Our experience so far with this Rent-A-Center has been fantastic! We purchased a property to use as a vacation rental property, unfortunately, due to a “worldwide foam shortage” (what’s next?) the estimated time of arrival is completely unknown. Stuck with no furniture in our living room, and rental season upon us, I called the store and they could not have been more helpful! Within a few days we had a beautiful sofa and love seat set and a separate loveseat to fill in our living room. Really nice quality. Our property is about 50 minutes away from the store, they delivered the furniture on time, with a smile, and for no cost. We are planning to only need the furniture for a month, but Melanie, the store manager, was looking to accommodate us as much as possible. She set us up for one month, and then let us know that if we needed it for a longer time, on a week to week basis, just let her know.Having never rented furniture before, I certainly was not sure what I was in for. All the people at the store made it very easy and really helped us out of a severe bind. Thanks so much for your assistance!

Our experience e was wonderful with this store and the 2 employees we dealt with. Rented a loveseat while we waited for purchased furniture to arrive after having lost our furniture in a fire. Would highly recommend this business.

Id give zero stars if i could. I hope the manager reads this. I called corperate on her today because she screamed at me when i tried to make arrangements with her. I hope she gets fired. The way you treated mel was totally unprofessional. Do not rent from these people unless you want them trying to get into your house without you at home, yells at you for trying to make arrangements, and constantly harassed. I do not recommend. Did i meantion the couch qas broken upon delivery and when i told her she ignored me.

Sales staff is polite and pleasant. Always willing to help in any way. Very satisfied with quality of products.

Placed an order June 6th for a washer and dryer to rent for our newly built home. Planned to pay off as soon as our old house sells.They never brought the machines, never called.Its been three weeks and zero communication.Cancelling the contract!

Me and my girlfriend have been dealing with rent a center in traverse city Michigan and we have never had any issues. The manager drew is awesom and has worked with us on payments when we were short. Ive always been treated very well by all of the employees. I could go on about the professional service we have received but bottom line is we will continue to do business with them. Terrible service, random fees. Auto pay messed up very frequently and they would charge me a call in fee when it happened. Some how at the end an extra 400 dollars was added on to my bill and when I freaked out all the sudden they could go with what was originally owed. The day after my ps4 was paid if it quit reading disk. Workers had attitude often as well.

I would give them less then a negative star. For one I have paid EXTRA for my items to be covered for insurance. Well my items I have paid in FULL for dont work now and I paid over $700 for the insurance and now all of sudden my items are not covered? What a joke of a company since everyone has quit and left this terrible company.

Red flagged me. No contract. Told my girlfriend, and not me. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau
