Charged me an extra $50 just because they switched doctors. I understand if it’s someone else that charges that, but i was told by 3 separate people, including the original eye doctor I seen in the office that i only had to pay the $138 for the contact exam and then buy the actual contact lenses. Made up $50 for a fitting so she can get extra money from a patient that NEEDS contacts. I’m giving her the money and NEVER going back to this scam of an eye doctor. Seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had. To top it off, they are never there when they say they’re open and was even asked to rush to my appointment after work because they wanted to leave early. I really recommend choosing a safer, eye doctor that actually cares about patients.

I was delighted to have a Wonder woman look-alike Lucinda help me pick out my new glass frames. Very friendly and knowledgeable. My wife thinks I look good!

They called to tell me to go for my glasses and told me that they were open from 11-4 and I was there from 1:15 to 3:30 and they kept saying they were on lunch and will be right back I really don’t appreciate the running around game and I’m coming from Nogales I just think this is very unprofessional and I hope whoever was working today that took a “30 min brake” that they get fired .

I booked an appointment for a hair color January 2019. I arrived 15 minutes early, expecting to wait but my hair stylist was waiting for me and took me back right away. This was my first time with Mimi. I showed her a picture of the haircut I was aiming for but I wasn’t expecting a miracle because my hair is shorter than the picture.Getting to the point....Mimi is FANTASTIC!!I can’t say enough positive things about her. She is friendly, was wearing a beautiful dress, and was very knowledgeable about hair. She has over 18 years of experience doing hair!She colored my hair, fixed some horrible dark areas, highlighted my hair and gave me a beautiful cut and style. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect job!! I would have paid twice what she charged me!! The cut and blow out was extremely close to the picture I had showed Mimi. I will always go see Mimi to get my hair done. My friend told me that I looked like I had a makeover and the next day at work, all of my coworkers told me that I looked beautiful!!I have always had great experiences with my haircuts and color at both the TUCSON mall location and the Spectrum mall hair salon.Mimi, thank you for doing sucha WONDERFUL job!!

I went in looking for a simple pair of glasses and got exactly what I was looking for. The doctor was friendly and courteous, and Jacqueline did her best to get me a good deal. Everyone was super friendly, and the store is really clean. The only issue was some technical trouble, but they bypassed it with no trouble. By far the best experience Ive had shopping for glasses.

Best experience I’ve had in Tucson! I’ve been wearing glasses since I can remember and a knowledgeable staff with great customer service is hard to find, the staff here were some of the best I’ve ever dealt with. They took my wants and necessities and treated them as their own to fully accommodate my experience, wouldn’t go anywhere else in town now. Thank you guys!

Ive been to many vision places and this is by far the best experience Ive ever had. the facility is clean and welcoming, the staff members are kind and make you feel like family, and the prices are very reasonable. I came out of the womb with glasses and can say I finally feel that my eyes are in angelic, caring hands.

The doctors are fantastic! Super friendly and made sure they answer all of the questions I had. The staff inside the store was knowledgeable and made sure I got the best deals with my insurance. They are all GREAT!!!

Need to update hours...clearly its not open till 6 on Saturdays since it is currently closed at 5:45. Dr. Aleta is very nice.

I almost decided not to go here because of the bad reviews--but Im glad I did. I had the best service that I have ever had. The manager, Jacqueline, and her trainee, Lucinda treated me like I really mattered. They made sure I got every special price possible and did not rush my appointment. By the time I left, I felt really happy and felt like I had made two new friends. Dont go by old reviews--these are new people who will treat you as special as they treated me!

Great service, glasses are very good and they have great prices. Jacqueline is so good at her job, she isSo knowledgeable and has such a great personality with me and my son who has a hard time getting his glasses just right . Thanks for great service.

I was told my glasses were to be done in 5-7 days and I would get a call when they were done. I waited 7 days (today is the 7th day) and I never got a call so I took it upon myself to call them to see if my glasses were done. I was told that i only got an eye exam and no glasses were ordered. I picked out frames that I really liked and paid the $10 co-pay and they guy never even put thru my script. I am so beyond frustrated that im just taking my script to Eyeglass World to get my glasses done TODAY, I will not wait another week. I will NEVER come back to JCPenneys Optical. EVER. #Isaygoodday
