This shop has the best prices I’ve found in 4 counties! They are devoted to sharing low prices to save everyone more than a buck. I will continue to shop and support this store.

Called to ask a few quick questions about pricing and available product. Was greeted incredibly rudely by a guy who answered the phone. Completely annoyed to be answering any questions and was told in an annoyed tone; we do not discuss prices over the phone Im planning my trip and funds. Hence why I called. TERRIBLY rude customer service. Didnt shop there while I was in town and wont based off the employee attitude.

They had some gas!!! Good strain choices prices werent too bad either. I HIGHLY recommend it.😘

I went in to buy wax but the lady took a look at my ID & said they were no longer accepting “vertical IDs “ it was because of a “ new company, ” theyre with she didn’t even bother saying when this took place, she didn’t even bother looking at my age which year I was born ..which is in fact 1998 . Or when I received my ID I’m 22 . Over the age of 21 of course the other vendors around the area didn’t say anything about my ID . Plus she didn’t even greet me at the window she was just sitting there no hi, or welcome just waiting for me to go up to the window . Just to be turned away . This is the first time I ever had to write a review on a dispensary.

After looking over your website I was excited to try out some new product I had never seen before (Bhang Chocolate, Colorado Bar, Zoots, Hippie Killer) but, when going in nothing was available.Just the same things all the other stores across the street had to offer but, with a bit higher price. After leaving I doubed checked to see if I was at the right location the website had listed. I’am sure I was but, now I’am wondering if you have a second store with everything on your website? As I can not find you on weedmaps either.Edit:I would love to see your huge selection of flower 45 strains is amazing! Very limited selection at this spot. Do you have a second location in Trinidad or Pueblo with these options? The only dispensaries I can find Bhang on weedmaps is in New Mexico. You have a very unique selection of edibles that no one else in Colorado carries.

Well where can I start?! This is hands down me & my husbands favorite dispensary out of the some 30 dispensaries in Trinidad! The employee hospitality was just great! We are out of staters & they made us feel right at home! They have great products ranging from flower to edibles, cartridges & more! They also have their own growing establishment in their building which I thought was really cool. No customer service anywhere in town compared to these wonderful people! This will be our permanent dispensary every time we vacation! Thank you guys for the awesome experience! ❤🤘

I drive several hours one way just to see the guys and gals at M&M. This was the first dispensary I ever visited and the staffs friendly attitudes and knowledge keep me going back over and over. They recognize me on sight even though I cant visit them often, start pulling out my favorite strains and a few more to suggest. They have a great selection of product and have never let me down. My husband & I were in town for our honeymoon, and had our own “weed-smelling tour.” We visited almost every dispensary in Trinidad within walking distance of downtown, and this was one was our most enlightening. Appreciate the knowledge, friend!

I went to this dispensary and wasn’t even greeted. It would’ve been great to get assistance as I was viewing the different strains but the budtenders we’re too busy talking about them selves and about their weekend. They completely ignored me and my boyfriend. No loss, I thought they are pretty overpriced. And when you can walk across the street and get better service and better prices... you might as well!!!

Ive been going to M&M for over a year.Its become more then business, Its a pleasure. A friendly place with a comfortable wait area for those days we all have the same idea. The staffs knowledge about the industry is mind bending. The employees are always updating and evolving with the ever changing times. A Mom and Pop establishment that has better qualities and strains of these mega corp and celebrity endorsement places trying to take over everything. Proof is in their products. If your ever in Trinidad Colorado it would be a shame if you didnt stop in, see my friends and get your bag of happiness.

Costumer service is unlike any other dispensaries in town. My budtender Jude actually took the time to listen to my situation. Then guided me to some tincatures. Been around town to most places and no one took the time to explain the product in detail. Kudos to The M+M. I will definitely be back.

The most friendly store in Trinidad. It had a decent selection and the best prices in town. I went to the others, and definitely liked this the best. The staff were knowledgable and helpful. When I go back to Trinidad, I will skip the others. 1 block from the Amtrak Station.

Just left M & M. The owner has provided myself and my husband the military discount. Now that I went in with a different staff, the guy wouldnt provide the military discount to me, even after I explained what he did before.. Sad they wouldnt want to keep a returning customer happy over a few dollars. Needless to say since there are about 10 in walking difference so I do have different options.Edit: Interesting, you say you honor veterans, but as I said, when I went in yesterday, you did not. My husband is a disabled veteran. We come from a different state, for him. Not sure why you are responding this way, when (as I stated before) you did provide the discount for both of us, on his behalf. This time there were different staff and they did not honor it. Maybe you should train your staff a little better to honor ALL of those who serve, and not cherry pick.

Been a customer for many years now, 30 plus stores in town but I only go to M and M. Best prices for great product.

Right. I phoned M&M Dispensary to confirm that they would be open Christmas day, before my wife & I made the 2.5 hour drive to Trinidad from Northern NM. Yet, after arriving at 3:15pm on Christmas day, they were CLOSED. Their Google listing also says they are open until 7pm. Good work - way to BURN your customers!!!

We stopped by here on our way home to Colorado Springs. These guys were more accommodating friendly and professional than any dispensary I’ve been to so far. Walking in with these guys was like walking in with friends I already knew. Thank you and I’ll be back.

This place should be closed, they are by far the most expensive shop in town, and by far the worst employees. Nothing but negativity in there, manager has no clue how to manage a staff. This place is a joke, avoid and save some time and money.

We go to Trinidad monthly. I often stop and look at several stores before leaving. I’ve been here before, wasn’t really impressed or anything, it was just a Dispensary. Well, we went today to see what they had. I asked if they had any deals, the guy told me that buying legal weed was the deal. Then said if we come back in a few hours he would have deals. Why can’t you just give it now? Like the dude was kinda rude about. Won’t be back, almost every store in Trinidad is cheaper anyway

I went to trinidad CO on a mission for a sleep aide. i had no interest in anything else. I went to M and M and told them what i needed. they suggested a tincture, Dew Drops, that worked for many for sleep. I bought 7 bottles which they thought would last me a month or more. Exhausted from lack of sleep i tried it that very night. At 12:30, i am awake, so i take some more. At 2:30, Im wide awake and take some more. This particular item had the opposite effect on me. NO SLEEP WHATSOEVER! My brain was totally fried the next day as if i had been on an upper. My body was relaxed, but no sleep. You cannot return anything at any of these stores. I wished they had said, try one, cause it can effect everyone differently. $150 wasted.
