We found a nail in our tire and took it in to Big O Tires in Trinidad so we could safely travel home. We have never been to a place more helpful and welcoming. All staff actually smile and genuinely care for their customers. Thanks again guys! We had no trouble getting home!

Had our tires balanced and rotated at a store in San Antonio TX a week ago before setting out on vacation. 750 miles later we stopped at the store in Trinidad because the tires had not been properly balanced. Big O tires in Trinidad found and corrected the issue in less than an hour when it had taken the previous store over 3 to do it wrong. Extremely happy with the quick, knowledgeable and courteous service we received. Now we can continue our vacation with a smooth ride! Super nice folks. We were traveling through and had issues. We camped down the road a bit, called about getting a tire we needed, and they had to there the next morning, which was perfect. Pulled in the next day to the shop and just needed the one tire changed out. That took almost two hours. For a single tire. Very few customers, so it wasn’t a busy day. But if you watch the employees, there are at any given time 3 or more just standing around doing nothing. Everybody seems to be involved in every job, so they can’t even seem to do two jobs at once very well. They have the crew here to move easily 6 plus vehicles an hour, but they’re lucky to actually one single tire change an hour. They even put the tire on without balancing it, but they did actually catch it before saying they were done and pulled it back off to do that. But of course that took another half hour. To their credit they did actually use a torque wrench on the lugs, don’t see that very often anymore, usually impact and go. But they just work so extremely slow and inefficient that you can tell they’re hourly employees just milking the clock. If you can get a tire here and take it somewhere else to get changed out, I’d go that route. They just move too slow to be somewhere I’d recommend. I can honestly say I’ve never seen anyplace else with employees so skilled at wasting time.

Just went up to Big O this morning, as I’d gotten a flat tire the night before. Thank goodness they’re open Saturday!In town with my ArtCar for the Artocade parade. I’ve been trying to go to this event since 2015 and drove two days to get here!I was a mess!! Thankfully they could look at my truck right away, found the nail and fixed it up!!!Thank you guys soooo much!!! They were all very chill and friendly which I needed :)

Had a tire emergency while traveling cross country. Called up Big O, they left me on hold for 30 minutes. I called back they left me on hold for another 10 minutes. It took them 2 and 1/2 hours to replace and rebalance two tires. For my trouble they gave me a $20 discount.

Nice waiting areas with coffee, nice staff that worked swiftly even though they were short staffed and swamped with difficult flats. We had our tires replaced and we chose Big O because of the professionalism and the benefits that come with the tire warrantees. We will visit again.

I had a bad experience several years ago with this Big O. Today gave me faith in new management and new workers. The only problem I had was it took alot longer than stated to me. Other than that it was good. Dont like trinidad prices. Man everything here is way too expensive!!!!! But thats not the employees fault.

Charlie seemed to have been a good helper at first. We went there with a lot of cash to get an oil leak fixed and whatever else it needed done. Well he did fix everything except for the oil leak we specifically told him needed fixed. He told us to just keep oil in it and it will run just fine. so we are driving home and suddenly the cars temperature gets way hot. We pull over to find there was no oil in the car and it was smoking bad. We add oil at this point after letting the car cool down and continued along the way when we realize the car is over-heating again and within minutes after pulling over the first time to see oil leaking everywhere under the engine while smoking. we barely made it home safely. My husband and I give Charlie a thumbs down for this and will never return!

We received great service from this place. We were traveling from Utah to Texas and my husbands El caminos break need some repair. They ordered some parts for my husbands car and wont be delivered the next day. It was Friday when we brought the car in and they are usually close on Saturday, but they opened on Saturday so they could fix my husbands break. They were really nice and helpful.

They are professional, polite and reasonably priced. I will continue having them service my vehicle. I trust them!

We needed air in all of 6 of our motor home tires and they couldn’t have been nicer! One even had a bad stem and he replaced it.... great service!

We stopped here on our way home from Denver to Southern NM. It was 11 degrees and my low tire light had come on repeatedly through the mountains. One gas station had a jacked up air compressor the next ones was broken, so I went to Big O.The staff were courteous and saw to the issue right away, they really went the extra mile. I will be a Big O customer for life!

I usually do my own service, but i don’t have time lately.this is the third time that I was givin one of my vehicles back to me after an oil change by big O and the oil filter wasn’t tightened. I get they work with a lot of younger people and they usually do a very good job but this is something that could be very serious because I travel a lot and something like this can cause my motor to blow. Someone needs to be inspecting vehicles before they go back to customers. Especially if this has been my same experience the last three visits.

I was traveling from Kansas to Phoenix with my 2 kids and puppy. Somewhere in the middle of nowhere Colorado, in blizzard conditions my battery light came on with a message that read battery not charging I finally made it to Big Os and had an emotional meltdown at the counter. The guy working behind the counter was so kind and reassured me they would get to the bottom of it. They got my vehicle in right away and while the issues sounded major they had us all fixed up and back on the road in less than 2 hours. They also let us bring our puppy in the waiting room. Im happy to say we made it to Phoenix safely. I wish I would have gotten the guy behind the counters name because he was so kind to us from start to finish.

We had gotten a flat on the Highway and we went in there and 1.5 hour wait 4 guys standing by one machine only one working and they were not very friendly actually rather rude. So we went else where

So my tire was wobbling from what my friend told me while I was driving and took my car to Toyota to see what was wrong with it. They didnt find anything apparently but I went here just for an oil change and Im glad I got the tire rotation inspection because they told me exactly what was going on with my tire. I always have a nice experience at big o tires aise from this.

We planned to stop here on our way to Arizona from Denver to repair a leaking tire. It was a miserable day and the Raton pass was closed. We had about an hour wait and the staff treated us kindly and got us repaired and in our way. You can trust these folks to fix it right. There located right of the freeway next to Wal-Mart.

We blew a tire on our way NM and they thankfully had our tires in stock. Took about an hour and we had 2 new tires on. They were all super nice!

Had a flat the guy told me it would take 1hour and 30 minutes. When there is 4 guys standing around 1 tire changer and none of them doing anything so I left

My husband brings all of our cars here for servicing and I usually have zero complaints, however their new front counter person Sarah is absolutely no help, rude, and seems to have zero knowledge of cars. On 3 separate occasions she has either been rude to me (and Ive witnessed it with others) or just no help. I paid a 200mile tow because I was having an ignition issue I called to see if its something yall can work on or if it needed to be taken to a Volvo service center and over the phone she tells me it sounds like a transmission issue and cant help so it needs to be taken to a dealership center, turns out it was just the battery....👍 thanks

Got to the store @ 7:30 in the morning and was the second person in line. We waited for 2 1/2 hours while cars and trailers behind us were serviced. Every time we asked about it, we were told that we would be the next one up. Finally, in frustration, we left and wont be back.

We pulled into this Big O on a Friday knowing there was something seriously wrong with our truck but not at all aware just how serious the problems were...Jim diagnosed our work truck and quickly told Craig that our radiator had blown because our serpentine belt was melted to our air compressor! Filled with despair as we had a partial trucking load on our trailer due in California on Monday and we were positive that the scope of the repairs would easily take the weekend.Not So!The guys at Big O Trinidad got right to work and had all the initial repairs completed by the end of the day. They were wonderful and even tolerated our pup having to be there with us! When the afternoon wrapped up and we learned that theyd discovered two other, smaller, repairs and the parts wouldnt be there till the next morning the guys were quick to reassure us that they would be finished first thing and wed be on our way.We cannot recommend these guys enough! It was such a relief to find honest, hard-working people. The truck runs better than ever and we are completely confident in the repairs that were done. Thanks to Big O Trinidad we were able to complete our delivery on time! You guys rock

If reviews could go into the negative I would give a -5. I brought my truck in to have the front end aligned after the wife had a small accident. I also wanted to get 4 new tires. They gave me the estimate to repair the truck and I had to wait for the insurance company check to clear the bank to have the work done. I paid for 2 new tires then and had them installed on the rear and was waiting toe have the front end aliened before I replaced the front tires. The weather turned bad a couple days later and I had to drive the truck, It went all over the road and I was worried about a blow out so I stopped in to buy the other two tires to have with me in case of an emergency. first I was told I could not buy the tires unless they installed them.Then I was told I could buy the tires with cash and I went to Walmart to get the cash. After paying for the tires I noticed a sign with their sale on it Buy three get one free. I ask if these were the tires on sale, and why didnt you tell me that when I was paying for the tires. They were the tires on sale and I was given a refund for the 1 tire. Im retired,veteran, also disabled. Im taking my truck somewhere else to have it fixed where I dont feel like I am being taken advantage of. Total on the repairs was $1250. Your loss Big O, I will find an honest shop to take my truck to.

Staff were amazing and well informative. Gave me updates on all the things I need to be aware of... battery status, starter test, ignition test, checked my tires and gave quote on new set. Everyone there were very helpful on every question I had. And all i went in for was a regular scheduled oil change. Highly recommend this place.

Really nice people here. Very honest as well. A couple times we agreed to do work on my car but they determined it was not necessary and instead of doing it and charging me they just told me it didnt need to be done. Amazing, you hardly ever see that anymore. My only complaint is that it always takes longer than they estimate it will but Ive learned to adjust. Highly recommend.

We were 3rd in line for the morning. Had breakfast and was in/out in 2 hours. This is a popular tire store. The service was top notch. We were kept informed and the move vehicles in and out quickly. I just had the best experience with Big O tires in Pueblo, Colorado. I called long distance to get tires for my sons vehicle who lives in Pueblo and Brian and Gary went above and beyond helping me. I told them what I was looking for and they came up with affordable tires and a protection plan which fit my budget. I have used Big O for many years and they have ALWAYS gone out of their way to help me. They are professional, courteous and their customer service will bring me back to them for years to come. I would and do recommend them to anyone....

We had a breakdown while out of town. It was a Saturday morning and no one else was open or could help us. They got us in very quickly diagnosed the problem and did what they could on a weekend. We were able to get back on the road and get home. I had to be back home by Monday or miss a day of work when I didnt have the time to use. They couldnt have been greater in our eyes. I wish we had Big O tires in our area.

My elderly mother went there with her jeep the begining of this week. Hit I 25 and the Jeep started making a horrible noise. She pulled over and did a crawl to the Honie exit and crawled the Jeep home. Your techs forgot to tighten down her tire. I just found out about it today. I will be calling a manager tomorrow. Your lucky she made it home!!!

Great customer service! They gave me an awesome price on 4 new tires,an alignment, and an oil change! They even checked a couple of check engine codes, and corrected them while I was there.

Always in and out fast with quality service. These guys always treat me right and they are a pleasure to do business with.

Pricing was comparable to other places. We were out of there quickly (oil change) and the guy didnt charge for a service (tire rotation) we asked for because he found an issue with our tires and it wouldnt have helped. Instead he told us the problem instead of taking our money and sending us off none the wiser. Didnt even have our tires in stock so couldnt make money off us that way and still was up front about it. Very honest service, used good oil. Highly recommend.

I had a blow out on my horse trailer tire with 2 horses in the trailer trying to make it to Texas. We needed a spare to continue our drive. We were about 20 minuets away from Big O at five, when they were supposed to close at five. We called them and they agreed to wait for us. They stayed late to help keep us on the road. They were awesome. We pulled up and they had the tire ready to go and had us in and out in about 20 minuets! I can’t thank them enough for staying late to help us out! I highly recommend them.
