We were on vacation in Traverse City and noticed our Honda Odyssey was not starting with the same gusto as normal. Stopped in to Quinn’s to see if they could listen to the start and figure out what was going on before we got back on the road the following day. Ryan listened and tested the battery determining it was bad. He was able to order the type I needed and it was delivered in 15 minutes and installed after another 15 for a reasonable and fair price. Appreciated the honest assessment and prompt repair even though I didn’t have an appointment.

I was traveling from Minnesota and a part from underneath the car was hanging down and rattling. I stopped in and asked if he had a minute to look at it. Five minutes and $5.00 later he had crawled under the car, pinned the piece back up and I was on my way. Great service, great price and a great guy!

Had some trouble with a transmission cooler line in a busy intersection with the family in Traverse City last week. Once we were off the road, a local resident came out to see if we were ok and informed us of an auto repair shop 1/2 mile away. We called Ryan about an hour before closing time and 15 minutes later, he was at our stranded van with 3 quarts of fluid, reattached the cooler line and had us back up and running. We then followed him back to the shop so he could check a few additional items and secure the lines further. With Ryans help, a nightmare scenario turned out to be just a little glitch in our vacation. If I lived in the area, he would be our go to mechanic. Thanks again Ryan!

Been meaning to write this for over a month! Was passing through on vacation early August and my brakes started grinding bad!! Every other shop in town was booked and wouldnt take us. Quinns was so helpful, took my car and fixed it up in about an hour! Prices were extremely fair and customer service was above and beyond to a couple of out of towers at the end of a business day! We were on vacation in Traverse City for the Cherry Festival and my SUV started having issues on Sunday morning. Ryan/Quinns Auto Clinic was recommend to me by someone at the hotel I as staying at, and I showed up at Quinns Auto Clinic first thing Monday morning without an appointment in the hopes that Ryan could work me in and get me back on the road.Ryan was wonderful and very accommodating. He came out and did the diagnostics on my SUV while I was standing there, he told me what the problem was, then he worked us into his schedule right away. Ryan said he would call me once the vehicle was fixed so we left the vehicle and continued into downtown TC to enjoy the Cherry Festival. Ryan called me in about 2 hours to let me know my vehicle fixed and ready to pick-up.The pricing was extremely fair! He fixed my issue and didnt try to up-sell me or cross-sell me, his goal was to get me back on the road as quickly as possible and at an affordable price.From my perspective, Ryans goal was accomplished, we were able to continue north on our vacation to Mackinac, then back to Indianapolis and my SUV ran perfectly.I was and am grateful Ryan was able to get us back on the road quickly, fix my issue and allow my family to continue on with our vacation uninterrupted.I would highly recommend Ryan and his shop, Quinns Auto Clinic, he did honest work quickly and at an affordable price.

Ryan was honest gave me a couple options even though I went with the cheapest one he still did a solid by me by telling me what was critical and what could wait.

I was very concerned when my wife, who was up in Traverse City without me, suddenly had to deal with a truck that wouldnt run. We had it towed, not really knowing what to expect. Quinns couldnt have done a better job for us. Not only got it running, but did what he could to make sure she wouldnt have any further issues. Very comfortable that she was treated fairly. Will definitely be going back in the future if we have any issues.
