Absolutely love this store. Had a camp michigan shirt on in the upper peninsula and got alot of comments on it. All positive.

Ordered a Michigan Love#9, size medium because website says its fitted so order up if want looser fit. I typically wear size small so I ordered up. This is the strangest fitting shirt. Measurements taper down from the bust line to the hips so I couldnt even pull it past my waist without fear of ripping it. Read some of the reviews and other people mentioned it was too loose at the bottom. Maybe quality control needs to be looked at closer with their production.UPS store quoted me over $10 to mail back. Customer service said they mailed through USPS for $5. Lets hope I can do the same

I love my new sweatshirt from Livnfresh! I have shopped in their stores and ordered online. I will say the quality and customer service is amazing! I will we retuning for more and telling my friends about them.

I purchased a LivnFresh sweatshirt that formed pills on the fabric after only wearing and washing it TWICE. When I reached out to customer service, I received a condescending response explaining how fabrics form pills in the wash and that I could shave them off. Im very disappointed because my family has purchased several sweatshirts from this company that were very nice. You would expect a $50+ shirt to last longer than 2 washes and half a year. We will not be spending our money here again after experiencing their terrible customer service.

I ordered a sweatshirt online from them. The printing looks GREAT, but what I received was NOT a sweatshirt. I have some t-shirts that are thicker material than the sweatshirt I received! I tried to review the shirt on the product page and they never posted it (it said it would be up within minutes and it has been 3 days) so apparently only 5 star reviews are posted? I just wanted to warn others so they wouldnt be upset like I was....

If you order you clothes online, want to exchange or return & they don’t carry it In the store you have to pay shipping back then they deduct original shipping cost from purchase (who does that). To top it off they said they were doing extended returns because if Covid-19 but that’s not true... My wife talked to the owner & was horrible to her. By far the worse company I’ve ever dealt with if your smart bypass these scam artist & go with M-22 or High five threads this shop doesn’t belong in traverse city... or northern Michigan at that...

20 Jan 2018 11am... Careful.... very picky about refunds/returns. The store employee was absolutely unwilling to budge on a return/refund of a kids sweatshirt that did not fit. Purchased 7 days ago with receipt in hand. 10 yr old Daughter popped the tags when she tried it on. If the tag is popped no refund or return it says on the receipt. They play the “Small print” game. Apparently the tag is worth $58 dollars??? Nonsense for a local small business. I live in TC and loved shopping the store until this happened. I won’t be back.... ever. Recommend folks just online purchase their Michigan gear in case you need to return it ya won’t deal with this tom foolery. The reason to shop local in TC does not apply here... seek elsewhere.

I ordered a t shirt for my wife for Christmas. The fit wasn’t quite right so we contacted them about a return. The cost to return was more than the original cost. I was then told I could return it to the store in Traverse City. So, we drove from Grand Rapids (2 hours), but was told by the store that we couldn’t return it there. I contacted corporate again but they basically said tough luck. Obviously we won’t shop there anymore. Worst customer service of any online retailer I’ve encounteredWe contacted you shortly after Christmas. No surprise that you don’t “have record of the call”. You should stick to retail as you have the absolute worse customer service of any online retailer.

The sweatshirt I bought was of average quality at a rather high price (Over $50!), but its nice looking. Then I got an email asking me too write the best possible review I could for a chance TOO win a prize. I wont do business with a company that uses bribery for reviews. The poor spelling/ grammar doesnt help either!

Awesome people! Lots of fun, very friendly, and their unique selection of Northern Michigan gear is outstanding. They do stuff for many different states, and the designs are as unique as the mind behind it. Very cute little place. Be sure to check it out!

I have bought two shirts from the store and they both fit weird. I cant explain it. The sweatshirt I just got, I was so excited and LOVED the color has a double hood and wide neckline with a fake zipper. The strings coming out of the hood dont line up so one of the strings looks as if its coming out of my ear. I live in Michigan and LOVE to support local and wear Michigan Fresh clothing. However I wont ever buy online from here again. If I am up North Ill try on in store and browse to shop, but I just cant get rid of the bad taste in my mouth.

While I am not a native of Michigan, I love this state. These designs are so unique and the shirts are higher quality that anything else that I could find on Front street. These I will definitely wear on a daily basis.

I bought stuff from their store plus their Traverse City store. Love all my products. Customer service was very help full on finding what I needed and sizing.

Loved it!The unique items were a great segue from the mundane retail stores. The team member Cindi was an absolute delight to deal with. We will be back on our next trip to Traverse City.

No initiative to help resolve an issue I had with my bracelet being delivered but I never received it. 50+ dollars spent with nothing to show for it. Between this company and my post office Ive never been given the run around so much. An Im sorry doesnt replace my item or get me my money back. Maybe you should think about insuring your packages livnfresh so you might be able to help your customers out a little more I stead of redirecting and simply stating your sorry.An extremely irritated customer with no graduation gift to give and no money to buy another 😡🤬

I only tryed the shirt on once and did not fit ! .. I returned the item they said it smelled like perfume??!! ...Im like are you kidding so they would not return it .Just make sure when you try on you you have no perfume on!!.. I order the next size but I never order again . I stay with mi state of mind of Rochester hills better customor service... I order stuff there and never gave me that excuse when I had problem with an item..

Second week in a row that we tried to shop with you in Traverse City and sadly your store was closed again. One would think your store would be opened the entire week of Thanksgiving. We gave another downtown store our business.

Dont buy anything that you might want to retun!!! I purchased sweatshirt gift and specifically confirmed that the item could be returned When I came back to return, I was rudely told there are no returns after 15 DAYS. No way to give in store credit.
