Having used the 1/2 filament tape for years in my business, price is one of the main determining factors when restocking. Realizing the price per 96 rolls do vary from site to site. It was astonishing when I called Complete Packaging Products, Inc. and determined their price is without a doubt the best I could find. Being use to 3/8 wide in the past and to be able to purchase 1/2 in replacement for a cheaper price than I paid for the last 3/8 shipment, without a double was a deal. Absolutely the easiest order I have ever placed. The customer service was nothing short of fantastic. Lets talk shipping... typically when Im emailed a shipping notification and the email reads that it has been shipped I assume that its had a label created and is still sitting on a dock to be picked up. Not in this case. When they say it has been shipped, IT REALLY IS! We received the order the afternoon after the order was placed. LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER!!!!! Even the delivery driver of the big yellow semi was super nice. Im not normally one to leave reviews but this company deserves 5 stars plus some for sure! There will be future orders to come from our company!

I have been looking for HEAVY DUTY clips for strapping for months and order after order have been disappointed. This site came up this month on my search and I am VERY PLEASED! These clips are actually heavy duty and galvanized! They were a little bigger than anticipated but still do the job perfectly without bending or straining!
