They put up our dock in the spring. They were very responsive and we discussed buying a new dock for next season. They put in our dock but left out some of the pieces. They told me they’d come back to install them at some point during the summer but we never heard back. It wasn’t a huge deal honestly. We needed our dock taken in for the season and we have called, texted, and emailed non stop since August and have heard nothing back. We are now trying to find anyone we can to take our dock in for the season. Do NOT use or trust this company.

Take your pick of what not to like, lies, poor communication, etc. worst company I have ever dealt with. Finally got our money back after filing a police report and posting the truth on social media.As other people have said, run don’t walk away from this company. We were contacted by several disgruntled customers.

After lots of discussion and some research it became clear he had the best deal and would provide the best service. I have not been disappointed. I just wanted to thank Brandon Oaks and the crew at Pure Harbor Dock & Boat for taking such good care of our boat during the off season. I’ve had a lot of experience with service/trade companies over the years and I have NEVER been provided with the level of professionalism and care that Pure Harbor has extended.While looking for a hoist, Brandon went well above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. He went as far as to meet me at a third party seller to assess and provide a professional’s review of a hoist that I found. There was not anything in it for him, simply customer care. I only wish all service companies were as responsive and cared as much as Pure Harbor.You WILL NOT be disappointed if you go with Brandon and the rest of the Pure Harbor crew!

Brandon came to our rescue when our previous dock installer left us with only part of our dock installed. We decided to purchase a new dock from him. Great dock and we got a great deal! Hes professional, hard working, reliable and a very nice guy! Id highly recommend him for all of your dock and hoist needs!!

Pure Harbor also details autos, for the past 5 years I have had Pure Harbor detail both my cars twice a year. They do an excellent job both inside and out; they are very detailed oriented. They show up on time and complete the work in a timely fashion. If I had a boat I would have them detail it too.
