They have great displays and a nice parts department

I attempted to get a screen door from this company. Upon initially entering the showroom, I was impressed with the service... however, that changed quickly. The receptionist set up an appointment to come and measure the door at my house the following day between 11-1. The next day, I waited and no one came. At 1pm I called. The receptionist apologized, said she got busy and wasn’t able to make it. She said she could come the following day without me being home. I waited two days and didn’t hear back about the measurement or deposit needed to continue on with the order, so again I called her. Once more she said that they were so busy again she wasn’t able to make it out. She promised she would come on her lunch hour that day and get back to me. I gave her the long weekend, called on Tuesday, to which ONCE MORE I got the same excuse. Her words were literally, “the problem is just finding time to get out there” (which is funny because I live 5 minutes from their store location). I suggested that perhaps they were too busy to then take on another project and that I would be looking elsewhere.

I love this place, great products and amazing services everything from Windows, Entry doors, storm doors and garage doors, Even door walls, I can visit their store and purchase things off the shelf everything from garage door hinges, cables and rollers spray lube, door handles even that rubber weather strip on the bottom of my door, the one under my front door too, amazing services they get the job done, theyll come and replace my spring on my garage door at the same time do it complete inspection, their installers are professionals, for all those reasons i give five stars.

The employees are very knowledgeable with many years of experience. They stock superior door sweeps, thresholds and Weatherstrip door stop sets.

Either they where closed or that place doesnt exist. Went on a normal day around 2-3pm and it looked to be a small office that was locked.
