5 stars strictly because they have an awesome store front that giant bear looks way to cool, they have really nice souvenirs, and clothing. Might as well stop here if you need to get souvenirs

Stopped here every time we visit MichiganAlways a pleasant experience until this last time. I bought 2 clothing items for my grandchildren. I was Assured I could exchange if they did not fit. I contacted Traverse City Bear and was informed only on line purchases can be returned or exchanged. All others must be returned to the store. I live in Wisconsin. This was souvenir purchase. No way I could visit the store. Now I am stuck with about $50.00 of unusable items. This should have been made clear at time of purchase when I asked about the policy

Reasonable prices for souvenirs. Nice, well stocked store. Has some of same items as a store downtown. Good location along Munson Ave.

If youre looking for a few souvenirs, or a cheap hoodie for the night look no further. The wife needed a oversized sunhat and she was in luck. I believe that she also bought a cover for her bathing suit too from here. The place reminds me of a shop that you would find on a riverwalk in Florida.

We stopped here to get some beach towels and ended up buying some clothes, hats, sunglasses, flip-flops, magnets! Its a one stop shop for all beach supplies and souvenir shopping. Its a fairly priced store.

Neat place for Michigan saviours. Was in search for a Michigan beach towel and found one of many to choose from.Highly recommend this place.

If you are someone who is looking for a souvenir shirt or sweatshirt that is a plus size this place is not for you! They say they offer plus size shirts however they are very limited to what colors are available and you have to wait for them to print it for you. So needless to say I was not pleased and will not be returning there in the future.

Cool place for the kids to buy some souvenirs and beach toys. Nice clothing too. Parking lot is a nightmare. Be careful walking u might get hit by a car.

This place was really nice, clean and organized. Much like those gift stores you see down in florida with lots of northern gifts, the shirts and sweatshirts, the fabrics were higher in quality than othet places, i would highly recommend stopping there.

Great shop! Hilarious T-shirt designs, yes adult themed! A lot of breakable items so keep that in mind if you have small kiddies with you! I got an awesome soft, well made hoodie w Traverse City logo on it! I love it! I paid a reasonable price for it too! Definitely will be back!

Not sure if they were getting ready for fall clothes but it was a little disappointing.

We were browsing and my young child had to use the restroom. We asked if there was a restroom and the workers said no. This is a store that relies on tourism and therefore should accommodate its customer needs. I am certain there was a restroom in the building. Had they allowed my child to use the restroom we probably would have spent more time and money there, but instead had to leave to find somewhere with a bathroom.

Very friendly staff

Some rather inappropriate shirts ( drugs, curse words, suggestive, over drinking) at childrens eye level. Small breakable items placed at a toddler level, yes my 1 year old knocked something down and it broke ( we paid for it). And I feel over priced, I have been to many tourists areas, ( NYC, Smokey Mountains, Biloxi, Orlando, Boston and so on) and the prices seem about 20% higher than what I normaly see. Many other places to get souvenirs in town. Not good for familys.
