I recently bought a set of 4 M22 coffee mugs. Unfortunately, when I received them one had a broken handle. After making one quick phone call, a new replacement was on its way before I could even check my email. I absolutely love M22 stuff. There stuff is always high quality and excellent customer service. Even though some of the stuff is a more on the expensive side, it is worth it to have the quality.

Bought a t-shirt that when I put it through its first wash faded dramatically to the point the black M22 logo looked brown. I was pretty disappointed until I wrote them and was immediately contacted by M22 customer service representative Zeb. I like M22 clothing. My problem is with pieces that aren’t 100% cotton, they pill fast. The clothing is too expensive not to be of the highest quality. I appreciate that they give 1% to an environmental cause.Hi, M22. I needed to mention that 95% of the clothes I own don’t pill. I do not agree that it is not the fabric.Yes, 1% to the cause is good. 5% would be stellar. The Earth needs it.

I love the M22 in Traverse City! They are so wonderful there, I recently had an issue with Apple Pays default changing my order to shipping. I wrote an email letting them know I’d like to pick it up and refund my shipping fees. Within 2 minutes (if that long) Zeb responded and let me know the shipping was reimbursed and my order was ready for pickup. Amazing customer service as always! The quality of the clothing is impeccable! I love all of the designs and how soft the clothing is! I love it so much my dog will be sporting some M22 gear also! Thank you Zeb!!

The gorgeous M22 drive is a family tradition every year for us, highly recommended in all seasons but for safety reason as with anything, definitely check your weather ahead of time. All the beautiful and wondrous views you will see driving M22, it will not disappoint. Take your time and enjoy!

Zeb provided amazing customer service and went above and beyond to assist me. Love M22 products and we now own M22 t shirts, long sleeved tees, hoodies and crop sweatshirts. They arrived so quickly and all are soft and so comfortable!

I always like to stop in when on vacation, either for a wine tasting or to browse their wares, but this holiday season I needed a sought after item and Zeb was able to get it packed and shipped within minutes (which was fortuitous since I was cutting it a bit close to the deadline). I even made a typo that needed correcting and Zeb had it sorted out before it caused any problems. Love this place!

Great products and excellent customer service. I had an issue with a sweatshirt I received as a gift and it was resolved very quickly and professionally by Zeb. The sweatshirt is really soft on the inside and really nice to wear around. Its always nice to have confidence in the quality of products you are purchasing, and knowing that if something isnt quite right, it will be resolved.

Please bring back the LOVE apparel. I dont understand why you’d discontinue a beloved brand.also the sales girls were kind of rude when I went in the other day.

Phenomenal customer service! I ordered a cozy sweatshirt online during all of the social distancing here in Michigan. I got a personalized email right away apologizing that the item I ordered was actually out of stock. He gave me a few different options to choose from, including a full refund. I opted for a different color. It was sent out right away and is my coziest sweatshirt I own. This is why I love shopping from small businesses - everything is personal. No scripts. Every time I visit, I always find something I want. quality clothes and they often support local charity events, and non-profits like United Way, obviously they care about the Great Lakes and the community and it shows! Friendly employees and nice customer service. Always a go-to when I’m downtown shopping!

Store was clean. Had an item to return which was a gift to me. I exchanged and the smaller shirt was too big also. Wanted just to return shirt and get money back. Cannot do that....must be store credit. Store policy after 7 days. Fine..received gift card minus tax. They dont refund tax...so when I used the gift card I had to pay tax again. Most likely never go to that store again. Manager was rude.

My father and I decided to visit the M22 store in Traverse City and we were very shocked by the quality of the clothes and the environment. A large screen played videos of places to explore in Michigan. Next to it were guides of different places of Michigan. These were also available for shoppers to grab and read. The store itself was very inviting and organized, and the prices were very easy to find. The workers were very kind and helpful. I will definitely stop by again

Very cool store. Was kinda bummed when I wasnt greeted by any of the 5 employees. I would understand if they were busy but most of them were standing by the register. Ive worked in retail for almost 8 years now and I know that is one way to turn away customers.
