Like always all the gents at Juniors go out of their way to make your experience a good one. Brakes took no time at all and work great. Mech./Tech. Mark explained all that was needed and all that was done and it didnt cost me and arm and leg either. Glad theres still some honest people out there. The next time Im in need of repairs they will be again, my go to.

Great guys. Customer focused. Visited the area the end of June 2021. Found a flat tire on my car the morning we were headed home. Our tires were brand new one week before vacation. I had an air pump, called Juniors right away and they said bring it right in. I put in enough air to drive it and they fixed it for $15.00 in 30 minutes, and a guarantee it will not leak again after removing a 1/4 lag bolt from the tire. Great guys. Give the local guys your business over the big corporate chains.

Kudos to the Junior Tires Team!! I needed a replacement snowblower tire on my Honda HS828 snowblower and found the Honda OEM 14x4-6 tire costs over $100 + shipping - for one (1) tubeless tire. I really wanted to keep my snowblower looking as close to original as possible but didnt want to cough up that kind of money for a single tire. I reached out to our local Junior Tires team for a recommendation and they set me up with (2) Carlisle Snow Hogs 15x5-6 tires (with the bow tie pattern like my OEM tires) and tubes for about the same cost as (1) tubeless tire. The tires fit perfectly, the 1inch difference is barely noticeable, and the traction superb. Highly recommend the JT Team for tires and service - thank you!

Historically I have used Juniors for my motorcycle tire needs and have always been happy. Recently used them for SUV tires and again the customer service and value were fantastic. They greet you before you are even fully in the front door and my tires were on in 40 minutes. Thank you Juniors.

I always call ahead for what I need, and today they didnt have the exact brand I used available anymore but found the closest match. They got the tires I needed and called me to let me know they were ready for me. I arrived and they took my car right in and was done in less than an hour.

If I could give Juniors 10 stars I would! Professional and friendly. Brought my car in to diagnose a faint clunking noise. They checked wheel bearings, steering shocks, etc and determined all the important stuff was sound and in good condition. I expected to at least pay for labor but was told “no charge”. I’ve experienced the same treatment each and every time I’ve done business with Juniors. #customer4life

Very impressed with Juniors. Went in for a break problem to find out my entire brake system hanging by a thread. Mark called me up and explained the work needed and quoted the price up front, which was competitive for the area. Quick turn around and was able to pick up the truck later that day. When I went in Mark showed me all the old parts they pulled of and how bad they had gotten and why they needed to do the work quoted, which I very much appreciated. Will be going back next time I need brake work or tires.

Juniors is kind of an institution of family business here in Traverse City. They do tires and brakes and I believe shocks and struts. We have used them for tires for many years and recently I needed a brake job on my 2015 Honda Odyssey minivan. I will say that initially I had some problems with the new brakes screeching every time I stopped the car. It was very annoying! But that was mainly because of a defective pair of brake pads that had been installed on the rear of the car. Mike and Mark were very kind during this time and willing to work with me. The second visit they mainly tried to get the glaze off of the pads thinking that was why the squeaking was occurring. But then we realized it was probably something else and the third visit they did replace the pads. So this is a great business to work with and the team is very proactive. I just wish they could find another location so they could expand because they are so good and everyone wants to take their vehicles there that it can get a little crowded sometimes. But I would definitely say if you need brakes, tires, shocks or struts, Juniors would be a great place to take your vehicle.

We got a flat tire while on vacation at Sleeping Bear Dunes and drove into Traverse City on our spare to get a replacement, expecting it to be a full day chore. We stopped at Juniors and talked to Mark. The customer service was amazing! Despite them being crazy-busy, they got us in and done in an hour and a half. They got us a replacement tire, and rotated our tires while we waited. We would recommend Juniors to anyone.

I own a local business too, and I was just driving by Juniors & caught their Cooper Tires sign and I just so happen to need one. I pulled over and Mike found my tire in about 2 minutes, then proceeded to search the internet for the rim I needed. He found that too, I ordered it and was back 3 days later for him to mount my new tire. He quoted a price and nailed it: when I paid - it was exactly what he quoted. I spoke to probably 4 different men there in my visits and everyone was so friendly, I actually stopped at the door and thank everyone. They were super efficient, respectful, did a great job and I would / will recommend Juniors to anyone.

Highly recommended, locally owned place. After visiting today, I see why! Manager Mark took a look at the tires a mechanic had told me would need replacement before Winter and said I had at least 50% tread life remaining. After looking up paperwork from the previous owner, he was right. Would have been easy to just take my money, but he didnt. And, was able to get me in for a rotation quickly. When the time comes, Im going to Juniors for tires. Local + Honest = Awesome!

These guys know what they are doing and dont mess around. I have never had such awesome service at a shop in my life. The tires they recommended are excellent and the service is impeccable.I wont be going anywhere else but Juniors tire for my vehicle needs.I went to Juniors because they are less than a mile from where I work and I have always heard good things about them. My plan was to get prices and possibly make an appointment for tires if the price was right. The gentleman behind the counter was super nice and very helpful. I told him what my car was and he responded by telling me the size of tires I needed and the different price totals they would be installed on my vehicle and never had to look anything up. Everything sounded great so I asked about making an appointment and he responded with how about now? I still had to run another errand for work so I asked him if I could come back in about a half hour. Even though My errand ended up taking an hour longer then expected, when I returned to Juniors they had me pull the car in right away. I then decided to leave my car and walk 10 minutes back to work. As I was walking back in the door to work my phone rang and it was Juniors calling to let me know my car was done!Thank you Juniors,Customer for Life

I have never had such amazing support from a business. I had a flat tire. The tow truck driver could not get my spare off. Had to get towed to Juniors. While my truck was on the flatbed truck, the tow truck blew a hydraulic line. 😳 After much chaos, my vehicle was delivered to Juniors. They understand my frustrations, as I had many important things to take care of that day. One of them being work. They repaired not only my flat, but fixed the spare tire situation quickly and efficiently. And the best surprise, they did not charge me! ❤️ Juniors Tires has gained a lifetime customer. They were starting to get busy with winter tire sales the friday I went in. They helped me to pick out really good all season tires (per my request). The guys were great from looking at tires, to purchasing them & installing them. I was in & out in 1 hour & 15 minutes & there were 3 or 4 customers ahead of me. I would definitely go back. 2nd time I have gotten new tires here for 2 different vehicles.
