Customer service is amazing. And they have a huge selection which makes it hard to not shop here when visiting! The biggest thing that does make me want to not shop here anymore however is the packaging!! I’m still giving a 5 star review because the staff and shop is amazing, and I don’t think they are prepackaging here. How ever I’m hoping this review makes its way to growers they are buying from. When we have gone through a pandemic that set us so far back with a mass amount of single use packaging and plastic it’s hard to support a business that has such an excess is packaging, spending time unwrapping it all is annoying for one but it’s so wasteful. Summit was the worst a mini mason jar which I will reuse but packed the bulkiest box, nectar bee prerolls in a child prof pop top then wrapped in plastic again everything is triple packaged and it makes me wonder am I paying more for the product or the excessive bright packaging…

This specific location is amazing! Joseph was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! I came in for my late birthday present to myself, and he made sure I got exactly what I didn’t even know I needed!I can’t wait to come back thank you so much!

4.9 stars!!!! What a lie! The service at Trinidad was beyond awful. It was rude and then to top it off they stole from me. The bud tender went over the receipt and all the items and then handed me a bag without the most expensive piece. I noticed within 40 seconds of exiting. They refused to give me what I paid for and had a receipt because I walked outside for 40 seconds (and I’m on camera just looking through the Order seeing it was wrong).Rude and thieves. All sales are final?

Went here the other day. Was meaning to leave a review. My budtender Jerrod was a delight to be around. I really loved his attitude and the way I was treated. He helped me pick out a great live resin cart. I will definitely be coming back.

I shop for flower almost exclusively, and I love GS’s offerings, the only thing I would say is their house flower shelf is a super confusing layout. I’ve only been in 3 times but every time I go in I need the bud tender to explain to me what is what. There’s just too many prices and labels next to each other. And as I’m checking out I overhear other deals that I had no idea were available. (Again, a lot of clutter so it’s not easy to navigate). Don’t be fooled tho cuz the green solution flower has always been dank. Maybe I’m too stoned when I go in idk…
