Never Do They Ever Answer Their Phones.I have gear on me that need embroidery but they never answer so I go to lids. Im sure they want the business. I did get embroidery once there while shopping and it was pretty good quality.The Hispanic lady was good and fast. Every time I see the small petite caucasian lady with the pig tails, she always says 2-3 days. For 1 hat! Even a customer told me that she always says it not to do the work. And its just her 🤦‍♂️

When I say horrible customer service. I wasn’t greeted I had to wait for the employee to stop talk to some about his life story. Very unprofessional. I was told I had to wait a week to get one t shirt made. Mind you this place was not busy at all. So I couldn’t understand why a week for One little t shirt. And she had all the time the world to stand around and talk to someone who wasn’t even interested in buy anything. I will not recommend this place. SMH

I was actually very surprised with the attention to detail with the hat customization .Very throwback looking to the 90s which is the style that I was looking for ! A satisfied customer, make sure to check Tucson Custom Gear you won’t regret it !

I suppose this place is OK if you just want some simple text on a t-shirt or something and dont care too much about detail or print quality. I brought them 3 designs and 3 shirts and instead of printing each design on one of each of the shirts, they printed one of they designs on all 3. Even if one were to overlook this mistake, the print quality was not good. Like one element within the design was shifted sideways a little, resulting in a noticeable difference in appearance. It also looks like somebody did a hasty job cropping / reformatting it to fit whatever format they needed for their printer as the printed version had small details of my design cut off. Also noticeable were white edges in some places that definitely were not there in the original. It was weird.I brought all of this to their attention and to compensate me, they offered to print more (bad quality) shirts. To print me more, she said they would need to keep the bad ones as a reference for what they did wrong the first time. So they need a bad example to print a shirt correctly while keeping my intellectual property? No thanks. Thats like the auto shop needing a flat tire for reference when installing a new set of tires, it doesnt even make sense. Anywho, I decided to just take the $60 loss on the printing costs for the 3 shirts, throw them away and take my business somewhere else. I dont like complaining or writing a bad review but found their service and quality to be unsatisfactory. Definitely would not recommend.

We walked in to check out what they had in the store. I had a hoodie customized using one of their pre-made designs. It did not take long. I was able to go eat and come back if I wanted. The hoodie is great! My sister went in and got one made a couple of days later. My granddaughter wants a hoodie too.

I found Tucson Custom Gear while walking around the mall and, on a whim, asked the crew about making a shirt for my race team. The ordering process was easy, the price was very reasonable and the product was executed perfectly. I loved it so much that I came back one day later and ordered another shirt and a hat. They absolutely nailed it and I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Always do an excellent job. Reasonably priced and get the job down usually within a half hour.

Great price dont rip you off like most places and can even bring in your own clothes worth the price
