As a Verizon customer for 20+ years I was looking for a better deal & better customer service. I came into T-Mobile to switch and get three new phones. The first question was how long to get them. I was told by the end of November. After taking two hours to set up the plan bc the reps kept breaking away to talk amongst themselves I’m told they can’t get the phones until December or January. When I asked what happened to the end of November the rep said that the availability changes from minute to minute even though he never checked when I first inquired. He then said he was going off of the time frame he experienced the day before. If it changes that rapidly then why would you go off of Yesterdays information? Their solution was to try & sell me more expensive phones & home internet. At that point I was out of patience & had them cancel the whole deal. They made Verizon look good after that ordeal. Total waste of 2 hours.
Do NOT buy from this T-moble store or deal with the incompetent manager named InderdipJimmy Singh and the salesman who helped who refused to give me his name. Shame on you T-mobile for allowing this kind of sales tactic. Shame on the salesmen who took care of my 75 year old mother by adding 5 lines and 2 wearable watches,(she never received, salesman stole), making her car a mobile hot spot when she specifically told you she does not use internet and hardly uses phone, and two phone covers. I found out when I saw a device attached to her car. She had no idea what it was and said the salesman put it there and said I would need it and his quote Not to worry. When we went back to get some help they did not want to help and told us to deal with the customer service and walked away. He did not want confrontation so he took the cowards way out as opposed to helping us. T-Moblie this is on you. You allow this!
Had a great experience. Natalia was extremely helpful courteous and determined to solve my problem with the phone, and wanted to make sure I did not leave with a phone that did not work properly. Others were also helpful in trying to aide but Natalia eventually solved a very uncommon problem. Manager as well who is extremely professional, courteous and also concerned about solving issues. His staff is a complete reflection on how well this branch manager is respected by them. Great atmosphere everyone seem to work so well together very nice to see. I would highly recommend this location. Apple Technicians also recommended this location.

I visit the Trumbull Mall T-mobile store and had one of the worst customer experiences ever. The rep that was helping me Ryan was actually no help and the retail manager Gwendolyn was extremely rude and kept cutting me off, when I addressed to her that she was being rude, she then said that “we were done here and would not help me” this is outrageous that a representative would tell a paying customer that they won’t help them. It is also a shame to the t-mobile brand. If you want good customer service DO NOT go to this t-mobile store, visit another one.

T mobile has been the best decision I have made in the past 2 years. The sales representative Leo who initially inspired me with numerous important details and information on how I would save on my Cellular account among always being available for any questions that need to be answered at any time. Leo is always punctual in informing my company when there are promotions that will benefit my company. If I was able to rate more then a five star on his sales performance and customer service among t-mobile service I will definitely rate a 10 or above.
I would give them a zero. I was cheated blatantly by T-mobile just for $53.75. Looks like they made a deal with Apple to trap people. Store reps have no answer for me, and gave up with my case. They are just blaming on me instead of solving the issue. I hope my money give them all a life. For god’s sake, try to boost up your business without deception.

People who work there were very unprofessional. I bought an iphone 5 from there. They were trying to force me to buy accessories that i didnt even want with the phone. Also the guy who was helping me was on his phone and talking to other people while helping me. GO TO SOME OTHER T-MOBILE STORE FOR BETTER SERVICE.
If its possible to give no stars, I would. And this rating is for TMobile as a whole company, not just this specific location (although this location is the worst Ive been to).If I take the time to write out every single way that this company has inconvenienced me, Id have a book written. I would also probably lose half of you reading this about 1/3 of the way through.Bottom line, I shouldve stayed with AT&T. Their service blows, the people are rude and extremely unprofessional, and the phones themselves keep breaking. I have never had any of these issues with AT&T.So if youre looking for a new wireless provider, highly recommend AT&T. And if you have AT&T and are thinking of switching, DONT!I see your response below and have to say that Im done with re-explaining everything to you guys. Once we pay our phones off, we will be switching back to AT&T. And just saying, if you are the Uncarrier, with no contracts, and with no intentions of trapping customers to stay with you, then you should have an option to back out. Maybe let the customer give back the phone after the customer does a factory reset? Idk but that seems like a way out of this mess, but apparently thats not an option. Either way, DONE with T-Mobile as soon as I can be and I will NOT be looking back. (And not for nothing, but without re-editing this post, how am I supposed to contact you about these issues, if that was even the route I wanted to go. Just saying, theres no reply button.)
They gave my personal information out to an unauthorized person even though it says that no can access the account except me!One of the managers Nick could not have been a more smug jerk about it.Told me not to worry about it,but its not his personal info that was compromised.This is by far the worst Tmobile store Ive ever been in.

Maybe it was the manager. Maybe he was having a bad day. maybe he shouldnt have been a manager. who knows. Bottom line really poor customer service. Phone was defective out of the box. Treated as if I was stealing from them. I was a great customer for 6+ years. Waterbury store fixed the issue. Trumbull was so bad I switch everything to Verizon.
These guys here are total scumbags, my mother went in to do an upgrade of a phone that stopped working and I looked at her bill and saw they added two more lines and told her it would be cheaper to have them on the account. We will be calling corporate to cancel and complain, I have no interest in talking to the manager there, usually dishonest Reps are like that because of the culture the management encourages or looks the other way. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Customer services are so terrible. They did mistakes and they blamed on you. I transfer from Verizon to TMobile and I want to keep my phone number. It’s super easy but I took me 2 days and until now I still don’t have my old number back.
This guy (Emmanuel Perez )his dishonesty going to try to sell you a piece of plastic and its a lifetime warranty is going to protect your phone your never break a promise is the best and he say if its anything happened just come to me when I went back they call the security and they call 911 for me to try to kick me out of the store thats how they treat a customer the worse of the worse I’m done with t-mobile 👎👎👎👎

Im very unsatisfied with the customer service I received at this store.I was helped by Chyanne and she seem to come off very rude. I went to get an upgrade on my phone and asked her to help me recover my Google account attached to my current phone but she refused to help me. All I needed was my past phone number to back up my data from my old phone so I could switch phones, she was in a rush to go home that she forgot to put the customer first instead she told me to just make a new account and risk losing all my files. I want people to know that she was very pissed of cause I asked her to plz let me keep all items included with my screen protector, even thou she assumed I didnt need them and tried to keep them. This isnt the first time I been treated in such a manner here cause last time they kept the pin sized key to my phone for themselves.
I went to the mall today to upgrade my iPhone . While sitting patiently waiting . A women who came in after me way taken before me . Forcing me to wait an extra 20-30 mins. That was wrong . Please check in with your customers . Next time I will be going to the actually Apple Store .
Place is horrible! Hands down worst experience I’ve had. This is my 3rd time coming back to this store for issues that were caused by employees and now I have to stand here and wait another 45 mins to be helped. Not current.I hate mall stores.I never consider them to be real stores but more like the adopted child.The LG L90 is is listed as $99...T-Mobile has them as $49 on the site and the store that I bought mine.No WiFi available he said.So whats Magenta and why could I sign on and use the WiFi?Stated a plan Ive never heard of or seen...Family plan prepaid:Two lines, unlimited calls, unlimited text, unlimited data (at 4G LTE) for $100.Ive never seen TV ads, print ads or website info on this mystery plan.Saw the in-store sign for that plan but didnt mention prepaid.Trust but verify.---Ronald Reagan

Quick followup on the before review: I wish I could give them 0 stars! After the below issue was fixed I received my first bill for .. $1200. Why? Because I made international calls assuming I have their $15 international calling plan, which I had before I added the second line to my plan. Apparently, they added the international calling on the day I made the switch and retroactively charged me for international calls I made PRIOR to making changes to my account and WHILE I STILL HAD international calling on my previous plan. Now, a week of back and forth between me and customer service only resulted in a late payment fee of $54. Folks, do yourself a favor and stay away from what used to be a decent company and is now a total waste of your money, time and energy!!!Let me start by saying Ive been a T-Mobile customer for a bit more than 15 years, and it is painful for me to write them a one-star review. Long story short: yesterday I made a change to my account at this store and today my phone does not work anymore. Longer version: I added a line to my account which resulted in me switching to a higher price plan, so now they make more money from me, but due to some glitch in the setup today my phone stopped working. When I try to call T-Mobile they put me on a 45 min hold and all I can do is listen to an automated computer voice telling me to wait. Going to the store is the same: with the driving and waiting there will also be 45 or more minutes. To summarize: I have been paying T-Mobile for 15 years so that when I wanted to pay them even more they made my phone incapable of receiving or making calls and tell me to wait 45 minutes so they can resolve their mistake. You be the judge: do you want to be subject to the same conditions or find another cell phone provider.
