Terrible service. No matter what the problem is with your phone they say its that you need a new phone and have to get a more expensive service plan. They automatically enroll you for insurance on your phone an extra expense that they say you can just cancel later (after you made a payment and they get their commission). Employees are rude. Go to the Store on Main Street in Bridgeport instead.

For my first time being there I loved it allot. As soon as I walked in Martha was awesome and her smile made my day. I love her great customer service, I felt very welcome and she also made me feel very comfortable and she answered all of my questions. Will definitely go back and recommend this place.
