Hi! I had placed an order close to a year ago for a garage door and then I was unemployed. I finally got up enough money to make the purchase and contacted the company they did not have the original door that I asked for but they found even a better one. Mark is so nice to work with! I had an issue with my garage door and Mark came to check it out free of charge unless he serviced it.. Was unable to 100% identify the problem but did lube and tighten up some things with no charge. Excellent customer service.. Will call in the future with any garage door issues.. Highly recommend!!!!

Quick, friendly and competitive.I was in a hurry the other morning, pressed the wrong door opener, put my VW in reverse without looking in the rear view mirror and crunched right into my still-closed door.I called around looking for a single replacement door to match my otherwise-unharmed door. Mark didnt carry the same brand that I had, but he called to the big box stores, and even other competitors to locate what I needed. I called the competitor to see about scheduling with them. They were not only a week longer on their schedule, but considerably more expensive. Long story short, I bought two doors from Mark. I was duly impressed with their willingness to go the extra mile and even recommend going to their competitor if that saved money and matched the existing door.Keep up the terrific work and service!

After calling around, the warranty, competitive pricing and availability was what made me choose Totton and Son Garage Doors. I don’t normally write reviews either, especially positive ones (like most people), but here it is:Mark came out and did a fantastic job installing new springs on my garage door! Also pointed out my opener had a bad gear and that I need a new opener, but spent time showing me some good recommended ones. Until I get an opener he offered and installed a manual lock and rope and found one of my brackets on the door was cracked in half and fixed it!Thanks again Mark and Totton and Son Garage Doors for hooking me up with great service! Very friendly and I super appreciate your attention to details and explaining things to me! My garages are very tricky to get garage doors with openers installed, but Totton &Son did it. The other big companies were able to do. One company Said “ oh no unfortunately we can’t get doors installed in your house because the opening is to low”. Another big company said “ ......” yes that nothing never came back. Third company their price was too high. I met Mike at a job site of mine and asked him for an estimate he immediately went the same day and provided us with a quick response. He said “ oh yes we can add garage doors with openers to your carports”. And there it is they framed and there we go I have my beautiful custom made two double garage doors.Thanks Mike and assistance! We will be using him again waiting for his quote to do my third door. I even refer him with a very good friend of my family and neighbor to get a quote from him and she did very happy with his quote.
