The person in the reception area was very very kind and nice and helpful.the audiologist was 10 times better than my current audiologist. Knowledgeable explained everything. And pointed out things that would improve my hearing on my current hearing aids. The only problem was the testing area was extremely warm.

Stop the chronic mailings!! Not interested! Perhaps you people should try your own product so you can hear clearly when people ask to be taken off mailing list!!To the owner: re your sarcastic reply... I called your local office and requested several times to be removed from your mailing list and then my husband starts receiving them. If there is any frustration, its reading your sarcastic reply and knowing there are other hearing aid companies to do business with should I need to in the future. Have a nice day!

The entire staff at this location are great. I did not realize how much I was missing until I was tested for hearing aids. Things are so much better now. Even better is that all follow up care appointments are free,. Who does that anymore?
