I was pretty impressed that I got an immediate quote and was able to get right in and my window was fixed promptly.

The power window on the passenger side of my Dodge Caravan failed late in the day. I searched for a repair service and found Power Window Solutions. The following morning l called, explained the problem, and asked whether they could service the car that day. They gave me a time the same morning and I drove right up. The repair guy and receptionist were very courteous. About 3/4 hr later the repair guy (I think his name is Pepe) returned my keys and demonstrated that the window worked properly, - the bill was very reasonable too. I paid by credit card and left quite satisfied.

Quick and clean. Dropped it off, they called me less than an hour later with the diagnostic and a fair price quote, simple as that. Dont take your car to a dealership for this kinda thing, just bring it to these guys!

Scheduled first appointment two weeks out, they weren’t there when I arrived. When I called a few days later, no apology, but rescheduled anyway…, another two weeks out. Then today, AGAIN they weren’t there! Called them, no apology. On to someone reliable.

I called to make an appointment since one of the windows on my car was stuck in the open position. I was given an appointment for the following day and an estimate for the work.The owner was waiting for me at the appointed time and the final cost was for the amount of the estimate. No surprise charges or delays.A very positive experience with very nice, friendly professional folks.If you have problems with your cars windows, this is the place to go for service .

Called in the morning if they had time, had to re-schedule for a later time and they were accommodating. Had my windows fixed in less than 30 minutes and at the cost that would have probably been WAY more at the dealership. Very kind and professional, I recommend them!

Made an appointment to have my windows diagnosed/fixed; at the store for my appointment and no one is there, doors are locked, and the phone forwards to a different number/goes unanswered. Ridiculously unprofessional, I highly recommend using a REAL business instead. When the woman finally showed up she made excuses about her husband giving someone a ride somewhere? This place is a joke. Go anywhere else.

Had a 2008 F150 with a stuck open drivers side window. Had called and set an appointment to wait the 1Hr they said it would take. Went exactly as expected where they rebuilt the window problem inside the door. There were some new parts on the bill, and it works fine now at much lower repair cost than a dealer. Went great! what a nice service to use for this common problem on power windows.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Phone number on website goes to a private number and she said she gets calls all the time that she actually had their phone number handy. Call them and they are clueless about my order. Give me Jose the owners number who doesn’t answer or responds to text. They don’t reply to emails. Finally contacted PayPal and he asked for my order number. Never heard back. Paid $25 to ship a $2.00 part overnight and it has been 5 days with no confirmation of anything. Very unprofessional and wasted my time. Now I need to find the part elsewhere so I can get my car back on the road.

I brought my 99 Ford Expedition that I had been driving with a drivers window that had stopped working. Dealer wanted a fortune to replace entire regulator. I Googled auto window motor repair and found Power Window Repair.This family is awesome!Got me right in. Diagnosed the problem (motor gear broken). Showed and explained it to me. Told me $125 to replace the motor (parts and labor). It was replaced and my truck was handed back to me with NO grease smudges or dirty window. Absolutely perfect. THANK YOU Power Window Repair! I came here to get my power window fixed, since you just stoped working, I’ve seen this place well passing by. I figured I would give them a try. When they took it apart and looked at the problem, it was only the wire that broke. So 40 minutes later and $135 later it was fixed. For a couple days. Then it started to get stuck again. I went back and the guy looked at it. And said it was the regulator that was bad. I asked if he can fix it. He said for another $135 he can fix it. Well for not I am not using that window. And am not going back their again. So if you come here. Tell them to fix the whole thing. Or they will charge you as much as they can.

My husband went in this morning to get our window repaired. He got there and had nothing but great things to say. Vincent was fast, professional and friendly and saved us almost 200.00 that my dealer wanted to charge me. As previously stated, this place IS NOT CLOSED. Jose is the owner and was working yesterday, but there was maybe only one other car being worked on. His little shop is right off Speedway. I walked into the store and no one was inside, I think Jose was out back. As I started to leave he came around the corner. At first there was a little bit of a communication barrier, but I was able to show him my window problem and he immediately told me what needed to be done and quoted me a VERY good price. Later in the day I returned but the store was locked and he wasnt at the store, maybe a late lunch? I called him and he was there in about 10 minutes, showed me the window repair, and then gave me the bill which was the same he had quoted me earlier in the day. No credit cards accepted, just cash or checks. I have no complaints. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

The car window wouldn’t roll up all the way. He looked at it and fixed it so fast he didn’t even charge us it was such an easy fix for him. Very good service.

My 1998 mercury marquis had all the power windows broken except the passenger side front window, which was slowly losing its ability to go up and down. I needed my drivers window to work so I could go to a dr appointment in Sierra Vista this month and when going through border control I needed to be able to roll the window down. So, read the reviews for Power Window Solutions and made an appointment. I was worried about cost as I live on a small income. They fixed the window very quickly and the cost was much lower than anywhere else. I will go back when I can save more money and get at least the passenger side window fixed as well. Great customer service from the receptionist and quick, inexpensive fix! Thank you so much! Its so good to know there are places people can go for affordable car repairs still.

Driver window on my beloved (but repair prone) 02 Durango made a scary noise and would not go up after church. Normally not a big deal to fix immediately in dry desert Tucson, but were now in our monsoon season. So they got me in 1st thing Monday morning and got it fixed in a couple of hours (I was behind 1 other customer). They saved me considerably compared to dealer. This is a mom and pop business and they speak Spanish for any Spanish speaking friends of yours who need their services. They also do electric door locks, not just electric windows.

Was very nice and did quality work. Their internet was down and he could only accept cash. Of course I didnt have any. He let me drive my car so I could get some cash. That was wonderful! A little language barrier but we did ok😁

So thankful for this place. Had a power window suddenly go bad and they fixed it before closing even though I brought it in pretty late... Way reasonable price, honest and so friendly. Very easy to get ripped off with power windows but this was the quickest, most reasonable window service I ever had!

Dropped by this place when I had an unexpected extra couple of hours one afternoon, hoping they could at least give me a quote on what it would take to fix the non-functioning drivers side window on our car. They were just finishing up on another vehicle, so I was lucky and they took a look at mine immediately. In less than an hour and for under $100, I left with the window repaired!!! He opened it up and showed me exactly what was broken, so I know they werent scamming me. Very fast, very polite, very reasonable pricing. If I could give them zero stars I would. This is the worst business Ive dealt with in my 35years of living in Tucson. Not only did they NOT fix my driver side window by installing a part that I didnt need but they rigged the back driver side door to break two days later. The 90day warranty is a joke because I brought my truck back and they said...they dont have the part I need to fix the window...I asked for a refund because the entire thing was pointless but no refund. Its an ugly business. Save your money till you have enough to go to the dealership to have it done right THE FIRST TIME.

Not only were they able to repair the regulators they also referred me to Dwights glass & Tint for a new window where I will pay half the price I was going to payelsewhere!
