Lot bad employees work there. Horrible manners.. never been to school to learn how to treat or parents never thought how to behave well. Fedex should hell out their business from this country. It is not the standard level of Service for this country.

I cannot think of a worse experience that Ive had with a business, perhaps in my life.... Dropped off a very simple overnight copy job on a Friday eve. The employee told me it would probably be about $50-$75 for roughly 140 copies on run-of-the-mill classroom-like construction grade paper. That estimate was high enough, but okay... When I returned on Sat evening (next day), I was greeted with a $245 bill for about 140 count 8.5 × 11 copies on paper that was probably 1 step up (at best) from regular printer paper. Yes--- roughly $2 per every single piece of paper. Needless to say, I was shocked and outraged. The unconcerned clerk offered me $20 off. Most unfortunately, I was stuck because I needed the copies the very next morning, and it was way too late on a Saturday to go somewhere else. Yes--- it was my fault for picking them up so late, but I couldve never anticipated this debacle!Charging $245 for simple letter-size copies is absolutely absurd! I can purchase a small desktop printer/copier for $245; 2 if theyre on sale. As you can read from other reviews, avoid this location at all costs- pun very much intended! I plan to file multiple formal complaints if I dont get a significant refund by means of my credit card issuer. Outrageous!

I am a business customer that only requires a receipt for packages being dropped off. Over the years the service level of this establishment has been inconsistently poor at best. A couple weeks I had dropped a larger box off, as I tumbled through the door (being the door swings out rather than in?) I was greeted with a middle aged woman yelling at me about the fact I needed a mask, that I accidently left in the truck and immediately retrieved. Then she yelled at me to stay away from the counter as I attempted to put the box on it. I had not seen this employee before. Owning a business I understand the importance of social distancing and wearing a mask. I have never been treated with such disrespect. I have two packages to ship today and looking back on this experience I will not go back to this location until this person is terminated. They act like they are doing you a favor by taking your packages, its like they are not really in the shipping business.

I asked to ship a letter to Canada today and the Employees first comment to me was that will be $93. Then after I protested the cost of almost $100 for a $120 item to my buyer he said FedEx ground would be $24. It was kind of scary actually. Now the tracking says it will take 3 weeks to get there, that was not communicated to me while purchasing.

This is the worst FedEx store in the area. No Customer service whether it be for shipping or printing services. Always presenting a problem never a solution. Save your time drive the extra few miles and pass this store by.

I will not put names on here bit the service was awful. I have never in almost 50 years been spoken to as rudely as I was here. Save yourself the headache.

Employees need more training. Came with a quick drop-off with a simple receipt request, with a few others behind me with much larger prepaid packages. Stuck behind 2 customers with pack and ship, not a single employee cared to optimize the queue. One asked what I needed to do and simply says I will be with you in a few minutes repeatedly for 5+ minutes. FedEx is the greatest shipping method in the world! But this location is very dumb! The lady tells me I cant ship my package because I dont have a US residence/ID/passport. I explained to her that Im a Canadian visitor and provided my Canadian ID/Passport and she refused said I cant.I called FedEx HQ and they told me the lady is wrong and of course Im allowed with the passport. A complaint was filed about this location and employee.Another FedEx location shipped my package for free for the inconvenience

For people that should be there to help someone in need, they sure pride themselves on attitude. If I’m trying to print a document or something on the run, I don’t need to be educated or take a 10 minute tutorial on how your stuff works.After six attempts and error messaging, I will give up. The fact that you seem to do this many times a day, yes I do want you to help. Don’t stand around and judge us, just help. Attitude is not necessary. Sorry we are not all versed in the ways of the magical Fedex printer and scanner setup. Get over yourself and stop looking at your coworkers like we are the enemy.Customer service training is needed at this location. Not a great reflection of Fedex and My future business needs won’t be addressed there ever again.

James is a horrible employee right when I walked in at 9:50pm he was like my package cannot be shipped out today. He denied my package and he started to make excuses about the size of the item. I also asked him to estimate the shipping costs and he said he was unable to do that. I never had a problem in the past shipping similar items at this location. I highly don’t recommend this location to anyone.

I give this FEDEX zero stars. I was the only person in there waiting at the counter to buy a calendar. There were 2 employees working. They were kept on working while I was standing there. Both should be fired. 10 years ago this was a 5 star FEDEX. Not anymore. AVOID THIS PLACE unless you pack a lunch. Someone needs to contact the district manager about this location. BELIEVE THE ONE STAR REVIEWS. They are true

They cant open a Word Document...my wife had a CD label to print (our own labels) but needed to run several trials to make sure things lined up. They couldnt open the format ...I was able to work the Word files on both MAC & Windows laptops so I dont see what the issues is. I can only speculate.

I came in at 7:58 PM to drop off 1 item, literally just to drop it off as it had a pre laid packaging slip however I was greeted with a rather rude “We’re closed” upon entering the establishment. It was a rather urgent matter so I pleaded with the person manning the desk, I simply said I just needed to drop it as it was all set however the person insisted otherwise. I will never take my business to this establishment again. Absolutely awful staff.

The woman working, which i wont mention her name, was very impatient and rude with another older lady who obviously was not computer-savvy and didnt know how to navigate the self-serve computers, and i had to watch the older lady basically beg for help.Not only that, but she hand-cut something that i expected to be machine-cut...i was expecting machine-cut for better precision... i mean i couldve just sliced that myself at home and saved the money. She also tried charging me for a recut of one side that was 1/8 off... she could tell that I was frustrated at the end and refunded me to the correct amount of cuts.The only good thing was the paper and print quality.

Giving this one star is even pushing it. I was shopping around on a large print of a family photo. Of course when you pick out everything you want online, you must process it in order to get a price. You then have someone contact you via phone to talk about details and of course price. A woman named Erica called me and she said my photo was too compressed so I was going to resubmit the photo so it was more crisp. She told me it would 90 dollars.... So I never redid anything, and she was blowing up my phone that night.3 weeks later I have a voicemail saying my photo was ready.....I call back to let them know I never finalized my order and that is when Erica decided to argue with me in a very unporfessional manner trying to make me feel guilty that they already printed my photo. I didnt even pay a cent there and now I know to never do so ever in the future.Walmart printed it for 11 dollars. Merry Christmas, everybody!

I went to this location on Sunday Dec 30 2018. The friendly staff greeted me when I walked in. They waited on me very fast and they were very helpful. They have new employees.

Staff is rude. I make copies for work on a regular basis, but typically go to another location and sometimes visit this one. I had to make copies and also ship something personal. First of all, I walked up to the counter and nobody acknowledged me for a bit and instead I had to hear the workers discussing things that had nothing to do with FedEx. Finally they said theyd be right there. No smile or greeting, just grabbed my package. Then she proceeded to shake it and rudely ask, whats in here; what are you shipping? I was taken aback as Ive shipped at UPS and USPS and have never had anybody ask me whats in there! Then she told me that she couldnt ship it like that and if I wanted them to pack it, there would be a charge. I was a little surprised because Ive received multiple items from Amazon where things were loose in the Box anyway. I said no thanks, made my copies, and left. Wont be going there anymore!

Used printing and shipping services. Both service advisors, Brandi and Raymond were very helpful and sincerely nice. Very satisfied.

I found out that all the FedEx store locations will be closing earlier at 7:00 PM last night due to the “Polar Vortex” which is pretty ridiculous in the first place because it’s not like the buildings aren’t heated. So I make it to this location at 6:55 and walk over to the door with a handful of packages finding out it was locked while the place was lit up and the open sign was still on. I observed that the place was still being occupied by a FedEx employee while assisting a customer. I was just being ignored after knocking and trying to get the employees attention. The packages just needed to be dropped off. They were labeled and all ready to go. I Also found out this was a building code violation having exit doors locked that don’t have a latch release on the other side of the door especially during business hours occupied with a customer. This is one of many problems I’ve had with FedEx. I will be opening up a new account with UPS today.

Dropped prepaid packages and got confirmation receipt. Teller even reinforced tape on a heavy package to make sure it made it at no cost. No complaints and great service!

A female employee is very rude. She MUST visit FedEx shop at Rochester hills and learn the customer service from them because they have exellent service to the customers. I will not visit here anymore.

I have had multiple poor experiences with this location, however my experience on Friday night is what led me to write this review. Without getting into the details the customer service is below average and down right rude, particularly the store manager Vicki. It is a shame she represents FedEx.

The service was terrible. It has been second time they said my package is not qualified and need to buy box/tape to pack again. I asked them to show me the packaging requirements which Im violating. Then they kept me waiting for 10 mins and couldnt find anything. By the end, they finally agreed shipping my package and said they only do it this time. Will go to another store next time.

I go to FedEx to use their copy machines. The machines are well maintained and the associates are very helpful.

This FedEx office is very clean and the staff is friendly. FedEx Office isnt exactly known for great customer service... This one isnt any different, but it does the job.

Both times we were there, one of the employees - Raymond - was very nice and professional: he helped us out with printing, passport photos and shipping! thanks!

I cant say enough awful things about this FedEx location. I am the project manager for a local business down the road and we have a FedEx shipping station and software in our building, but we do not have the ability for overnighted packages to be picked up so someone in our office has to physicially go in and drop off the packages. EVERY time we have to go in this FedEx we anticipate issues and additional charges. Despite packaging items daily with proper materials and security, they always make an excuse as to why I have to pay an extra $4 charge to stuff it with flimsy paper, as if this changes anything.There is also never anyone working and the lines are long and slow. Every worker is always rude and can never seem to help me with any issues. Almost every problem is answered with go back to your office and re-print a label. How is that a solution?!

I walked into the store when it was dead just now. I asked for help with scanning papers and the lady just waved and pointed to where I needed to go but I didn’t know what I was doing. I asked for help again and she pointed to the instructions. I ended up paying $8.96 for 11 scanned pieces of paper which is outrageous. Not coming back to this location.

Awful customer service. The guy I talked to was incredibly rude and acted as if my simple question regarding a product that I was looking for was an extreme Inconvenience. This location is less than a mile from my house, but Ill drive out of my way to give another business my money from now on.

Very poor customer service. Not even many people there, had to wait so long and still did not get the job done. Only need to print a 8x10 photo. Went to Walgreens afterwards, took 2 minutes and done. Never go there again!!! Wasting my time!!!
