The manager was very rude and not helpful what so ever once again very rude, kept giving me Short answers, was pushing us to hurry and shop around made me and my little Nice very uncomfortable. The store was not busy for her to have been so rushed and pushy but then another lady behind us she help and was totally different with her and treater her right
I had such a good time at this pandora location, was able to get everything I needed with the help of Adison and some of the workers. They made my visit unforgettable, I was upset because the other location at the Tucson mall gave me nothing but attitude while I was there, but Adison made me feel welcomed and appreciated.
I ordered a necklace online for store pickup in the morning, payment was accepted and removed from my account. I called to see if I could pick it up late afternoon the same day and was told by the sales person that she canceled it right away because there was limited stock. They now have my monies for the necklace and wont be returned for st least 3 business days. No notification was sent or courtesy call placed. Sorry a$$ excuse they call customer service....park place location

They dont answer the phone at this location. The employees at the Tucson Mall were very helpful, but the one thing they said they cannot help me with is getting ahold of this location.
I love my bracelet and charms
My husband bought me a new bracelet for Christmas. I went in store to exchange it for another size but they didn’t have the size I wanted, so they special ordered it. Told me it would take 2-4 weeks to arrive in store. It took 6 weeks. Every time I called to check on it they wouldn’t even look it up by my name, but just told me if we get it in we’ll call you and that’s how you’ll know it’s here. So that was a bit disappointing. Then I finally go in today to pick up my bracelet and it’s really stiff and once the employee (name started with a Y) tried helping me get it off and on she mentioned that it was really extra stiff. So she tried to show her manager Ashleigh H. But the manager without looking at it just responded, it’s fine, it will stretch. So the younger employee helping me who seemed totally discouraged but also seemed to know this bracelet wasn’t the best quality told me it would stretch and I just said ok and left with it but we couldn’t get it to close again so I walked out of the store with it open trying to see if I would be able to get it to close by myself. I walked and met my family two stores down. My husband tried helping me put the bracelet on my wrist and it was so tight we both agreed, stretch or not, I don’t want it. It seems like a defective bracelet. So I walked back into the Pandora store and I was the only customer. The manager and the girlwho just helped me were available and I explained that I would like a bigger size bracelet because the one that I received doesn’t seem like it will work. I showed them how it didn’t close and the manager said to me “it wasn’t like that a few minutes ago before you left with it”. Wow. That was rude and accusatory. So I explained that myself and her other employee tried telling her this before I left and once I left I continued to try to play with the bracelet but it wouldn’t close properly. The manager let me exchange it for another size but as she was doing so she was telling her employees that they need to mark that bracelet as damaged and they can’t resell it now. Again wow. I received a defective bracelet that not even the first employee could not successfully close for me but then I was treated as if I did something wrong. So I just waited until the end of February to finally enjoy my Christmas present, receive a defective bracelet and then was treated like I did something wrong because I requested a good quality product. Awesome! This is my first and last time going to Pandora at Park Place Mall. I much prefer the customer service at Kendra Scott or Tiffany & Co.

Bringing my girlfriend here always makes her happy, as long as I buy something for her. Its not that bad because they have a lot of little charms for charm bracelets that women know about and their really not that expensive. If your in the dog house this place might help a little.

Beware! Usually, if you have a reciept for an item that was bought less than 2 weeks ago, brand new in packaging, a return is not a problem. NOT HERE!! if you are like the other 60% of the population who shop on line dont expect a return in store.. seems to me like Pandora needs to get with the times!
This is the best jewelry store I have ever been to. The staff are incredibly polite and nice. The manager was always around making sure the customers were satisfied and the staff were doing well which they always were. The selection was awesome. They had every charm I couldve imagined. I ended up buying 4 charms for myself. The manager came up to us and was so nice and polite asking us if we needed help. Her name was Rondha. If you need any help ask for her.

Ive had by far the absolute worst experience here at the park place location. My boyfriend bought me a ring here for our anniversary and they told him it was going to be 7-10 business days. (This was September 13th) We called at 10 business days to get an update on when we were getting the ring and the lady there said it was going to be another 3 weeks. So I called at exactly 3 weeks and they told us it was on back order.. at this point I was frustrated and the lady said she was going to get ahold of whoever sends them the jewerly to see if they can give her an ETA on the ring. 2 days later she called my boyfriend and said that she got an email saying that the people got back to her and told her they didnt know when the ring was going to be sent out and that there was nothing they coukd do to help me..so at this point I was angry because we wouldnt have bought the ring if it was going to be this much of a hassle. We wouldve used the 180$ to do something else for our anniversary. I talked to the manager Rhonda and she gave me a 25$ giftcard for the inconvenience.( but theres nothing they could do to help me right??) She told me that they are hoping to get the ring a little before Christmas. She knew my name and we talked a couple times about the situation and everything seemed okay at that point. She even told me that if I wanted to, when the ring did come in, that I could return it with them and use the 25$ giftcard towards the ring since we paid cash for it. Well today they called my boyfriend again (after I told them that they needed to call me regarding the ring) saying that the ring will not be in till February of next year. She pretty much told him over the phone that she forgot my name and that she lost my number which is hard to believe because I have contacted them multiple times and spoke with her. (Just to put this out there, ive contacted corporate and they arent much help either because every pandora store is independently own).. pretty much at this point I lost respect for them and went to return everything. (Because they have been holding our money for over a month) we went to return it and she gave us no sympathy when we asked for the return. No Im sorry again for everything just a very petty look and very short answers. THEN when it came down to the return she told us that they couldnt give us our money back today because thats there policy. She said its on the receipt in a very attitude kind of way. Okay?? But you told me over the phone that if I wanted I could return the ring and use the 25$ giftcard towards it??? With what money!?!? Now were waiting for our money in the mail that supposedly will only take 10 business days. Lol lets just hope its 10 right?? Neatless to say.. please dont go to this location, they will give you false information because all their employees arent on the same page, and they wont do anything to help you.. maybe a 25$ giftcard that you can use on 1 or 2 items they sell there. I definitely will be telling everyone i know and put this all over social media about what a horrible experience I had. thanks for a awesome anniversary gift Pandora! You guys sure know how to make your customers happy.
