I am very happy I chose to go with this company for my shower remodel. I was impressed by the professionalism of all involved. Perry was my installer and he was amazing. He was knowledgeable, professional and I felt comfortable having him in my home. My shower looks amazing and Perry did an amazing job!I am a little sad that it took so long to get all my materials in and that the corner shelves are still on back order, but these things do happen. The quality of the product is totally worth the cost and the installer was absolutely amazing.

Adam, Luis and Pio spent yesterday up at our mountain cabin removing 5 large, old, and battered bay windows and replacing them with high quality sliders that we already love (but not to pieces!). They repaired some moisture damage in our sills which was not anticipated, but they wanted the windows to be perfect.They were amazingly fast, and their cleanup after the job was great. My husband and I shopped around for bathroom remodel quotes. We selected Dreamstyle because they were the most affordable. Big mistake on my part. My husband and I originally chose flat white walls but subsequently changed our mind and picked white subway tiles walls. We payed a little extra for the subway walls, not a big deal. When it was time for the final measurements the guy showed us that they had us listed for flat white walls, we corrected him and told him we chose subway tile walls and he made this correction on his paperwork. So the day of the install my husband is at home and I am at work. Guess what? They incorrectly installed the white flat walls! Ugh so frustrating. They ended up discounting 5% for the inconvenience and made a secondary appointment to install the correct subway tile walls. Well after paying over $7000, they finally gave me the subway tiles I ordered, but Dreamstyle also gave me several scratched up bathroom walls and I wasnt even informed of this damage. I had to find out for myself. I would never ever recommend Dreamstyle Remodeling to anyone. Im embarrassed I paid so much for such a basic looking bathroom.

I called for warranty services,door was, sticking. I spoke with Adi to schedule. She was quick to call Luis, our door installer, and set appointment for next day. Luis and Pio arrived on time and as usual, did a great job. These guys are what makes this company great! Highly recommended

We had Dreamstyle come to our house to give us a quote back in April. We needed to get a new shower enclosure for our main bathroom, as it was super old and outdated. We were so impressed with the salesman and the quality of the products they offered, that we went ahead and decided to do our masterbath as well! They came and installed our masterbath enclosure yesterday and i was stunned! They showed up right on time at 7am, and were done with the whole project by 12:30!!! This service included replacing the drywall in the shower area, and all new pipes! Plus of course our new shower enclosure and shower head!! If we need anything else done to our home, we will definitely come here!!!

Im elderly and so wanted to replace my old tired looking fiberglass tub with a shower that would be easier to get in and out of. I interviewed a couple of independent Home Advisor guys, but I had no idea what kind of work they did. In my search for a tub to shower conversion, I contacted DreamStyle. The sales rep they sent out, Aaron, took the time to show me what they would do for me -- install the shower with my choice of color, my choice of placement of grab bars and corner shelves, my choice of shower head, and my choice of shower doors. He also explained their lifetime guarantee. Since my tub to shower conversion would be a one off, I felt I needed the backing and guarantee of a major company rather than an individual installer whose work I couldnt authenticate. Although it took longer to install the shower than Aaron said, I understand that with supply shortages everywhere, delays are to be expected and their very proficient overseer of my project, Brittany, kept me well informed every step of the way. So Frank and I think Chris from Dreamstyle installed my shower two days ago, and I am still blown away how beautiful it looks. It is drop dead gorgeous. I ordered clear doors for my shower so that once you step into my bathroom, the beautiful shower draws your attention. I took my first shower in it just today, and everything works perfectly. The pan (the bottom floor of the shower) is not slippery at all, and the shower itself is a breeze to keep clean. If I ever sell my condo, the shower will be an excellent selling point, as in my one bedroom condo only a couple or a single person such as myself will move in here. So Ill get back most of what I spent on the shower in the resale value of my condo. Im just tickled to death at how great my new shower looks. Kudos to DreamStyle and everyone there who helped me install the shower of my dreams.

I have to write a review on this business even though I havent used their services as of yet.The way I found out about them is they are doing work a few doors down from me and they came to my door to inform me that they were going to be making a lot of noise the next few days.Ive seen a lot of businesses come through my neighborhood and do their thing and leave. Never have I had one come to my door and tell me this. I think it is very professional and courteous of them to do this. They didnt want to push a business card on me. They were not doing any advertising. We just had 6/9 foot windows installed at our home, 34 years old, and Dreamstyle came up with the plan that not only solved the ongoing problem we had, but made our west facing room so much more energy efficient and improved esthetically too.To top it off, Jose and Adam, very personable young men, who undertook this very difficult replacement were so very caring during the whole installation going over every detail of the project that was to be done, carefully installing, cleaning up and making sure our personal property was taken care of, and we showed us how to tk care of these windows. We replaced a sliding patio door with French doors. From the sales representative, Alex to the installers, Adam and Jason they were all very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our door even came more than 4 weeks early! And the installation was impeccable. Adam and Jason paid attention to details and also cleaned up afterwards so well, we could not tell they did any work. Well, except the beautiful door.

We have had numerous issues with this company that today still are NOT resolved. Doors were installed September of 2020. The people who have been in our home to do the work have been fine. However there have been ongoing issues that we can’t seem to get resolved. People don’t respond to calls and yet they have adds on the news, in the papers in mailer ads. I would not recommend them for any of their services based on our experiences.

I had a bathroom renovation. Removal of garden tub and install a walk-in shower. Project Manager Fernando Figueroa and Installers Kalvin Caitlin and David Livingston were examples of what quality service and professionalism is about. They were extremely courteous, didnt make me feel like I was just another customer. They were ready to answer any questions I had. Cleanup after the job was jaw dropping! Kyle Catlin and Joey Branz replaced my old style tub/shower with a beautiful Copper Ridge Random Stone shower. They arrived on time and worked until it was done, in one day. Wow, does it look nice! And it will be so much easier for everyone to get in and out of this shower, as were all older. This shower will set my house apart from all others in the subdivision. I think Ill have Dreamstyle remodel the shower in the master bath as well.

Everyone was so polite and helpful from the time they came out to look at the job to the final walk thru after the installation. The sales woman out and out lied to me. About the warranty, and about how the windows would transform my electric bill. After spending $25,000. we saw little difference. That money would pay the electric bill for a long time.I noticed that the owner only responds to positive reviews. Even then he uses a canned response.I also didnt get an address to send payments to.Owner please send address to pay off the loan.

We had our master bathroom remodeled from a small shower and tub to a beautiful walk-in shower. Its amazing.

Called the Phoenix location and asked if they do services in Tucson. They said yes, then I proceeded to tell them I need someone to come out to get an estimate on a patio enclosure/screen room. She clarified what they had and offered and I confirmed it’s what I wanted. My terms for the room might be off. She told me that department will call within 24-48 hours to set up a time. Nobody ever called. Nothing gets done with these companies.

Update: The final part of our installation project was just complete - painting - and Mark and Mitch did a fantastic job! We were unable to get a sample to buy our own paint in time, so they used the paint they had in the truck and it matched almost perfectly! They were on-time and professional, and we are still very happy with the investment we made to get these high quality windows.We first found out about Renewal by Anderson by a door salesman. Now, normally we find door sales to be annoying (no one wants someone interrupting the privacy of their home and asking them to buy a product), but this was actually great (and possibly purposeful) timing. Our 80 pound Husky had jumped up on our couch the previous week and accidentally fallen through our window, shattering the glass and stabbing himself with a shard in his chest. Fortunately, we took him to the emergency vet, the shard missed all major organs and arteries, he had surgery to put a tube in for drainage and we are happy to report he is all healed and a little bit more scared of windows! But at the time we had plywood up to cover the broken window, and had extreme anxiety about our big dogs hurting themselves again.When the door-to-door salesman came knocking, we set up an appointment to have a demonstration and a discussion about pricing to get the window replaced. Our house was built in 1976, and still had the origin single-pane windows (which is dangerous). For our first appointment, we met with an amazing salesman Martin Martinez. He brought in a sample window that really caught out attention, talked about increasing the value of our home, the benefits and safety of their windows, and just generally discussed our options. His sense of humor really sold us, and though we turned him down the first time due to how long it was expected to take to get the window, we called him up a week later to have him sign us up for all four of our windows. He is an extremely respectful and very convincing salesman!Our window orders were put in the last week of December, and it only took 5 weeks to get them in and installed (they ask for a maximum of 13 weeks waiting, so we were extremely happy about this). Our installation team consisted of Steve B. and Brodie S, two very well-dressed, respectful, and professional workers. They worked around our 10 cats and 6 dogs, treated our home and belongings with care, and installed all four windows beautifully in about half a day. We are very grateful to have such a considerate and kind installation team!The windows themselves are beautiful, solid, and we no longer have to worry about losing one of our animals if they go through the glass! We also live right next to a busy street (and near train tracks), and the silence in the house is so comfortable and somewhat deafening! We no longer have to listen to cars driving past at all hours of the day and night. We are extremely satisfied with the windows, and would recommend them to anyone looking for safe and beautiful windows that will add to the value of their home!Thank you to Renewal by Anderson for giving us a great experience!

I highly recommend Dreamstyle to redo your shower or bathtub. We will have them do our 2nd bathroom next down the road.

A couple of weeks of weeks ago we had 2 new sliders installed. The team arrived on time and the doors were installed successfully. we were informed that the dry wall company would be contacting us the following day. Todate nothing has happened. We have called countless times and left many messages all to no avail. The opening around the doors has an open channel around it with chicken wire and tape. The protruding wire so far opened a nasty gash on my wifes arm and pierced a neighbors leg. Absolutely disgusted by this service and there for cannot recommend Renewal by Anderson.

Jose and Adam were really professional and hard working. They installed 3 windows and were super quick and great quality.

I had the pleasure of working with Dreamstyle Remodeling a few weeks ago. They did a patio door and window replacement. Everything about their process was professionally handled by the sales agent, project coordinator, and the installation personnel.The sales agent, Jason, came out and gave a great presentation by thoroughly explaining every step of the process and giving us a variety of brands to choose from. The project coordinator kept us up to date on the status of the order and the next steps in the process.However, the real stars of the show were the installers, Ivan and Kevin. They explained everything they were going to do and were happy to answer questions along the way. The installation was done on an older structure and they demonstrated a high level of skill and workmanship. I feel as though they really cared about the work they were doing. All in all it was a lengthy experience to complete, but it was really worth the wait.

We are very happy with our Provia windows! The product seems to be excellent in quality and warranty outstanding. The installation was great thanks to the extensive knowledge and hard work of Ivan and Kevin Arvallo. They answered all our questions with great expertise. Great team! James, Timmy and Josh were very professional, punctual and completed all of the work in a timely fashion. They ensured everything was clean and were careful about moving everything while installing windows.

Josh as the lead installer with James and Manny as crew members did an excellent job, very friendly and professional. They were very clean inside and out, and with Josh as lead he went above and beyond to make sure I was informed on the process the whole way through, as well as make sure I was pleased with the installation and final result. As a senior citizen I was unafraid, and felt safe to have these workers in my home, and they were also very friendly to my cat and dog!!!!

We recently had our master bathroom shower remodeled by Dreamstyle, and they did an incredible job in such a timely manner. Their employees Zach S and Paul C went above and beyond to make sure we approved any last minute changes. They were very professional and efficient in their work, and I highly recommend their work!

Original installation was great, but shower door leakage was followed up by Zack who was extremely professional and effective in correcting the problem. Zack should be recognized for his excellent attitude and workmanship!
