shes a lifesaver!I wont go anywhere else for appliances!

Not worth it.Fine selection of products - we came for the mattress. Were big Stearns and Foster people and this was one of the only stores that sold locally. They had quite a bit in stock and turn around times were quick.We bough a king size stearns and foster, and a box spring on an additional purchase.The sales and delivery experience was what did us in. In short:-- very commissions focused, at the expense of the customer experience. A woman shouted whos turn is it when I walked in. The man whos turn it was was busy so I had to wait, even though there were a number of other sales agents on the floor.-- the sales person rung me up for the wrong order. wasnt apparent until time of delivery. mistakes happen, but very little accountability on their side for the mess up. i called immediately to inform them, they said they would call me back to resolve and never heard from them. made several calls, only offer was to remove the delivery fee which I had no idea there was a charge for originally. see next bullet.-- they dont tell you about a delivery fee. but very eager to offer to deliver it to you. to me, this was the most frustrating. only $29.99 but felt very deceiving and slimy.-- delivery only gives you 30 min notice, and a date. this made it very challenging for us as we are moving into our new place thats 40 min away.-- delivery brought their children to help. we found this to be pretty awkward. i understanding having to bring your children given circumstances, but not to help.Anyways, Im sure if youre just purchasing something in the store and bringing it home. Its fine. Having to deal with them beyond that, just isnt worth the trouble.

Michelle at ABC Warehouse in Traverse City was great to work with on my appliances order. She was helpful and accommodating with some difficulties I had with my mortgage broker and move in date which I greatly appreciated. She helped quickly resolve an issue with my dryer being the wrong color. Thank you Michelle for a job well done!

Good sales people good deals

If I could give no stars I would, my experience with ABC warehouse has been the worst service I’ve experienced. Not only did the stove I purchased need to be swapped for a different one because of issues with the oven, the people that delivered, swapped the stove damaged my wood flooring pretty bad. I would not recommend this company, not professional and not to mention the stove I bought had to be replaced. Now I gotta get my wood flooring repaired! Take your money somewhere else!! I wish I would have!

Was in need for a box spring and mattress. My friend wanted to help me so she called Scott the salesman and he stated that they would dispose of the old one for me. I went in and paid $1000. and was given a large plastic bag to put the old ones in to be taken away upon delivery. The delivery men called me on the way and I mentioned the old ones and they said they wouldnt be taking it. I called Scott and he told me to offer them $10 and they would. I did as he requested and the delivery men basically laughed and rolled their eyes and told me Scott knew that they wouldnt. I feel that Scott lied to make the sale and I get stuck with the expense of disposal. Beware. I just wish he had been truthful. I was also promised a free gift if we asked specifically for Scott. Nothing ERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

I needed a new microwave/convection oven. Home Depot and Lowes dont stock what they sell and I was looking possibly into October before they could get me one.Found ABC Warehouse. Michael was very helpful both on the phone and in person. They had an excellent Fridgidare, at a more than reasonable price, stocked in their warehouse. I had it in my possession in three days. Outstanding! This is the way a brick & mortar store should operate.

Our refrigerator died, we went to other big box stores could not even order one due to covid. The GM here at ABC was very nice and accommodating, we are getting one delivered in less then a week!

I would not recommend ABC Warehouse, Traverse City, especially Scott Westenbarger as a sales person. We had multiple issues with having correct order delivered, then furthermore purchased warranties for all appliances. When our gas range after 4 months was leaking, there was zero help to correct the issue.

I was in looking at appliances for my kitchen remodel. We werent completely ready for them, but Scott Westenbuarger was so nice and I purchased a whole new set, and picked them up 4-27-20. It remained unhooked till Tuesday. We got to the stove and noticed the gas line which we purchased separately was broken. All I needed was a replacement for my gas line. My husband called Early Wednesday and Scott informed him he couldn’t talk because he was with a customer But would call him back. He never called. So I called this morning and Scott informed me that I would have to call the service center and schedule them to come out and look at the gas line! I told him that I just needed to exchange the $29.95 gas line. He said he didn’t have time to argue with me and that this is how everyone does it. Please beware of ABC Warehouse in Traverse City, MI.

Not much to choose from for freezers but got what I needed

I was given the wrong time of delivery, and the associate i spoke to was very rude...i then said u are kinda rude, he says yep, anything else, bye and abruptly hung up.. i will never shop an abc warehouse again.. i have never been treated so rudely.. best buy will get my and my families business from here on out

I feel that I am getting the run around. I bought a Frigidaire gas range on October 20,2017. Delivery date was to be 10-25-2017. It was delivered on 10-26-2017, and was supposed to be switched over from natural gas to propane. After the installers left I turned the oven on and was aghast to see the flames shooting almost to the top of the oven cavity. Got it turned off and called bill at the store. He told me he would contact the installers to send them back. Had not heard from anyone by noon on 10-27-2017 so I called bill again. His reply was oh they didn’t come back? No they did not! Called the store again on 10-28-2017. Bill tells me that the installer has been trying to call me. Cannot get hold of me. Funny I was getting calls from everyone else. Bill gave me the installers number, which I called and left a voicemail message. I’m an older retired lady and that stove was a huge expenditure from my pension. Glad I stayed right in the kitchen after I turned the oven on. Otherwise my house would probably have burned down! I understand that mistakes can happen, no one is perfect, but get someone out here to FIX it. I hope this problem is fixed promptly.

We have purchased a complete kitchen for our cottage as well as a recliner and sofa from this store. Our salesman, Matt, was polite and respectful . He took time to answer all our questions and demonstrated the different features of each item. We felt no pressure to buy. He gave us time to discuss our selections. Matt made arrangements for items to be delivered to a different area. Delivery was done on time and professionally. We will definitely purchase from here again!

I did not purchase anything during my stop today. We were there just to look around, they have a nice selection of fridges, TVs, stoves and even some furniture. Great prices on all these items too. I definitely know where Im going when I get a new tv and mattress.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service I received when my laptop quit working and I tried to use the extended warranty. Was told that there was only one person, the manager of the Small Appliances department, who could help me, and that I would have to wait until he was in to get any help. Was told, rather impatiently,that there wasnt any other person there who could so much as answer a question about my computer or the two-year warranty we paid for. Finally talked to Jerry, who filled out the repair paperwork and took my computer, only to be called an hour later with the message that the laptop I had under warranty was a 15 inch and the one I brought in was a 17 inch, and so it would not be covered. Came back in to talk to Jerry, and he told me I didnt bring in the computer that they sold me with a warranty, so they couldnt help me. Asked Jerry to see whatever info they had on my computer purchase, so he showed me the sales receipt info, which had the model number. I proceeded to look at the model number on the back of my computer and point out to him that it was the exact number on the receipt. Was told it might be the same number but it wasnt the right computer. I tried to explain to him that if it were a different size computer it would not have the same number, which, by the way, actually said 15, meaning 15 inch. He finally said hed send it in and that, well see. I finally went over and took a laptop right off their shelf, exactly the same laptop as mine, and Input my laptop and the shelf one right on top of each other and asked him, arent these the same size? He said yes, and I told him the shelf one said 15 inch right on it.Never once did he apologize or even acknowledge that he was mistaken. Just that hell send it in and, well see.My advice? Buy your computer at Best Buy, where the friendly and helpful customer service doesnt end once the sale is made.

This is a great place if you need to buy appliances. We worked with a guy named Michael Royle for our A.C unit (8,000 BTU) we bought a week ago. Well turns out it was a lemon but they were super helpful!! We just had to tell them the problem, they tested it, then offered us an exchange for an even bigger AC unit (10,000 BTU). I will always make my purchases here now.

Recently, I made a trip north to see my brother for his birthday. Not having a gift I decided to made a stop to see if i could get a TV for him. Once I got in One of your sales employees short hair, name I think was Matt was really helpful and provided me information of what would best meet his needs. I ended up leaving with a 43 4K UHD Smart TV and my brother loved it.Overall pleased with the way everything went and if I lived closer I would def come back.

After waiting nine weeks for a microwave to be repaired that had a two warranty, ABC told me that it had physical damage that they dont repair. It had no damage when I dropped it off to be repaired, told me they can give me $50 gift gift card for $400 microwave no thanks

I purchased a washer and dryer here after looking at many black Friday sales. Very impressed with the staff very responsive and easy to work with.I came in with a competitors ad and not only did they beat the price they included extras such as stainless water hoses and the 240v power cord for the electric dryer.The warranty they offer on appliances is the best I have seen. It is what you think a warranty should be, if anything breaks its covered. Not just parts, not just labor, EVERYTHING. No fees just pay for the warranty and thats it. And you get up to 50% of your money back (in store) credit if you dont use the warranty by the time it expires.Probably about the best experience I could have had buying a washer and dryer!

The sales rep was extremely friendly and helpful and I would gladly purchase from the company again if they changed the delivery company. The delivery was extremely unprofessional and their appearance was dirty and unkept. (9:00 am delivery) The first delivery was a mattress and box springs. We told them that we have new carpet and new hardwood floors and asked if they would take off their shoes. One individual remarked back in a sarcastic tone that he wasnt taking his shoes off. So we asked them to leave the items on our deck and we would carry them ourselves. The plastic covers were so dirty we had to wash them off before bringing them the house. One spot where the plastic was ripped, the delivery men left dirty black finger prints on the mattress cover. The box spring fabric was snagged on each spot were the wood made contact. It appeared as though they had dragged the box spring over a hard surface corner and the friction had damaged the fabric. We contacted ABC and they ordered us a new box spring. The same individuals came today at 8:30 am with the replacement box spring. Again they were dirty and unprofessional. We had the original box spring on the deck with the original plastic cover ready for them to pick up. One individual decided that it was faster to run through my flower bed rather than on the sidewalk. (no wonder they have dirty shoes). I commented on his travel in the flower bed and he responded sarcastically, Sorry I walked on your mulch.. I responded that there are tulips already growing in that flower bed. I was furious. We have been spraying these flowers to protect them from the deer. I guess we need to have six foot fences to protect from unprofessional delivery individuals.

I just had a refrigerator delivered to my house and I am so disappointed! They messaged us hours ago, saying they would be at our house in 40 minutes and didn’t show up until a few minutes ago. Not only were the men rude and talking to us like we were idiots in our own home, but they just shoved the old refrigerator out the door. When they shoved it outside, it chipped our cement steps!! On top of that, they left a bunch of garbage and plastic in my yard. Unprofessional is saying the least.

First off I would like to say that salesperson, Mike Royale was excellent! Delivery guys RUDE and do not represent company well. Which brings me to my 1 star review, if I could give Mike Royale 5 stars and the delivery guys 0 stars I would have done that. The 1 star is to call attention to this review in case you do not do cash and carry expect the worst attitudes from the delivery guys. What? They will not take away the large appliance box? They are an appliance store!

Was looking for some new appliances. Was afraid as Im not real knowledgeable on quality and pricing and that. Salesman Matt was extremely helpful. I didnt feel like he was just trying to sell me the most expensive to make more money. He took the time to not only make sure I got a great deal but also to make sure I completely knew what I was getting. Took all the fear out of buying new appliances. Stopped to check current models for redoing our kitchen and interacted with a very knowledgeable sales employee. Knew features of models and reviewed prices at competing stores on his phone quoting hundreds of dollars less per item. Pleasant no pressure experience and we bought everything there as it saved us the time and energy to drive around and get quotes. They even dropped $300 on a home theater system for us that was a want. Overall, we saved over $2,000 on everything and the after service has been good. The microwave was DOA so the store gave us a more expensive brand/model at no charge. I also needed new dishwasher clips (oops) and after the big 3 DIY stores had nothing, ABC handed me some in 5 minutes with a smile and no charge. I would have rated 5 stars but nobody said the delivery crew wouldnt take their boxes and I had not planned for it. All in all, I think ABC is underrated here in Traverse City. Worth the stop.

Scott is very helpful, and knowledgeable. I have purchased a bed, two TV’s, microwave, and a stove from him at ABC warehouse. I plan to buy our next appliances when needed from him. I refer him to friends and family, because I know their needs will be taken care of. Highly recommend him!

My niece purchased a washer and dryer a couple months ago With a maintenance contract. Washer broke and they waited over two weeks for the repair company to come out. Then they were told the part was on back order for three weeks. They called sales person who agreed that was not acceptable and would deliver a replacement the next day. When no one arrived and they called store no one knew about the delivery. They were told they would have to bring in broken washer and pick up new one themselves which they did. Then for the final Insult the model was different so they had to pay for another maintenance agreement. They said they were given a discounted price on the new agreement. This is far from good service and I would never buy from a store with such practices

I recently purchased a dishwasher at the ABC Wharehouse location in Traverse City. I am a repeat customer of that store because of the friendly, non-pressuring and learned sales force they employ. I have always been treated, not only kindly,but also patiently when I ask a million questions. They have actually called the house to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. From the sales force to the delivery men, I would definitely recommend this store for appliance and home needs.

My brand new LG washer wasnt running right ABC sent someone out right away to verify the installation was correct. LG was supposed to send out a technician for the repair and did not have anyone in our area and was having a difficult time finding someone to fix my NEW WASHING MACHINE I complained to ABC about LGs lack of response and theyre bringing me a new washer and taking out the broken one I Knew I Liked ABC thank you for standing by the products you sell

We were in a predicament of ordering a refrigerator asap because the fridge broke down at the same time friends and family arrived at our cabin for a vacation. I was 240 miles away at home and tried to order a fridge over the phone. At first it was not an easy task. One big box store said they couldnt help at all and another said to purchase it at a store near my home and have it delivered even knowing how far away it was! I was also told that it could take 2 1/2 weeks for a delivery. All seemed hopeless until I called ABC Warehouse in Traverse City and talked to R.J. He totally understood, explained the different refrigerators that were available to purchase and amazingly had it delivered the next day!! R.Js knowledge, patience, understanding and follow up calls and politeness were exceptional and extremely appreciated . I came in to ABC warehouse, which I have never gone to ABC warehouse before. My experience at ABC was phenomenal my salesman was Benjamin Mauch. He was able to get me approved for an ABC card and I was able to buy a new stereo system and a Temperpedic bed. My experience was the best experience I have every had anywhere!

Recieved a remote starter for my car as a Christmas gift. Made my appointment for the install, drove 1.5 hours just to sit 45 minutes past my appointment time and not get my starter installed. After assuring me that it could be done in the time frame I was given when I called, I was then told it would be another 30 minutes before they could start working on my car, and it would take an hour longer than I was originally quoted. It was a waste of time and a waste of gas, I will not be back.
