Unprofessional with a capital U. If you need a window screen, dont come here.  I called to get an estimate, and the employee I spoke with was rude, and he gave me a price of $100.00 to have someone come to my home for measurements and $80.00 for the materials. I decided to visit the facility, and I spoke with the owner/ manager. He quoted me $60.00 to have my window measured plus materials. Two weeks pass, and no one had not made the measurements. I contacted the owner/manager; he was embarrassed and guaranteed to send someone asap. An additional two more weeks go by, I called again, and the manager apologized and assured me that someone would come to my house and make those measurements. A month later, and yet no one has contacted me to make the dam measurement. I finally gave up and decided to take a different approach. I found Flex Screen online (Shark Tank show), and it was the best investment I have ever made. The material is tough and removable. So if your window screen doesnt come to this place. order Screen Flex

I could not have been more pleased with the work that Tony did for us today. He was extremely nice and just all around an awesome asset to the company. He’s only been gone an hour and I’ve given their number out to 2 neighbors. Kudos!

I put in a order for a mirrror on Thursday and paid 50% down. The manager, Michael, stated it would not be ordered until three days before I needed it in a couple of weeks. I did not expect to be able to get the old glass off but it came off in one piece. I called the manager Michael on Saturday morning to cancel my order and make arrangements for the old mirror to be cut to size and was told that it was ordered already. I went in on Monday morning at opening time to try to cancel my order and get the glass cut. Was told twice by the manager Michael it was already ordered from the manufacturer in Phoenix. Called manufacturer and no order had been submitted and another employee stated the same. This business, Michael, lied to me several times and if I wasnt fortunate enough to be working with the honest employees, the manager would have ripped me off. Do not do business with this guy.

Good work replacing the glass. However all the broken glass was left behind along with a tarp and broom. I called to ask what happened and they came and cleaned up. Lots of glass on the porch after. Friendly but could have been a better experience.

This Micheal guy should not me a manager!!I order a window over a month ago,and all i get are excusess .How do you set an appoinment and not show? He acts like he doesnt know who i am or what order im talking about when hes the one the came out to look at the window. He took my deposit and now i cant get my window.This is not how business should be done!!!! Ill never use this company again!!!!!

This is the worst glass company in Tucson. Michael, who works or owns this company is the most unprofessional person. They cant keep appointments and their work is sub-par. After several attempts to retrieve some window screens, I just gave up. I would call to find out, when my screens would be replaced, Michael would act like he did not know who I was or what I was calling about. Please do not waste your time with this company!!!
